Infectious specimen containment device and method of use thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an infectious specimen containing device with sampling and storing functions and a using method thereof.
Background
The infectious specimen has strong infectivity, and particularly, the specimen infected by the upper respiratory tract is very easy to enter the respiratory tract of a human body through an air medium for infection. It is well established in two links, the first is the sampling link, because closely approach patient, form the infection through breathing, air current etc. with virus to medical personnel's hand, and the second is the censorship link, and the sample is in the transportation, probably also has the escape to cause the infection because sealed not good. At present, in the COVID-19 which is transmitted in the world, a large number of medical workers are infected through links of taking and sending specimens, and particularly in the early stage, the new coronavirus is not recognized enough, the infection rate is extremely high, and the life health of the medical workers is greatly influenced.
The present inventors have considered, through analysis, that the above problems are mainly caused by medical staff working in the front line, and the two reasons are as follows: firstly, the nasopharyngeal throat swab of the specimen has no protection measures on the hand, and viruses can be brought into the respiratory tract by the hand; secondly, because nasopharynx larynx swab and receiver are complete to be separated, do not have good fixed, lead to easily appearing sealing badly and cause the virus to spill out in the censorship process, simultaneously, do not have safeguard measure to the virus that spills out.
In view of the above problems, there is a need for an infectious sample receiving device and a method for using the same, which can be used to take or store a sample, integrate sampling and storing functions, be reliably fixed, and be safely stored and transported, and provide help to improve the safety and operation efficiency of taking infectious samples.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an infectious specimen container and a method for using the same, which integrate sampling and storage functions, and can improve the safety of specimen taking, so as to solve the problems of potential safety hazard and low efficiency in specimen taking in the prior art.
One of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the infectious specimen accommodating device comprises a specimen outer sleeve and a specimen collecting barrel detachably fixed in the inner cavity of the specimen outer sleeve, the specimen outer sleeve comprises a sleeve body and a sleeve cover which is detachably connected with the sleeve body in a sealing way, the sleeve body is provided with a volume cavity capable of accommodating the volume of the specimen collecting cylinder, the volume cavity is filled with disinfectant, the sleeve cover is provided with an injection nozzle for injecting disinfectant into the volume cavity, the specimen collecting cylinder comprises a collecting cylinder body and a collecting cylinder cover which is detachably and hermetically connected with the collecting cylinder body, a protective bag is arranged on the outer side of the collecting cylinder cover, the protective bag is provided with an elastic contraction port, a specimen collecting head is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the collecting cylinder cover, the collecting cylinder body is provided with a containing cavity capable of containing the collecting head, and the bottom of the inner cavity of the volume cavity is provided with a fixing table for connecting and fixing the specimen collecting cylinder.
Furthermore, the sleeve body is connected with the sleeve cover through threads, and the collecting cylinder body is connected with the collecting cylinder cover through threads.
Further, the fixed station is provided with a connecting stud, the connecting stud is provided with an external thread, and the bottom of the collecting cylinder body is provided with an internal thread which is fixedly connected with the external thread.
Furthermore, the fixed station comprises a limiting station, the limiting station is fixed at the bottom of the sleeve body and vertically extends towards the opening of the sleeve body, and the connecting stud is vertically arranged at the top of the limiting station.
Further, the specimen collecting head comprises a collecting rod and a swab arranged at the end part of the collecting rod.
Further, the protective bag is a film bag made of rubber materials, an opening is formed in the film bag, and the elastic contraction opening is a rubber belt which is arranged on the opening in a sealed and integrated mode.
Furthermore, the connecting thread between the sleeve body and the sleeve cover is a sealing thread.
The second invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the use method of the infectious specimen accommodation device comprises the following steps:
1) unscrewing a collecting cylinder cover, and sleeving the protective bag into an arm;
2) sampling;
3) after sampling is finished, inserting the specimen collecting head inwards into the containing cavity, and screwing the collecting cylinder cover;
4) unscrewing a sleeve cover, integrally placing the specimen collecting cylinder into the sleeve body, and screwing the specimen collecting cylinder on a fixed table;
5) screwing the sleeve cover tightly, and sealing the specimen outer sleeve;
6) and filling the volume cavity with 75% alcohol, and integrally burying the specimen collecting cylinder in the volume cavity of the outer specimen sleeve to form liquid seal, finishing storage, and waiting for inspection.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the specimen collecting barrel is fixed in the specimen outer sleeve, so that the fixed storage is realized, the vibration is small in the transportation process, and the escape risk is low; meanwhile, disinfectant such as 75% alcohol is filled in the outer sleeve, so that potential safety hazards to inspection personnel can be avoided even if a small amount of specimens escapes; in addition, the hand of the sampling personnel can be protected by the protective bag, so that the infection of the sampling personnel by the disease element is avoided.
In a word, the invention integrates the functions of sampling and storing, is fixed and reliable, is safe to store and transport, finishes sampling, namely finishes inspection, reduces the operation procedures, reduces the infection risk and improves the operation efficiency and the safety.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the infectious specimen accommodation device of the present embodiment includes a specimen outer sleeve 1 and a specimen collection tube 2, the specimen outer sleeve includes a sleeve body 3 and a sleeve cover 4, the sleeve body has a volume cavity 5 capable of accommodating the specimen collection tube, i.e. the specimen collection tube can be integrally placed in the volume cavity, the sleeve cover is provided with an injection nozzle 6, a disinfectant can be injected into the volume cavity through the injection nozzle, the sleeve cover is detachably and hermetically connected with the sleeve body through a pipe thread 21, when in use, the volume cavity is filled with a disinfectant 7 such as 75% alcohol, etc., the specimen collection tube is integrally buried in the volume cavity to form liquid seal,
the specimen collecting cylinder comprises a collecting cylinder body 8 and a collecting cylinder cover 9, a protective bag 10 is arranged on the outer side of the collecting cylinder cover, an elastic contraction port 11 is formed in the protective bag, a specimen collecting head 12 is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the collecting cylinder cover, when medical staff samples, hands are protected by the protective bag, so that the risk of virus infecting sampling staff is reduced, and the collecting cylinder body is connected with the collecting cylinder cover through threads;
the collecting cylinder body is provided with a containing cavity 13 capable of containing the collecting head, so that the collecting head can be integrally contained, and the bottom of the inner cavity of the volume cavity is provided with a fixing table 14 for connecting and fixing the sample collecting cylinder.
In this embodiment, in order to guarantee leakproofness, the injection nozzle can seal with the rubber buffer, can directly puncture the rubber buffer and inject the operation into.
As a modification of this embodiment, the fixing table is provided with a connecting stud 15, the connecting stud is provided with an external thread 16, the outer surface of the bottom of the collecting cylinder is provided with a connecting hole 22 extending inwards, and an internal thread 17 fixedly connected with the external thread is arranged in the connecting hole. When the collecting barrel is used, the connecting stud is screwed into the collecting barrel body to form fixation through the matching of the external threads and the internal threads, the connection is stable and reliable, and the collecting barrel body cannot bump or tip over during transportation.
As a modification of this embodiment, the fixing table includes a limiting table 18, the limiting table is fixed at the bottom of the sleeve body and vertically extends toward the opening of the sleeve body, and the connecting stud is vertically arranged at the top of the limiting table. When the collecting cylinder body is screwed in, the collecting cylinder body can stop when reaching the limiting table.
As a modification of this embodiment, the specimen collection head includes a collection rod 19 and a swab 20 positioned at the end of the collection rod. The collecting rod can be made of plastic or aluminum, and the swab is made of polyester fiber, terylene or rayon.
As the improvement of this embodiment, the protection bag is the film bag that adopts rubber materials to make, is provided with the opening on the film bag, and the elastic contraction mouth is the rubber tape of sealed integrative setting opening. The film bag has certain elastic deformation capacity and can adapt to the nesting of palms of different sizes, and the rubber belt has larger elastic deformation capacity compared with the film bag, is beneficial to nesting the hands and can retract to nest the hands on the arms.
Initially, independently packaging the outer specimen sleeve and the specimen collecting barrel respectively; during sampling, the two packages are respectively opened, then the collecting cylinder cover is unscrewed from the sample collecting cylinder, the palm extends into the protective bag through the elastic contraction port, the protective bag is sleeved on the arm, and the collecting cylinder cover is held by the palm for sampling operation, as shown in fig. 6, after sampling is finished, the sample collecting head is inwards inserted into the containing cavity, and then the collecting cylinder cover is screwed to finish sampling; and then unscrewing a sleeve cover, integrally placing the sample collection cylinder into the sleeve body, screwing the sample collection cylinder on a fixed table, screwing the sleeve cover, sealing the sample outer sleeve, filling the volume cavity with 75% alcohol, and integrally burying the sample collection cylinder in the volume cavity to form liquid seal, finish storage, and waiting for inspection.
In the embodiment, the specimen collecting barrel is fixed in the specimen outer sleeve, so that the specimen collecting barrel is fixed and stored, the vibration is small in transportation, and the escape risk is low; meanwhile, disinfectant such as 75% alcohol is filled in the outer sleeve, so that potential safety hazards to inspection personnel can be avoided even if a small amount of specimens escapes; in addition, this embodiment still can protect sampling personnel's hand through the protection bag, avoids the disease to cause the infection to sampling personnel.
In a word, the embodiment integrates the functions of sampling and storing, is fixed and reliable, is safe to store and transport, completes sampling, namely completes inspection, reduces the operation procedures, reduces the infection risk, and improves the operation efficiency and the safety.
