8. The preparation method of the normal-temperature rapid asphalt pavement patching material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s2: the method comprises the steps of mixing the aggregates at a normal temperature to 50 ℃ in advance, heating the aggregates at all grades to 50 ℃ in advance, not heating mineral powder, mixing the aggregates at the temperature of 50 ℃ and the mineral powder for 10 seconds in a dry mode, adding asphalt, mixing, wherein the total mixing time is not less than 120 seconds, mixing by using an asphalt mixing plant, the total mixing time is not less than 60 seconds, uniformly mixing, controlling no white material and no segregation, and obtaining a finished product, wherein the temperature of the finished product mixed repairing material is 30-50 ℃.
9. The preparation method of the normal-temperature rapid asphalt pavement patching material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in S1, when a modifier is added, open fire or smoke is avoided around, and fireproof facilities are prepared;
preferably, the stone temperature is greater than or equal to 80 ℃, the asphalt temperature is greater than or equal to 100 ℃, the finished material is greater than or equal to 50 ℃ and no white material exists;
preferably, the finished mixed repairing material is bagged immediately after being stirred, the bag is formed by a layer of inner film and two layers of woven bags, and the inner film and the woven bags are respectively tied;
preferably, the finished mixed repairing material is stored indoors at the temperature of more than or equal to 20 ℃ when being stored;
preferably, the finished product mixed repairing material is heated for 15-25 min to be eliminated when in use;
preferably, the mixing amount of the modifier is 13% of the mass of the asphalt, and the mixing amount of the modifier is 25% of the mass of the asphalt during long-term storage.
10. The use method of the normal-temperature rapid asphalt pavement patching material as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that:
the loose coefficient of the mixed repairing material is 1.3-1.4, and when the mixed repairing material is used, the mixed material is taken out from a storage chamber in advance and aired for 1-2 hours;
cutting pavement pits into squares or rectangles, thoroughly cleaning up sundries in the pits, blowing the pit area to a dry state by using a blower, spreading emulsified asphalt until the emulsified asphalt is demulsified and then filling the mixture, filling the mixture in layers when the depth of the pits is more than 4cm, and keeping the thickness of each layer to be not more than 4 cm;
after filling, immediately leveling and tamping, wherein the height of the tamped;
and after forming, cleaning gaps on four sides of the pit groove, pouring emulsified asphalt, reserving 1-2 cm of gaps on the top surface of the gaps, filling machine-made sand or stone chips, and opening traffic.
