(1) and (3) testing the sealing property: the test adopts a general hydrostatic test method, a metal or organic glass cylinder with the diameter of 50mm and the height of 100mm is taken, an air inlet is arranged above the cylinder, a layer of metal net with the aperture of 1mm or 0.5mm is attached below the cylinder (the metal net simulates a shield tail brush metal bundle), during the test, shield tail sealing grease with the thickness of 25mm prepared in the embodiment 1-3 is added above the metal net, no air bubbles are needed during filling, water with the thickness of about 50mm is added on the shield tail sealing grease, and then the pressure is applied on the water surface (the air pressure is 3.5 MPa). And (3) measuring the time for the water to flow out from the bottom, and when the pore diameter of the metal mesh is 1mm or 0.5mm, keeping the water leakage for 5 minutes, wherein the sealing property is qualified, and otherwise, the sealing property is not qualified. The products provided by the embodiments 1-3 of the invention are tested under the condition of 3.5MPa, the test lasts for 5 minutes, and no water leaks from the embodiments 1, 2 and 3, so that the shield tail sealing grease products provided by the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 of the invention have quite good water pressure resistance and sealing performance.
(2) Testing the pumpability: the grease gun purchased from the market is adopted, and after the grease gun is filled with the shield tail sealing grease, the grease gun can be manually operated, so that the grease can be easily and continuously added, and the grease gun is qualified, otherwise, the grease gun is unqualified. Tests show that the products provided by the examples 1, 2 and 3 can easily realize easy and continuous fat-adding, so that the pumping performance is good.
(3) Ignition point test: a steel plate with the thickness of 5-8 mm is placed on an electric furnace to be heated, 1g of the product provided by the invention in the embodiment 1-3 is placed on the steel plate, and the temperature of the sample during combustion is measured by an infrared thermometer. The combustion temperature of the products provided by the embodiments 1-3 of the invention is more than 300 ℃.
(4) Other tests were carried out according to the GB/T standard method.
And (3) carrying out product performance test on the shield tail sealing grease prepared in the embodiment 1-3, wherein specific test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the shield tail sealing grease product prepared in the embodiments 1-3 of the invention has good hydraulic pressure sealing performance, pumping performance and lubricating performance.

Claims (10)

1. The shield tail sealing grease is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 20-50 parts of anhydrous calcium-based lubricating grease, 20-40 parts of asbestos fiber, 20-40 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-3 parts of high-molecular polymer, 1-6 parts of petroleum resin and 2-3 parts of antirust agent.
2. The shield tail sealing grease as claimed in claim 1, wherein the asbestos fiber has a length of 1-2 mm.
3. The shield tail sealing grease of claim 1, wherein the calcium carbonate has a particle size of 1000-1200 mesh.
4. The shield tail sealing grease of claim 1, wherein the high molecular polymer comprises one or more of ethylene propylene rubber, polyisobutylene, and atactic polypropylene.
5. The shield tail sealing grease of claim 1, wherein the petroleum resin comprises one or more of C9 petroleum resin, 120 petroleum resin and terpene resin.
6. The shield tail sealing grease of claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor comprises one or more of barium petroleum sulfonate, zinc naphthenate, and barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate.
7. The preparation method of the shield tail sealing grease as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing anhydrous calcium-based lubricating grease, asbestos fiber, calcium carbonate, high-molecular polymer, petroleum resin and an antirust agent to obtain the shield tail sealing grease.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the mixing temperature is 25 to 70 ℃.
9. The production method according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the mixing is performed under stirring;
the stirring speed is 30-40 rpm, and the stirring time is 60-120 min.
10. The shield tail sealing grease of any one of claims 1 to 6 or the shield tail sealing grease prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 7 to 9 is applied to a shield machine as a sealing material.
