A device for measuring the mixing ratio of wet and dry waste according to claim 5, characterised in that said waste platform (2) further comprises a third motor (25); the third motor (25) is arranged on the walking bracket (26), and the weighing device (27) is movably arranged on the walking bracket (26) through a rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is connected to the power output end of the third motor (25), and the third motor (25) drives the rotating shaft to rotate; the rotating shaft drives the tray (24) and the weighing device (27) to rotate around the rotating shaft.

9. A garbage billing method using the method for measuring dry and wet garbage and the mixing rate thereof according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the steps of:
establishing a reference rate and an excess rate;
when the bagged garbage thrown by the user is detected to be single wet garbage or single dry garbage, multiplying the pre-crushing weight by the reference rate to generate a reference garbage charge, and charging the user according to the reference garbage charge;
when the bagged garbage thrown by the user is detected to be mixed garbage of dry garbage and wet garbage, multiplying the pre-crushing weight by the reference rate to generate reference garbage billing, and multiplying the mixing rate by the excess rate to obtain excess garbage billing; and adding the reference garbage charging and the excess garbage charging to obtain final garbage charging, and charging the user according to the final garbage charging.
10. The method for billing dry and wet garbage according to claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
when the bagged garbage thrown by the user contains harmful garbage, warning is given to the user and the user is required to remove the harmful garbage from the bagged garbage.
