The combined medical protection device with goggles and mask as shown in fig. 1-3 comprises an oral mask body 1, an eye mask body 2 and a wearing part 3, wherein the eye mask body 2 is detachable relative to the oral mask body 1;
the eye shield 2 comprises a frame 21, lenses 22 and side blocking parts 23; the frame 21 has a hollow portion 211; the lens 22 is mounted on the frame 21 and covers the hollow portion 211; as shown in fig. 4, the side blocking portion 23 is disposed around the frame 21, and the side blocking portion 23 can fill up a gap between the periphery of the frame 21 and the face of the user to prevent flying dust and dust carrying viruses from bypassing the frame 21 and flying into the glasses of the user.

Because the lengths of the elastic bands 31 needed for wearing the mask body 1 alone and the combination of the mask body 1 and the eye mask body 2 are different, the elastic bands 31 can be retracted by arranging the retracting device 32, and the elastic bands 31 with sufficient lengths can be worn in different wearing modes to meet the wearing requirements.
As shown in fig. 8, the retraction device 32 includes a device base 321 and a rotating base 322, the device base 321 is fixed on the oral cavity shield 1, the device base 321 has a rotating shaft 323, and the rotating base 322 can rotate relative to the device base 321 and can slide in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 323; a plurality of comb-shaped teeth 324 arranged in a circumferential array are formed at the peripheral edge of the rotating base 322, and the comb-shaped teeth 324 extend towards the device base 321; a spring 325 is arranged between the rotating shaft part 323 and the rotating seat 322, and the spring 325 enables the rotating seat 322 to have a moving trend towards the device seat 321; the rotating base 322 is further provided with a winding portion 326, the second end of the elastic band 31 is wound on the winding portion 326, the winding portion 326 can rotate along with the rotating base 322, and the winding portion 326 is fixed in the axial direction. In an initial state, the end of the comb portion 324 is in contact with the device base 321, when a wearer needs to adjust the length of the elastic band 31, the wearer only needs to pull the rotating base 322 outwards to make the end of the comb portion 324 leave the device base 321, rotate the device base 321 to let the elastic band 31 be paid out from the winding portion 326 or wind the elastic band 31 to the winding portion 326, after the elastic band 31 is wound and unwound, the elastic band 31 is embedded between some two adjacent comb portions 324, and then the rotating base 322 is released to return to the initial state.
Since the lens 22 is likely to generate fog, and the wearer can wipe the fog conveniently, the lens 22 is preferably slidable relative to the frame 21, and an elastic unit 27 is disposed between the lens and a first side of the frame 21, and a wiper unit 24 acting on the lens 22 is mounted on the opposite side of the first side; the lens 22 is slidable relative to the frame 21 between an initial position and a first position; when the lens 22 is in the initial position, it completely covers the hollow 211; when the lens 22 is in the first position, the lens 22 does not completely cover the hollow portion 211, and the elastic unit 27 is elastically deformed and covers a portion of the hollow portion 211 which is not covered by the lens 22.

Preferably, the scraping units 24 are rubber strips, and the two scraping units 24 are respectively disposed on two sides of the lens and can simultaneously clean the front side and the back side of the lens.
As shown in fig. 5, the two sides of the same hollow portion 211 of the frame 21 are respectively provided with an inner sliding groove 212 and an outer sliding groove 213, and the distance between the two outer sliding grooves 213 is larger than the distance between the two inner sliding grooves 212; a communicating groove 214 communicating the inner sliding groove 212 and the outer sliding groove 213 is arranged between the inner sliding groove 212 and the outer sliding groove 213 on each side, and the width of the communicating groove 214 is smaller than the width of the inner sliding groove 212 and the outer sliding groove 213; the two sides of the lens 22 are arranged in the inner sliding groove 212 and can slide relative to the inner sliding groove; the elastic unit 27 is an elastic rubber strip, two ends of the elastic unit are respectively provided with a plurality of guide sliding blocks 25, and the guide sliding blocks 25 are arranged in the outer sliding groove 213 and can slide relative to the outer sliding groove.
With the above structure, since the two ends of the elastic unit 27 are provided with the sliding blocks 25, and the sliding blocks 25 on the two sides are respectively arranged in the outer sliding grooves 213 on the two sides, when the elastic unit 27 is elastically deformed and unfolded, the width of the elastic unit 27 is larger than that of the hollow part 211, so that the unfolded elastic unit 27 can cover the part of the hollow part 211 which is not covered by the lens 22, and the two sides of the elastic rubber strip are not recessed due to the elastic effect to generate gaps on the two sides, and further, since the distance between the two outer sliding grooves 213 is larger than the distance between the two inner sliding grooves 212, the unfolded area of the elastic unit 27 can be larger than the area of the hollow part 211 which needs to be covered, so as to ensure that the area of the hollow part 211 which needs to be covered is.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the medical staff to push the lens 22 to move, the lens 22 is provided with a boosting member 26, the boosting member 26 is provided with an everted folding part 261, and the medical staff can push the lens 22 to move by pushing the folding part 261.

The lower support part 4, the mouth part cover body 1 and the eye part cover body 2 are butted to form a complete face cover body, so that the skin exposure area is reduced, the part of the face which is possibly exposed is not needed to be cleaned carelessly after a wearer removes the combined medical protective mask, and the infection risk is reduced.
