A canned magnetic pump with a rear cover shield for preventing leakage comprises a positioning seat, a motor unit, the rear cover shield and a leakage-proof assembly, wherein the motor unit is positioned relative to the positioning seat and comprises a shell, a stator and a rotor, the shell is provided with a main cylinder part and a flange, the flange is provided with a ring periphery, the rear cover shield is provided with a main body part and an extension disc part, the extension disc part is in airtight abutting joint with the flange, the extension disc part is provided with an outer ring edge, the outline range of the outer ring edge is larger than that of the ring periphery, and the leakage-proof assembly is installed between the flange and the extension disc part. The service life of the motor unit can be prolonged by the fact that the outline range of the outer ring edge is larger than that of the ring peripheral edge, and the leakage-proof assembly is mounted between the flange and the extension disc part.

Technical Field

Background
A conventional magnetic drive pump (taiwan certificate No. I424661 patent of the present invention) includes a front cover, a supporting frame, an impeller, a rear cover, an inner rotor, an outer rotor, a fixed shaft and a bracket, wherein the rear cover is cup-shaped and has a two-layer shell structure, and has a rear cover liner made of fluoroplastic, and a reinforcing layer.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the canned magnetic pump with rear cover shield leakage prevention of the present invention comprises a base 10, a positioning seat 20, a motor unit 30, a pump front cover 40, a rear cover shield 50, a leakage prevention assembly 60, and a sealing ring 70. The base 10 is made of a plastic material (in this embodiment, an engineering plastic material with acid and alkali resistance may be selected to be made of, for example, PP, GFRPP (glass fiber reinforced polypropylene), PVDF, CFRETFE (carbon fiber reinforced ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer), etc.), and has a main disk 11 surrounding an axis L and having a ring frame shape, a side cover 12 connected to the main disk 11 along the axis L, and a support frame 13 locked at the bottom of the side cover 12. The housing 31 has a main cylindrical portion 311 having a hollow cylindrical shape and to which the rotor 33 is attached, and a flange 312 connected to the main cylindrical portion 311 and disposed perpendicularly to the axis L, the main cylinder 311 and the flange 312 define a receiving space 313 along the axis L and opened in one direction, the flange 312 has a circumferential edge 314 produced about the axis L, a disk end face 315 perpendicularly intersecting the circumferential edge 314, a stepped groove 316 recessed from the disk end face 315, the stepped groove 316 has a large diameter portion 317 adjacent to the disc end face 315, and a small diameter portion 318 communicating with the large diameter portion 317, the large diameter portion 317 is formed by a groove bottom surface 317 'and a groove peripheral surface 317 ″ connected to the groove bottom surface 317' in an intersecting manner, the groove bottom surface 317' is recessed with an annular groove 319 around the axis L, and the leakage preventing member 60 is installed in the annular groove 319.
The pump front cover 40 is fastened to the side end surface 111 of the base 10 by a plurality of screws 41, and covers the impeller 34, and provides axial positioning of the impeller 34 and support for the spindle 35, and the flange 312 is clamped by the pump front cover 40 and is positioned relative to the base 10.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the canned magnetic pump with the rear cover shield for preventing leakage is integrally assembled, when the pump front cover 40 is fastened to the main disc 11 of the base 10 by the screws 41, the extension disc 52 of the rear cover shield 50 is clamped between the pump front cover 40 and the main disc 11, at the same time, the flange 312 of the housing 31 is clamped between the pump front cover 40 and the extension disc portion 52, so that, the flange 312 of the housing 31 of the motor unit 30 is positioned with respect to the base 10 and the positioning socket 20, the leak-proof assembly 60 is clamped between the flange 312 and the extension disc 52, and the seal ring 70 is clamped between the extension disc 52 and the side end surface 111, so as to ensure that the pump front cover 40, the flange 312 and the extension disc 52, and the joint of the base 10 generates air (water) tightness and generates better anti-leakage effect.
When the canned magnetic pump is used for a period of time, even if the main cylinder 311 of the housing 31, which is often in contact with the chemical liquid, is cracked and the chemical liquid leaks between the housing 31 and the rear cover shield 50, the chemical liquid can be prevented from leaking to the stator 32 by the rear cover shield 50, and the leakage-proof assembly 60 is also installed in the annular groove 319, so that air (water) tightness is maintained between the extension disc part 52 and the flange 312, and the first leakage-proof can be ensured.
The outer rim 524 of the extension disc 52 has a larger contour than the peripheral rim 314 of the flange 312 to provide a second leakage-proof function, and the extension disc 52 can be abutted against the main disc 11 of the base 10 through the sealing ring 70 to provide a third leakage-proof function, so that even if the first leakage-proof structure fails, the chemical liquid can be effectively prevented from leaking into the stator 32 beyond the extension disc 52, thereby prolonging the service life of the motor unit 30.
Furthermore, by using the multi-turn structure of the stepped groove 316 of the flange 312 and the inner ring 521, the outer ring 522 and the turn portion 523 of the extension disc portion 52 to cooperate with each other, a multi-turn structure can be generated at the abutting position of the flange 312 and the extension disc portion 52, and a leakage-blocking effect can also be generated.
