Abstract
The invention discloses a household manual stair lifting platform which comprises a rail, a pulley, a lifting platform and a slope plate. The lifting platform can be operated to rise or fall by manually pressing the lifting rod, so that convenience is provided for people needing to carry heavy objects or disabled wheelchairs and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a household manual stair lifting platform.
Background
Stairways are an indispensable part of buildings. Generally, most of the stairs designed in the building are only used for normal people to walk, and when large heavy objects need to be carried or disabled wheelchairs, bicycles, electric vehicles, shopping carts and the like need to be used for going upstairs and downstairs, the stairs are inconvenient to carry, especially heavy objects and disabled wheelchairs. At present, most of large commercial buildings or centralized districts are provided with convenient devices such as elevators and cement slopes, the problems can be solved, but the large commercial buildings or the centralized districts need high cost and occupy large space, and thus, the large commercial buildings or the centralized districts cannot be provided for use for most of family self-building houses.
Therefore, a stair lifting platform which is used by small families and special disabled people, convenient to install and low in cost needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: a home hand-operated stairway lift is provided.
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
1. firstly, slideways are needed to be installed on the left side and the right side of the stair, each slideway consists of three parts of tracks, namely a support limiting wheel track (No. 1 in figure 3) on the outermost side, a gear track (No. 2 in figure 3) in the middle and a bottom limiting wheel track (No. 3 in figure 3) on the inner side.
2. The stair lifting platform consists of three groups of pulley blocks (figure 4), a bearing platform surface (figure 5) and a slope surface. The three groups of pulley blocks are formed by gears and pulleys positioned on the upper part (No. 1 and No. 2 in figure 4), the lifting force supports and lifts the platform, and the two groups of pulley blocks at the bottom (No. 3 and No. 4 in figure 4) play a role in fixing the position of the platform and limiting; the left plane (No. 1 in figure 5) of the bearing table top can be used for placing articles or disabled wheelchairs and the like, and the right plane (No. 2 in figure 5) of the bearing table top is designed into a step shape (when the platform is lifted to a high position at the top, the bearing table top is convenient for normal family members to walk and use, and can also support a slope surface to play a role in bearing and reinforcing); the slope surface is fixed on the bearing table surface through the hinge, and can turn down to build the slope for disabled wheelchairs and the like to pass when the platform is positioned at the bottom of the stair (as shown in figure 1), and can turn up when the platform rises to the top of the stair so as to avoid hindering other normal family members from walking (as shown in figure 2).
3. The manual lifting rod (figure 6) adopts a bidirectional ratchet design, the unidirectional force action of the forward force or the reverse force can be adjusted through the left and right adjusting sheets (No. 1 in figure 6), in addition, the length of the lifting rod can be properly lengthened, and the force required when the lifting rod is pressed is greatly reduced by utilizing the lever principle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the structure is simple, the cost is low, the cost of required components is low, and the installation is convenient, so that the use cost can be greatly reduced, more special families which are just needed can save expenses and achieve the effect;
2. the operation is simple and labor-saving, the required force can be greatly reduced by lengthening the lifting rod, and the lifting rod can be easily handled when large heavy objects need to be carried.
The design is simple and practical, the material cost is low, and the practical value and the market application prospect are obvious.

Claims (3)
2. The stair lifting platform consists of three groups of pulley blocks (figure 4), a bearing platform surface (figure 5) and a slope surface: the three groups of pulley blocks are formed by gears and pulleys positioned on the upper part (No.
