The invention relates to the technical field of clothes dryer equipment, in particular to a folding clothes dryer.
Background
Due to air pollution, the outdoor clothes airing dust is much insanitary, and the house space rented in the first-line cities such as wide and deep north is narrow. In addition, with the opening of the two-child policy, more and more families are nursed, and the folding clothes dryer with the advantages of quick drying, quiet work, small size and easiness in storage is required to meet the requirements of small volume, washing change and high sanitation requirements of infant clothes, saliva towels and diapers.
Folding clothes dryer among the prior art mainly has and combines, circle cover formula and open and shut the three kinds of structures of formula of accomodating with simple and easy clothes hanger, and above-mentioned three kinds of structures all exist and need just can reach folding effect through the equipment, and use experience is poor.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a folding clothes dryer, which can open and close at one step and stop the height at will, and fully satisfy the drying space of adult clothes and children clothes.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

the folding device comprises a shell, wherein a folding mechanism is arranged in the shell, and an upper cover matched with the shell is arranged at the top of the folding mechanism;
the folding mechanism comprises sliding assemblies symmetrically arranged on two sides in the shell, a plurality of X bracket assemblies hinged with the sliding assemblies and connected end to end, and a braking assembly hinged with the X bracket assembly at the top, wherein the braking assembly is arranged on the upper cover;
the outer side of the X bracket component is wrapped with a waterproof cloth cover;
and a drying mechanism is arranged between the two sliding assemblies.
Preferably, the sliding assembly comprises: the fixed block, one side of fixed block is provided with first guide rail, first guide rail is fit for being furnished with first slider.
Preferably, the X bracket assembly comprises: the connecting rod comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, wherein the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are crossed in an X shape, and the crossed point of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod is a hinged point;
a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod of the X bracket component at the bottom are respectively hinged with the fixed block and the first sliding block.
Preferably, the brake assembly comprises: the second guide rail is matched with a second sliding block, and a brake strip is arranged on the outer side of the second guide rail;
the side face of the brake bar, which is right opposite to the second sliding block, is provided with a first zigzag thread, the side face of the second sliding block is provided with a second zigzag thread matched with the first zigzag thread, and the tooth tips of the first zigzag thread and the second zigzag thread are upward;
and a pair of limiting springs is arranged on the side surface of the braking strip, which deviates from the second sliding block.
Preferably, the upper cover is provided with a groove for accommodating the brake strip, the limiting spring is arranged on the side surface of the groove, a positioning column is arranged in the limiting spring, and a positioning hole matched with the positioning column is arranged on the side surface of the groove;
and the inner end of the brake bar is provided with a limiting bulge for limiting the movement of the second sliding block.

Preferably, the drying mechanism includes: the air duct comprises a first air duct plate and a second air duct plate, wherein the first air duct plate and the second air duct plate form an airflow air duct;
the airflow air channel comprises an air inlet section and an air outlet section, wherein an airflow driving part is arranged in the air inlet section, and a heating wire is arranged in the air outlet section;
the bottom of the shell is provided with a detachable filter screen over against the air inlet section.
Preferably, a water collecting tank is arranged on the lower side of the heating wire and communicated with the air outlet section;
the middle part of the shell is provided with a baffle, and the baffle is provided with an air outlet net right facing the air outlet section.
Preferably, a power panel is arranged on the outer side of the first air duct plate, a power winding wire is arranged on one side of the water collecting tank, and the power winding wire is electrically connected with the power panel.
Preferably, the bottom of the shell is provided with a pair of inward-bent base brackets.
Compared with the prior art, the folding clothes dryer provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
due to the adoption of the folding mechanism, the problems of complicated dismounting process and troublesome storage of structural parts in the using process of the product are effectively reduced, one-step opening and closing and random height stopping can be realized, and the aim of fully meeting the drying space of adult clothes and children clothes is fulfilled; meanwhile, the clothes airing rack has the characteristics of easiness in operation, large clothes airing space and stable structure.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a folding type clothes dryer, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, including: the foldable device comprises a shell 100, wherein a folding mechanism 200 is arranged in the shell 100, and an upper cover 300 matched with the shell 100 is arranged at the top of the folding mechanism 200; the folding mechanism 200 comprises sliding assemblies 201 symmetrically arranged at two sides in the housing 100, a plurality of X bracket assemblies 202 connected end to end and hinged with the sliding assemblies 201, and a brake assembly 203 hinged with the X bracket assembly 202 at the top, wherein the brake assembly 203 is arranged on the upper cover 300; the outer side of the X bracket assembly 202 is wrapped with a waterproof cloth cover (not shown in the figure); a drying mechanism 400 is arranged between the two sliding assemblies 201.
The casing 100 and the upper cover 300 are made of metal materials such as aluminum alloy and can be replaced by ABS or other non-toxic plastic materials, except for the handle parts covered on the two sides, the whole machine is in a closed state, and dust, dirt or liquid is reduced.
The waterproof cloth cover is provided with the plurality of air dispersing holes, so that the clothes are guaranteed to keep a corresponding closed space in the clothes drying process, the air and temperature are reduced, and meanwhile, the waterproof cloth cover is favorable for discharging humid air, and the clothes drying efficiency is greatly improved. After the whole machine is folded, the waterproof cloth cover is hidden between the shell 100 and the upper cover 300 and is stored neatly.
As shown in fig. 5, the sliding assembly 201 includes: the sliding assembly comprises a fixed block 211, wherein a first guide rail 221 is arranged on one side of the fixed block 211, a first sliding block 231 is adapted to the first guide rail 221, and a pair of left and right sides of the sliding assembly 201 are arranged.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the X bracket assembly 202 includes: the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod 212 and a second connecting rod 222, wherein the first connecting rod 212 and the second connecting rod 222 are crossed in an X shape, and the crossed point of the first connecting rod 212 and the second connecting rod 222 is a hinged point; the first link 212 and the second link 222 of the bottom X-bracket assembly 202 are respectively hinged to the fixed block 211 and the first slider 231.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the braking assembly 203 includes: a second guide rail 213, the second guide rail 213 being adapted with a second slider 223, a brake bar 233 being disposed outside the second guide rail 213; a first sawtooth thread 2331 is arranged on the side surface of the brake bar 233 opposite to the second slider 223, a second sawtooth thread 2231 matched with the first sawtooth thread 2331 is arranged on the side surface of the second slider 223, and the tooth tips of the first sawtooth thread 2331 and the second sawtooth thread 2231 are upward; the side of the braking strip 233 facing away from the second slider is provided with a pair of limiting springs 243. The first guide rail 221 and the second guide rail 213 are both linear guide rails.
This sliding assembly 201 combines X bracket component 202 to realize upper and lower integrative flexible, and one-step opening and shutting reaches the purpose of simple convenient operation. The brake assembly 203 ensures that the opening and closing positions stop at will, and prevents the falling down suddenly and the danger.
As shown in fig. 4 to 10, the operation principle of the folding mechanism 200 is as follows:
the upper cover 300 is lifted, the first sliding block 231 and the second sliding block 223 move inwards, the second sawtooth-shaped thread 2231 of the second sliding block 223 presses the braking strip 223, the limiting spring 243 contracts, and the braking strip 223 moves outwards;
when the upper cover 300 stops at a certain position, the limiting spring 243 pushes the braking bar 223 to move inwards, the right-angled surface of the first sawtooth-shaped thread 2331 of the braking bar 223 is meshed with the right-angled surface of the second sawtooth-shaped thread 2231 of the second sliding block 223 to play a braking effect, and at the moment, the upper cover 300 is pressed downwards under force, and the second sliding block 223 cannot move outwards;
when the door needs to be closed, the braking handle 253 is pulled outwards by two hands respectively, the limiting spring 243 is compressed, the braking strip 223 moves outwards and is separated from the straight surface of the second sawtooth-shaped thread 2231 of the second sliding block 223, the second sliding block 223 freely moves outwards, the X bracket assembly 202 is folded, and the upper cover 300 moves downwards until being closed with the shell 100, so that a service cycle is completed.
In specific implementation, the upper cover 300 is provided with a groove 301 for accommodating the braking strip 233, the limiting spring 243 is arranged on the side surface of the groove 301, a positioning column (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the limiting spring 243, and a positioning hole matched with the positioning column is arranged on the side surface of the groove 301; the inner end of the stopper bar 233 is provided with a stopper 2332 for restricting the movement of the second slider 223.
In a specific implementation, a braking handle 253 is arranged on the side of the braking strip 233 facing away from the second sliding block 223.
In specific implementation, the drying mechanism 400 includes: the air duct comprises a first air duct plate 401 and a second air duct plate 402, wherein the first air duct plate 401 and the second air duct plate 402 form an airflow air duct 403; the airflow duct 403 comprises an air inlet section and an air outlet section, wherein an airflow driving component 404 is arranged in the air inlet section, and a heating wire 405 is arranged in the air outlet section; the bottom of the casing 100 is provided with a detachable filter screen 406 facing the air intake section.
The airflow driving component 404 is combined with the heating wire 405, so that the clothes drying efficiency is improved more effectively. In the clothes drying process, the detachable filter screen 406 reduces dust and bacteria in the air to carry out secondary pollution on the clothes, and the detachable design is convenient for a user to clean and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
In specific implementation, a water collecting tank 407 is arranged on the lower side of the heating wire 405, and the water collecting tank 407 is communicated with the air outlet section; the middle part of the casing 100 is provided with a baffle 500, and the baffle 500 is provided with an air outlet net 501 right facing the air outlet section.
The baffle 500 is made of metal stainless steel, so that on one hand, the danger caused by the fact that a child stretches a handle into the fan is prevented; on the other hand, the blower is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that sundries fall into the blower, and danger is caused by serious people; meanwhile, the phenomenon that clothes drop carelessly to block the air outlet to cause local overhigh temperature and stop working or cause danger of products is avoided.
In specific implementation, a power panel 600 is disposed on an outer side of the first air duct plate 401, a power winding wire 700 is disposed on one side of the water collecting groove 407, and the power winding wire 700 is electrically connected to the power panel 600.
The water collecting tank 407 is communicated with the air outlet section, so that water drops of clothes can be discharged quickly, and no water is accumulated in the shell. The power cord 700 is located in the housing 100, and the automatic storage of the power cord is realized between a pulling operation and a pulling operation, which is different from the similar products on the market, and the whole machine needs to be turned over and manually wound for storage, as shown in fig. 2.
In specific implementation, a pair of inward-bent base brackets 101 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 100, as shown in fig. 1. The housing 100 is further provided with a display screen 102 and a knob 103 for displaying the wind power position of the airflow driving part 404. The inward-bending base support 101 ensures a sufficiently stable support bottom surface, and reduces the suspended extending support so as to prevent old people or children from tripping over.
The clothes dryer completely avoids the complicated process of splicing and assembling, and is easy to lift and open and close in one step; the bottom of the metal bending support is widened, so that the metal bending support is stable and not easy to topple over, the old and children are prevented from being stumbled and injured by the extended support legs when passing through the metal bending support, and the safety is good; a plurality of layers of clothes airing rods can be arranged below the upper cover, the extending height is about 140cm, the clothes airing space is large, and the length of clothes is not limited; the integrated fan has the advantages that the clothes drying efficiency is higher under the condition of the same clothes amount and thickness, the wind speed is higher, the rest of an infant is not disturbed, the breathable waterproof cloth enclosure is protected in the clothes drying process, the heat loss is reduced, and the waterproof cloth enclosure is detachable and is convenient for a user to clean; the air inlet is provided with the filter screen, so that secondary pollution of an ash layer and bacteria to clothes is reduced; the working state is that the child lock is automatically started, so that the phenomenon that the clothes drying procedure is finally broken or prolonged due to the fact that a child touches the clothes drying device by mistake is prevented; after being folded, the whole height is about 30cm, and the folding table can be ingeniously stored under tables, trunks and small corners of homes, and does not occupy space.
In summary, the present invention discloses a folding type clothes dryer, comprising: the folding device comprises a shell, wherein a folding mechanism is arranged in the shell, and an upper cover matched with the shell is arranged at the top of the folding mechanism; the folding mechanism comprises sliding assemblies symmetrically arranged on two sides in the shell, a plurality of X bracket assemblies hinged with the sliding assemblies and connected end to end, and a braking assembly hinged with the X bracket assembly at the top, wherein the braking assembly is arranged on the upper cover; the outer side of the X bracket component is wrapped with a waterproof cloth cover; a drying mechanism is arranged between the two sliding assemblies, so that the problems of complicated dismounting and mounting processes and troublesome structural member storage in the using process of a product are effectively reduced, the opening and closing in one step and the random stopping of the height can be realized, and the purpose of fully meeting the drying space of adult clothes and children clothes is achieved; meanwhile, the clothes airing rack has the characteristics of easiness in operation, large clothes airing space and stable structure.
