Abstract
The application of the invention discloses a brewing bag, which comprises a first bag body; the second bag body is arranged in the first bag body and comprises at least two filter bags; the sealing structure is at least arranged at the opening of the first bag body; and the liquid outlet is arranged on the first bag body and communicated with the outside and the first bag body to enclose a closed space formed outside the second bag body. The invention solves the technical problems that the existing brewing bag is simple in structure, so that the brewing process of the beverage is single, the requirements of the beverage containing various brewing materials on the brewing sequence cannot be met, and the requirements of auxiliary materials for independent placement and portability cannot be met.

At present, the brewing bag on the market is simple in structure, or has no filter bag or only comprises one filter bag, tea or coffee powder is contained in the filter bag, auxiliary materials such as auxiliary tea or seasoning like white sugar, milk balls and scented tea need to be added independently, and the brewing bag is inconvenient to carry. The invention mainly aims to provide a brewing bag, and aims to solve the technical problems that the existing brewing bag is simple in structure, so that the brewing process of a beverage is single, the requirements of the beverage containing various brewing materials on the brewing sequence cannot be met, and the requirements of auxiliary materials on independent placement and portability cannot be met.

The infusion bag according to the present application comprises:
a first bag body;
the second bag body is arranged in the first bag body and comprises at least two filter bags;
the sealing structure is at least arranged at the opening of the first bag body;
and the liquid outlet is arranged on the first bag body and communicated with the outside and the first bag body to enclose a closed space formed outside the second bag body.

The existing brewing bag is simple in structure, has a filter bag or even does not have the filter bag, so that auxiliary materials are often added when people brew tea or coffee, the auxiliary materials are usually placed together with the tea or coffee, the requirements of different people on the taste of brewed drinks cannot be met, and the auxiliary materials are placed independently, so that the brewing bag is inconvenient to carry and easy to lose. Therefore, the invention provides a brewing bag with multiple filter bags, wherein the filter bags of the brewing bag are independently arranged, liquid enters the first bag body through different filter bags to be fused, or the liquid enters the first bag body and then rises through the water level to enter other filter bags to soak beverage materials to be fused with the taste of the beverage, so that the carrying of different beverage materials and the blending of beverages with different tastes are facilitated, and the requirements of more people are met.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application relates to a brewing bag, comprising a first bag body 1, a second bag body 2, a sealing structure and a liquid outlet 5; the second bag body 2 is arranged in the first bag body 1, and the second bag body 2 at least comprises two filter bags; the sealing structure is at least arranged at the opening of the first bag body 1; the liquid outlet 5 is arranged on the first bag body 1, and the liquid outlet 5 is communicated with the outside and the first bag body 1 encloses a closed space formed outside the second bag body 2. In the application process, the sealing structure arranged on the first bag body 1 is opened, liquid flows into the first bag body 1 after flowing into the filter bag 3 of the second bag body 2 through the sealing structure, and the liquid flowing into the first bag body 1 can flow out through the liquid outlet 5. In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the connection between the first pouch body 1 and the second pouch body 2 is embedded in the sealed inner wall of the first pouch body 1 at least through the leftmost side and the rightmost side of the second pouch body 2. The opening and closing opening at the top of the second bag body 2 is sealed by a sealing structure arranged on the first bag body.
In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the liquid enters the first bag body through the filter bag sleeved at the opening of the first bag body 1; in a further preferred embodiment of the present application, at least two filter bags are disposed at the opening of the first bag body 1, and an indentation for preventing liquid from penetrating between the two filter bags is disposed between every two filter bags. As shown in fig. 1, the second bag body 2 includes a first filter bag 201 and a second bag body 202, the first filter bag 201 and the second filter bag 202 are disposed in the first bag body 1 at left and right sides, and an indentation is disposed between the first filter bag 201 and the second filter bag 202.
With the above structure, when the liquid only enters the first filter bag 201, the liquid enters the first bag body 1 through the first filter bag 201, the liquid gathers in the first bag body 1 and gradually rises to contact with the second filter bag 202, the liquid in the first filter bag 1 enters the second filter bag 202 to soak the beverage material in the second filter bag 202, the beverage material in the second filter bag 202 is fused into the liquid, the liquid enters the first bag body 1 through the flow of the liquid, and after the liquid in the first bag body 1 is uniformly fused, the liquid in the bottoming bag body 1, which is brewed by the beverage material in the first filter bag 201 and the second filter bag 202, is poured out through the liquid outlet 5 for drinking.
When the liquid enters the first filter bag 201 and the second filter bag 202 at the same time, the liquid respectively infuses the beverage materials in the first filter bag 201 and the second filter bag 202 and enters the first bag body 1, so that the liquid in the first filter bag 201 and the second filter bag 202 is merged in the first bag body 1 and flows out through the liquid outlet 5 on the first bag body 1.
The first filter bag 201 and the second filter bag 202 can be added with the brewing beverage material according to the actual situation in the using process. In other embodiments of the present application, the second bag body 2 comprises a plurality of filter bags, and the filter bags are isolated from each other. Is convenient for carrying various beverage brewing materials.
In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the brewing bag can be spatially sealed by the sealing structure of the first bag body 1 and the sealing member 6 disposed at the liquid outlet 5, so that the brewing bag is in a sealed state, thereby facilitating the carrying of the liquid in the brewing bag.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present application, the sealing structure includes a first sealing structure 3 for sealing the first pouch body 1 and a second sealing structure 4 for sealing the openings of the filter bags provided at the openings of the first pouch body 1 by the first pouch body 1 and the second pouch body 2; the first sealing structure 3 can be an indentation or other closing structures, and preferably, the first sealing structure 3 is a disposable sealing structure; the second sealing structure 4 is a sealing structure that can be closed for multiple uses, the second sealing structure 4 is a buckling structure or a knob opening and closing structure, and in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second sealing structure 4 is an easy-to-pull buckle. The easy-to-draw buckle has a simple structure, is easy to attach to the brewing bag, occupies small space, has relatively low requirement on the structural setting of the brewing bag, and is convenient for the brewing bag to be folded and carried integrally.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the closing element 6 includes a connection port 601 and a cover 602, and the connection port 601 is disposed between the liquid outlet 5 and the cover 602. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cover 602 is sleeved on the connection port 601, and further preferably, the first cover 602 is disposed in the connection port 601 by a knob.
When the brewing bag is set for one time, the connecting end 601 is fixedly connected with the cover body 602, and when the brewing bag is used, the connection between the connecting port 601 and the cover body 602 is broken; in the preferred embodiment of the present application, the connection port 601 and the cover 602 are connected by a thin-wall structure. When the brewing bag is designed to be reusable, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting end 601 is connected to the cover 602 through a thin-walled structure, when the brewing bag is used, the thin-walled structure is broken, the cover 602 is removed, and after the liquid is poured, the cover 602 is sleeved on the connecting end 601, so as to seal the liquid outlet 5 and prevent the liquid from flowing out.

and the liquid outlet is arranged on the first bag body and communicated with the outside and the first bag body to enclose a closed space formed outside the second bag body.

6. The brewing bag according to claim 1, wherein said sealing structure comprises a first sealing structure sealing said first bag body, and a second sealing structure for sealing said first bag body and an opening of said filter bag.
7. The brewing bag of claim 6, wherein the second sealing structure is a easy-open tab.
8. The brewing bag according to claim 1, comprising a closure disposed at the outlet.
9. The infusion bag of claim 8, wherein said closure comprises a connection port and a cap, said connection port being disposed between said spout and said cap.
10. The brewing bag according to claim 9, wherein the connection port and the cover are connected by a thin-walled structure.
