acquiring historical data of a plurality of kinds of strip steel, wherein the historical data comprises: the group, width, thickness and buckling index after rolling of each strip steel;
determining buckling grade according to the buckling index of each strip steel;
mapping the buckling grade with the group, the width and the thickness of the strip steel, and establishing a corresponding relation table between the group, the width and the thickness of the strip steel and the buckling grade, wherein the corresponding relation table is the buckling grade table.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the traversal unit is specifically configured to:
searching the group of the target strip steel in the buckling grade table;
after the group of the target strip steel is found, the thickness of the target strip steel is found based on the group;
after the thickness of the target strip steel is found, the width of the target strip steel is found based on the thickness;
and after the width of the target strip steel is found, determining the corresponding buckling grade based on the width.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the target strip has a thickness of 0.45 to 1mm and a width of 1260 to 2000 mm.
8. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to:
acquiring the target tension of the target strip steel in the steel specification;
and determining the group of the target strip steel according to the target tension.
