技术领域
本发明涉及空气消毒净化技术领域,具体为高效空气消毒净化处理装置。
背景技术
空气消毒机是通过滤过、净化、杀菌等原理对空气进行消毒的机器。除了杀灭细菌、病毒、霉菌、孢子等所谓杀菌消毒外,有的机型还能去除室内空气中的甲醛,苯酚等等有机污染气体,而且还可以杀灭或者过滤花粉等过敏源。同时,对吸烟产生的烟雾和烟味,卫生间的不良气味,人的体味等有效的去除。消毒效果可靠,并能够在有人活动的情况下进行消毒,实现人机共存。
等离子杀菌装置是等离子空气消毒机的重要部件,等离子的杀菌效率高低,直接影响等离子空气消毒机的杀菌效果,空气消毒机是由初效滤网和等离子杀菌装置、紫外灯、风机等几部分组成,初效过滤用来过滤大的飞絮,发丝等大的污染物,等离子杀菌装置通过电场放电将细小的颗粒物吸附在等离子集尘片上,细菌或病毒在等离子体高频电磁场时破坏病毒和细胞的结构,达到杀菌作用,将室内的空气进行循环,从而起到灭菌净化消毒效果。目前市场常见的等离子发生装置,一极是有金属丝或者金属尖端做成,一极有薄的金属片制作而成。
等离子发生器因为结构原因,正负压绝缘等机构原因,导致其体积较大,正负极分布不均匀,无法将等离子装置均匀的布满整个风道,所以气流在通过风道过程中就会有一部分空气没有完成处理,正极集尘片在使用一段时后,随着颗粒物的堆积,附着效率衰减严重,很多颗粒捕捉到,但因为没有很好的附着力而无法吸附,造成杀菌效率降低。负离子发生器吸附的颗粒物范围比较广所以集尘的速度比较快,需要及时清理,还会影响杀菌净化效率,导致其清洗的频率非常高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供高效空气消毒净化处理装置,以提高杀菌效率、均匀电场分布,提升净化效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:高效空气消毒净化处理装置,包括电极初效过滤器、高效过滤器和电极等离子过滤器,所述电极初效过滤器和电极等离子过滤器电性连接一可调双高压电源;
所述电极初效过滤器由一金属边框、两初效金属网和一初效滤棉组成,所述初效金属网和所述初效滤棉均设于所述金属边框的内部,且两所述初效金属网分别设于所述初效滤棉的两侧,所述金属边框的两侧面分别平行设有多个高导金属丝,所述高导金属丝和初效金属网与所述可调双高压电源的正极电性连接;
所述电极等离子过滤器由一绝缘蜂窝板、两光触媒金属蜂窝板及一第二绝缘边框组成,所述绝缘蜂窝板和两所述光触媒金属蜂窝板均安装在所述第二绝缘边框内,两所述光触媒金属蜂窝板置于所述绝缘蜂窝板的两侧,且两所述光触媒金属蜂窝板分别电性连接所述可调双高压电源的一负极和另一正极相连;
所述电极初效过滤器、高效过滤器和电极等离子过滤器沿空气气流方向依次设置。
进一步的,所述电极等离子过滤器一侧还设有UVC紫外灯和负离子发生器,所述电极等离子过滤器、UVC紫外灯、负离子发生器沿空气气流方向依次设置。
进一步的,所述高效过滤器由一第一绝缘边框和一HEPA高效过滤层组成,所述HEPA高效过滤层设于所述第一绝缘边框内。
进一步的,所述HEPA高效过滤层可选用H10-H13过滤等级。
进一步的,所述初效金属网由若干个横向均布的金属条和若干个纵向均布的金属条交织形成正方向网孔,所述网孔的边长为1-10mm。
进一步的,所述绝缘蜂窝板及所述光触媒金属蜂窝板上均附着纳米光触媒。
进一步的,两所述光触媒金属蜂窝板的顶部分别设有一触头,所述第二绝缘边框的顶部开设有与所述两触头相适配的两安装槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:
1、高导金属丝与可调双高压电源的正极电性连接,两光触媒金属蜂窝板分别电性连接可调双高压电源的一负极和另一正极,使得该装置产生一低压电场和一高压电场,且使得该装置的正负结构分体化;
2、两电极之间增加HEPA高效过滤层,大幅增加该装置的使用时间,提高工作效果;
3、光触媒金属蜂窝表面附着光触媒,通过宽范围UVC紫外灯管的照射,提高杀菌效率。
4、可调双高压电源双电压实现,5-15KV的宽范围调整,可以满足不同环境的消毒。

各高导金属丝23嵌入金属边框24内,两侧的各高导金属丝23分别通过导线相连,并与可调双高压电源1正极电性相连,使之与电极等离子过滤器4之间形成低压电场。
高效过滤器3由一第一绝缘边框32和一HEPA高效过滤层31组成,HEPA高效过滤层31设于第一绝缘边框32内,通过在两电极之间增加HEPA高效过滤层31,大幅增加该装置的使用时间,提升工作效果。
HEPA高效过滤层31可选用H10-H13过滤等级,从而使该消毒净化处理装置,既可以满足普通环境消毒,又可以满足百级洁净区的消毒使用,方便适用不同的场所需求。
初效金属网21由若干个横向均布的金属条和若干个纵向均布的金属条交织形成正方向网孔,网孔的边长为1-10mm,可根据使用环境的不同,来选择不同的边长,以此提高过滤效果。
绝缘蜂窝板42及光触媒金属蜂窝板41上均附着纳米光触媒,纳米光触媒经过UVC紫外灯5的照射提高杀菌效果,两光触媒金属蜂窝板41通过连接可调双高压电源1的正极和负极,使得两光触媒金属蜂窝板41之间形成高压电场。
两光触媒金属蜂窝板41的顶部分别设有一触头44,第二绝缘边框43的顶部开设有与两触头44相适配的两安装槽45,方便两光触媒金属蜂窝板41上触头44通过导线与可调双高压电源1电性连接。
本发明工作原理:污浊的空气首先通过电极初效过滤器2,进行初级过滤,未经电极初效过滤器2过滤的颗粒物随空气进入高效过滤器3中实现进一步过滤,通过高效过滤器3的小颗粒物进入电极等离子过滤器4,由于高导金属丝23和连接可调双高压电源1正极,与连接可调双高压电源1负极的光触媒金属蜂窝板41之间形成低压电场,便于吸附尘埃粒子,两光触媒金属蜂窝板41形成高压电场,且在UVC紫外灯5共同作用下,小颗粒物在通过电极等离子过滤器4时,小颗粒物中细菌或病毒在高压电场作用下以及紫外线的轰击和辐照下,其电荷分布被彻底破坏,如细胞壁、细胞核被电击穿,其上的电荷分布受到破坏,直接影响细菌或病毒细胞的生理活动和新陈代谢,造成细菌病毒迅速死亡;两电极之间增加HEPA高效过滤层31,大幅增加该装置的使用时间,便于提高净化杀菌效果,电极等离子过滤器4上附着的纳米光触媒经过UVC紫外灯5的照射,达到光氢离子杀菌净化的作用,从而增强了高效等离子杀菌的效率,及和对空气中有害物质的分解能力;最后,处理后的空气经过中负离子发生器6和消毒机、空调箱或风管等设备的排风口排出,将产生的负离子带入室内空气中,便于使得空气更清新舒适。

Claims (7)

1.高效空气消毒净化处理装置,其特征在于:包括电极初效过滤器(2)、高效过滤器(3)和电极等离子过滤器(4),所述电极初效过滤器(2)和电极等离子过滤器(4)电性连接一可调双高压电源(1);
所述电极初效过滤器(2)由一金属边框(24)、两初效金属网(21)和一初效滤棉(22)组成,所述初效金属网(21)和所述初效滤棉(22)均设于所述金属边框(24)的内部,且两所述初效金属网(21)分别设于所述初效滤棉(22)的两侧,所述金属边框(24)的两侧面分别平行设有多个高导金属丝(23),所述高导金属丝(23)和初效金属网(21)与所述可调双高压电源(1)的正极电性连接;
所述电极等离子过滤器(4)由一绝缘蜂窝板(42)、两光触媒金属蜂窝板(41)及一第二绝缘边框(43)组成,所述绝缘蜂窝板(42)和两所述光触媒金属蜂窝板(41)均安装在所述第二绝缘边框(43)内,两所述光触媒金属蜂窝板(41)置于所述绝缘蜂窝板(42)的两侧,且两所述光触媒金属蜂窝板(41)分别电性连接所述可调双高压电源(1)的一负极和另一正极相连;
所述电极初效过滤器(2)、高效过滤器(3)和电极等离子过滤器(4)沿空气气流方向依次设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效空气消毒净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述电极等离子过滤器(4)一侧还设有UVC紫外灯(5)和负离子发生器(6),所述电极等离子过滤器(4)、UVC紫外灯(5)、负离子发生器(6)沿空气气流方向依次设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效空气消毒净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述高效过滤器(3)由一第一绝缘边框(32)和一HEPA高效过滤层(31)组成,所述HEPA高效过滤层(31)设于所述第一绝缘边框(32)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高效空气消毒净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述HEPA高效过滤层(31)可选用H10-H13过滤等级。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效空气消毒净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述初效金属网(21)由若干个横向均布的金属条和若干个纵向均布的金属条交织形成正方向网孔,所述网孔的边长为1-10mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效空气消毒净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘蜂窝板(42)及所述光触媒金属蜂窝板(41)上均附着纳米光触媒。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效空气消毒净化处理装置,其特征在于:两所述光触媒金属蜂窝板(41)的顶部分别设有一触头(44),所述第二绝缘边框(43)的顶部开设有与所述两触头(44)相适配的两安装槽(45)。
