Claims (10)

1. A lock inspection, storage and disassembly system is characterized in that: comprises a marble inspection device (1), a lockset safekeeping device (2) and a lock cylinder nondestructive disassembling device;
the marble inspection device (1) comprises a marble inspection platform (11), the marble inspection platform (11) comprises a marble support part (111) and a handle part (112), the marble support part (111) is horizontally fixed on the top of the handle part (112), an adhesive layer (113) is arranged on the top surface of the marble support part (111), and an adhesive protective film (114) covers the adhesive layer (113);
the lock keeping device (2) comprises a keeping box body (21), a keeping box cover (22) and a filling pad (23); the storage box cover (22) is horizontally movably covered on the top of the storage box body (21); the filling pad (23) is filled at the inner bottom of the storage box body (21), a plurality of separation grooves (24) for respectively and independently storing all components of the lockset are formed on the filling pad (23), and the shape and the size of each separation groove (24) are suitable with those of the lockset components stored correspondingly;
the lock cylinder nondestructive disassembling device comprises clamp spring pliers (31), opening sharp-nose pliers (32) and sharp-nose pliers (33); the clamp spring pliers (31) are tight-mouth pliers, the mouth of the clamp spring pliers (31) is bent, the front end of the mouth is sharp-mouth, and the front end of the mouth of the clamp spring pliers (31) is used for extending into a clamp spring gap and expanding a clamp spring; the two clamp heads of the open sharp-nose clamp (32) are both provided with threads for pulling out the expanded clamp spring; the sharp-nose tweezers (33) are used for picking up the marbles falling off from the lock cylinder, and two clamping tips of the sharp-nose tweezers (33) are flexible ends.

A lock checking, storing and dismantling system as claimed in claim 1 and wherein: pellet shot from a slingshot support portion (111) and handle portion (112) are integrated into one piece, pellet shot from a slingshot support portion (111) is discoid structure, handle portion (112) are rod-like structure, handle portion (112) can cooperate with the draw-in groove on the testing platform, the testing platform is scanning electron microscope or the testing platform on the microscope.

A lock checking, storing and dismantling system as claimed in claim 1 and wherein: the lock comprises a lock body, a lock core, a shifting fork, a clamp spring, a plurality of pins and a plurality of springs; the filling pad (23) is provided with a lock body separation groove (241), a lock cylinder separation groove (242), a shifting fork separation groove (243), a clamp spring separation groove (244), a plurality of pin separation grooves (245), a plurality of spring separation grooves (246) and pin inspection platform separation grooves (247);
the lock safekeeping device also comprises a lock cylinder bracket, and a lock cylinder bracket separation groove (248) is formed on the filling pad (23).

A lock checking, storing and dismantling system as claimed in claim 3 and wherein: the marble inspection platform storage groove (247) on the filling pad (23) is of a T-shaped structure, the marble inspection platform (11) is inserted into the marble inspection platform storage groove (247) of the T-shaped structure, and the top surface of the marble support part (111) of the marble inspection platform (11) is slightly higher than that of the filling pad (23).

A lock checking, storing and dismantling system as claimed in claim 1 and wherein: one side of the storage box cover (22) is connected with the top edge of the side wall of the tube box body (21) through a hinge piece, the other opposite side of the storage box cover (22) is connected to the side wall of the storage box body (21) in a buckling mode, and an included angle of 0-180 degrees is formed between the storage box cover (22) and the storage box body (21); the bottom of the filling pad (23) is fixed at the inner bottom of the keeping box body (21) through glue; the filling pad (23) is made of soft materials.

A lock checking, storing and dismantling system as claimed in claim 1 and wherein: the clamp spring pliers (31) comprise a first plier head part (311), a first plier handle part (312), a second plier head part (313), a second plier handle part (314), a connecting part (315) and a return spring (316); the first clamp head part (311) is connected with the first clamp handle part (312), the second clamp head part (313) is connected with the second clamp handle part (314), the first clamp head part (311) and the second clamp head part (313) are hinged together through a connecting part (315), and the return spring (316) is arranged between the first clamp handle part (312) and the second clamp handle part (314); the first tong head portion (311) and the second tong head portion (313) are both of a plate-shaped structure, the front portions of the first tong head portion (311) and the second tong head portion (313) form bending portions (317) of 90 degrees, and the front ends of the bending portions (317) are arranged in a sharp mouth mode.
7. A lock checking, storing and dismantling system as claimed in claim 6 and wherein: the front end of the bending part (317) is cylindrical, and the diameter of the front end of the bending part (317) is smaller than 1.5 mm.

A lock checking, storing and dismantling system as claimed in claim 1 and wherein: the sharp-mouth forceps (33) comprise forceps handle parts (331) and two forceps head parts (332) which are connected to the inner side walls at the two ends of the forceps handle parts (331) in parallel, a buffer layer is arranged outside the clamping tip ends of the forceps head parts (332), and the two forceps head parts (332) are correspondingly detachably connected to the inner side walls at the two ends of the forceps handle parts (331); the buffer layer is made of soft materials.

A lock checking, storing and dismantling system as claimed in claim 1 and wherein: the lossless lock cylinder disassembling device (3) further comprises a tube storage box (34), a filling pad (35) is arranged at the inner bottom of the box body (341) of the tube storage box (34), a clamp spring clamp storage groove (351), an open sharp-nose clamp storage groove (352) and a sharp-nose clamp storage groove (353) are formed in the filling pad (35), and a box cover (342) of the tube storage box (34) is movably covered on the top of the box body (341).
10. A method of using a lock checking, storing and disassemblying system according to any of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
1) disassembling the lockset, namely disassembling the lock core by using the lock core nondestructive disassembling device (3), and storing each component of the disassembled lockset in a corresponding partition groove (24) in the lockset safekeeping device (2);
2) carrying out material evidence identification, sticking a plurality of marbles on a glue layer (113) of a marble inspection platform (11) by using sharp-nose tweezers (33), and then fixing the whole marble inspection platform (11) stuck with the plurality of marbles on a microscope for trace inspection; the inspector takes out the lock core from the lockset safekeeping device (2) with the gloves and places the lock core on a microscope for trace inspection;
3) after the inspection is finished, the inspector puts the lock cylinder back into the corresponding separation groove (24) in the storage box body (21), the inspector holds the marble inspection platform (11) to the storage box body (21), and clamps the marble by using the sharp-nose tweezers (33) and puts the marble back into the corresponding separation groove (24).
