Background
The existing photodegradable antibacterial plastic is a novel high-performance low-cost degradable plastic, is widely applied to products with service lives such as master batches, packaging films, food packaging bags, disposable meal boxes, medical treatment and the like, has the advantages that the degradation time can be controlled according to the amount of the added auxiliary agent, the degradation is complete, and the prepared material has high air permeability, antibacterial performance and good application effect. At present, the preparation of the degradable plastic is still blank at home, only American manufacturing is available at home and abroad, and a preparation process of high-performance and low-cost high-performance synthetic photodegradable antibacterial plastic is urgently needed to produce the product and meet market demands.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a photodegradable plastic, produces a high-performance synthetic photodegradable antibacterial plastic with high performance and low cost, and meets the requirements of industries such as master batch, packaging films, food packaging bags, disposable lunch boxes, medical treatment and the like.
The preparation method mainly comprises the steps of mixing inorganic nano calcium carbonate particles serving as carriers with an antibacterial agent under the action of a surface coating agent to prepare inorganic nano antibacterial master batches, carrying out melt blending on a photodegradant, the prepared antibacterial master batches, an olefin raw material, a solubilizer, a plasticizer, a cross-linking agent and a dispersing agent by a double screw extruder at the temperature of 180 ℃ according to a certain proportion, introducing the photodegradant into a main chain of the olefin raw material, cooling and carrying out grain cutting to prepare the high-performance synthetic photodegradable antibacterial plastic, wherein the antibacterial plastic has an antibacterial effect on bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus and the like, the density of the prepared high-performance synthetic photodegradable antibacterial plastic is 1.05-1.3g/cm3, the tensile strength is not less than 15MPa, the elongation at break is not less than 400%, and the decomposition degree is not less than 99%.
The antibacterial agent is one or two of hinokitiol and glucosamine benzene.
The surface coating agent is one or more of stearic acid, sodium stearate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
The ratio of the inorganic nano calcium carbonate particles to the surface coating agent and the antibacterial agent is 80: 1.5: 1.
The photodegradable agent is one or more of tetraphenyl ketone, cerium stearate and aluminum stearate.
The solubilizer is one or more of polyethylene wax, chlorinated polypropylene and grafted polypropylene.
The plasticizer is one or two of polyalcohol benzoate and dimethyl phthalate.
The crosslinking agent is one or two of organic peroxide and vinyl siloxane.
The dispersing agent is one or two of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate and hydroxyethylidene diphosphate sodium.
The proportion of the photodegradable agent, the antibacterial master batch, the olefin raw material, the solubilizer, the plasticizer, the cross-linking agent and the dispersing agent is 0.3: 1: 100: 0.5.
The method has the main beneficial effects that: the product has antibacterial effect due to the antibacterial agent.
Because the surface coating agent is adopted, the antibacterial agent and the inorganic nano calcium carbonate particles are uniformly coated.
Due to the adoption of the photodegradable agent, the degradation time of the product is controllable, the degradation is thorough, and the prepared plastic has high air permeability.
