Description

Manufacturing method of redwood furniture
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of furniture manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method of redwood furniture.
Background
Rosewood is a general name of wood for high-end and rare furniture, and generally refers to red hardwood. Rosewood grows slowly, generally in the growth period of more than one hundred years, and is precious. With the increase of the demand of the mahogany furniture, the mahogany originally produced in China can not meet the supply demand, and most of the current domestic mahogany wood is imported from southeast Asia and other places.
The rosewood has long growth period, hard material, beautiful patterns, and obvious distinction between the core and the border material, and the border material is grey white, the core material is yellowish red or red, and can turn into mauve after being exposed in air for a long time. In the traditional processing of the redwood, most of the redwood is only selected to manufacture furniture, and the sapwood is discarded, which causes the shortage phenomenon of the redwood to a certain extent. Therefore, how to improve the material selection range during the processing of the padauk by optimizing the processing technology has very important significance.
The general process of manufacturing the redwood furniture comprises the following steps: selecting materials, cutting materials, drying, tenoning, carving, assembling, scraping and painting. Because the rosewood border material has lower hardness and is easy to deform and moth-eaten, the rosewood border material is generally excluded during material selection, and only a core material with hard texture is selected, particularly when a plurality of components need to be carved during the carving process, the rosewood core material with hard texture is required to be selected.
The Chinese patent with application publication number CN107553678A discloses a processing technology of redwood furniture, which comprises the steps of selecting materials, removing oil, tenoning, carving, cleaning, drying, assembling, scraping, grinding, painting and the like, wherein during oil removal, a sodium carbonate solution is adopted for soaking, then a mixed solution of acetone and sodium carbonate is adopted for soaking, the oil is removed fully, and the wear resistance of the furniture is improved by repeating painting for many times, so that the service life is prolonged. However, the painting times of the redwood furniture are too many, so that the overall processing period of the furniture is longer, and the processing efficiency is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the manufacturing method of the redwood furniture, which is short in processing period and high in processing efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a manufacturing method of redwood furniture comprises the following steps:
1) drying the obtained redwood materials, and soaking in an ethanol solution for 10-20 min;
2) freezing the soaked rosewood in the step 1) at-10 to-20 ℃ for 10-15 min, and then carrying out high-temperature treatment at 60-80 ℃ for 40-60 min;
3) placing the rosewood subjected to the high-temperature treatment in the step 2) in first flowing air at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ for treatment for 40-60 min, wherein pomegranate bark extracting solution is sprayed and mixed in the first flowing air; then, placing the redwood in second flowing air at the temperature of 25-35 ℃ for treating for 60-90 min, wherein the second flowing air is sprayed and mixed with a Chinese rose flower extracting solution;
4) drying, tenoning, assembling, scraping and grinding, polishing and waxing the redwood processed in the step 3).
By adopting the technical scheme, the cut rosewood is soaked by adopting the ethanol solution, and part of grease in the rosewood is dissolved into the ethanol solution. Because the grease has strong adsorption force and is not easy to dissolve out of the wood, the invention carries out low-temperature freezing treatment to ensure that the redwood generates fine shrinkage, extrudes a part of grease from fine gaps of the redwood grain, and then carries out high-temperature treatment to volatilize ethanol solution and carried grease, thereby leaving fine pores in the redwood. Then the rosewood is placed in flowing air mixed with the pomegranate bark extracting solution in a spraying mode, so that the rosewood adsorbs pomegranate bark extracting components, and the pomegranate bark extracting components enter the interior of the rosewood and are adsorbed in the pores. Then the wood is placed in flowing air sprayed with the rose extracting solution, so that the pores of the wood are also adsorbed with the rose extracting components. Then drying, volatilizing the solvent in the extracting solution, and leaving the non-volatile parts in the pomegranate peel extracting component and the Chinese rose extracting component in the rosewood. Among the extracted components of the pomegranate rind, the tannin component has good bactericidal effect and antioxidant effect, can prevent redwood from being damaged by worms and aged, prolongs the service life of redwood furniture, and can reduce the high material selection standard caused by worm prevention during material selection. In addition, flavonoids in the pomegranate bark extract have good oxidation resistance, so that the anti-aging performance of the mahogany furniture is further improved. The phenolic substances in the Chinese rose extract also have good sterilization and antioxidation effects, and the terpene substances and terpene alcohol substances contained in the Chinese rose extract have unique fragrance, so that the mahogany furniture can gradually emit fragrance when being used for a long time, and the use experience of the furniture is improved.
The invention is further configured to: the drying in the step 1) is drying for 30-50 min at the temperature of 50-60 ℃.
By adopting the technical scheme, the moisture in the redwood can be volatilized by drying before soaking, so that the soaking solution can conveniently enter the wood, but the moisture content in the wood is higher, and the deformation of the wood can be avoided by adopting lower drying temperature.
The invention is further configured to: the ethanol solution in the step 1) is an ethanol water solution with the mass fraction of 30-75%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the concentration of the ethanol solution is not easy to be overlarge, and the condition that the performance of the redwood is influenced because all grease in the wood is replaced is prevented; the concentration of the ethanol solution is not easy to be too low, and the soaking efficiency is prevented from being too low.
The invention is further configured to: the content of the pomegranate bark extracting solution in the first flowing air in the step 3) is 100-120 mL/m3The content of the Chinese rose extract in the second flowing air is 150-200 mL/m3
By adopting the technical scheme, the pomegranate bark content in the first flowing air is controlled to be 100-120 mL/m3Enough pomegranate rind extract components can be ensured to enter the rosewood, and the pomegranate rind extract components which are adhered to the surface of the rosewood too much are prevented from being easily cleaned. The content of the rose extract in the second flowing air is slightly higher, so that the adsorption amount of the rose extract in the rosewood can be improved.
The invention is further configured to: the pomegranate bark extracting solution in the step 3) is prepared by the method comprising the following steps: crushing pomegranate rind, adding a first mixed solvent, soaking for 24-36 h, and then filtering to obtain the pomegranate rind; the first mixed solvent is obtained by mixing at least one of ethanol and acetone with water in a volume ratio of 1 (1-2).
By adopting the technical scheme, the pomegranate bark extracting solution is extracted by adopting the ethanol or acetone solution with lower cost, so that tannin components in the pomegranate bark raw material can be fully extracted, other components which are difficult to extract are not required to be fully extracted, the extraction cost is favorably reduced, and the large-scale application is facilitated.
The invention is further configured to: the Chinese rose extract in the step 3) is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: chopping rose petals, adding a second mixed solvent, soaking for 36-48 h, filtering, and diluting the filtrate with water to obtain the rose petal tea; the second mixed solvent is obtained by mixing ethanol and water according to the mass ratio of 1 (0.1-0.3).
By adopting the technical scheme, when the Chinese rose is extracted, the ethanol solution is used as the solvent, so that the phenolic substances in the Chinese rose can be extracted more conveniently, and the ethanol solution with higher concentration is adopted, so that the extraction efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
The invention is further configured to: in the step 4), the drying is carried out by treating the mixture in flowing gas with the temperature of 60-80 ℃ and the humidity of 20-25% for 50-60 min; then treating the mixture in flowing gas with the temperature of 25-30 ℃ and the humidity of 20-25% for 100-120 min; then treating the mixture for 20-30 min in flowing gas with the temperature of 50-55 ℃ and the humidity of 10-15%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the rosewood is dried after the pomegranate bark extract and the Chinese rose extract are treated, so that the moisture and the organic solvent in the rosewood are fully volatilized. In order to avoid excessive loss of adsorbed pomegranate rind extract components and rosa chinensis extract components, mild temperature is adopted during drying, and meanwhile, three-stage drying is adopted, wherein high-temperature treatment is firstly carried out, then low-temperature treatment is carried out, and then high-temperature treatment is carried out again. Because the effective components in the pomegranate bark extract and the Chinese rose flower extract have higher molecular weight and have stronger adsorption force in wood pores, relatively speaking, small molecular substances are easier to volatilize, and moisture can volatilize and escape as much as possible.
The invention is further configured to: and 4) before waxing, spraying a curing agent on the polished surface of the wood, wherein the curing agent is at least one of toluene, dimethyl ethylene diamine, methyl propylene glycol and toluene diisocyanate.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the curing agent can closely combine on mahogany furniture surface, plays the ageing resistance effect, and the wax when also can making follow-up wax fixation combines to furniture surface better simultaneously, only need use less amount of wax oil can.
The invention is further configured to: the curing agent comprises toluene, dimethyl ethylene diamine, methyl propylene glycol and toluene diisocyanate according to the mass ratio of (5-7) to (2-3) to (0.5-0.8) to (1-2).
By adopting the technical scheme, the methyl propylene glycol and the toluene diisocyanate are added into the curing agent, so that the generated polyurethane component can be utilized, the bonding capability of the curing agent is improved, and the using amount of the curing agent is reduced. The added dimethyl ethylene diamine can promote the rapid generation and the thorough reaction of the polyurethane component, and the toluene is beneficial to the full dispersion of the curing agent component, so that a very thin layer is covered on the surface of the wood when the curing agent is sprayed.
The invention is further configured to: and 4) after the wax is melted in the step 4), treating the mixture in flowing air at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 0.5-1 min, and then treating the mixture in flowing air at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for 20-30 min.
By adopting the technical scheme, hot air treatment is carried out after waxing, so that the wax oil can be uniformly distributed on the surface of the wood, a wax layer with very thin thickness is formed, the color of the redwood wood is not influenced, and the adsorbed components in the wood can be slowly released.
