s2: casting an inner chain plate: selecting and preparing a chain inner chain plate raw material plate, manufacturing an inner chain plate by punching through a punching machine and a punching die, preparing a pin roll material of 40Cr round steel, preparing the pin roll through wire drawing and straightening, cutting and blanking, blunting two ends of a workpiece and centerless grinding, then inserting one end of the pin roll into one through hole of the inner chain plate in a penetrating manner, welding and fixing, and then finishing an integrated structural member of the inner chain plate, the pin roll, a first interference insertion part, a second interference insertion part and a wear-resisting ring after polishing and heat treatment; the inner chain plate raw material plate is provided with an arc-shaped protruding structure, the punching position is positioned in the center of the arc-shaped protruding structure during punching, and a wear-resistant ring structure is formed after punching is finished; the hardness of the chain pin shaft after heat treatment is not lower than 40 HRC;
s3: manufacturing a roller cylinder: preparing materials according to production raw materials of the seamless steel tube, performing heat treatment of wire drawing, straightening, inner hole processing, chamfering treatment of two end faces, destroying and tempering, and finally performing centerless grinding to obtain a roller cylinder; the hardness of the roller cylinder after heat treatment is not lower than 70 HRC;
s4: assembling the parts produced in S1, S2 and S3, finishing the production and processing of the tile pin chain after assembling, sleeving the roller tube 17 on the pin shaft during assembling, then enabling the first interference insertion part 13 at one end of the pin shaft 12 to penetrate through the through hole 14 on the inner chain plate 10 and to be in interference insertion fit with the insertion hole 16 on the outer chain plate 15, and assembling the chain through the matching of a plurality of groups of inner and outer chain plates.
