A certain amount of decoction wastewater is generated in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction process, and mainly comes from the cleaning of decoction equipment, the cleaning of traditional Chinese medicines and a small amount of washing water leaking finished medicines. The Chinese medicine decoction waste water has the characteristics of complex components, high chroma, more impurities, difficult degradation, small water amount and large seasonal variation. Due to the fact that the traditional Chinese medicines are various and different pharmacology and toxicology of different medicines are different, once the traditional Chinese medicines are not effectively treated and enter a water body environment, the problem of water environment pollution and a series of unpredictable human health risks can be caused.
At present, researches and applications aiming at traditional Chinese medicine wastewater treatment mainly concentrate the recycling of decoction dregs or treat large water volume in large-scale traditional Chinese medicine production enterprises, and the corresponding technology mainly comprises the mixed treatment with conventional domestic sewage, the concentration of wastewater pollutants is low, and a conventional coagulating sedimentation and contact oxidation method is adopted, so that the treatment effect and the stability are further improved. However, Chinese traditional medicine manufacturers are more enterprises with smaller scale, such as hospitals, clinics, traditional Chinese medicine rooms and the like, and are not suitable for large-scale sewage treatment systems due to small water production; in addition, the water quality of the produced traditional Chinese medicine wastewater is greatly different according to the difference of different manufacturers, the difference of types of the decocted traditional Chinese medicines and seasonal difference. In general, for the wastewater from traditional Chinese medicine decoction, a treatment facility and a treatment method suitable for small-scale water volume and strong broad spectrum are still lacked, so as to better solve the problem of water environment caused by the traditional Chinese medicine wastewater. Therefore, it is necessary to research and develop an integrated device and a treatment method suitable for treating the wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
