The invention is characterized in that the joint 4 comprises a limit ring 1403, a first connecting part 1401 and a second connecting part 1402 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the limit ring 1403 and are communicated with each other, wherein the first connecting part 1401 is detachably connected with the water interface 9 or the gas interface 10, and the second connecting part 1402 is fixedly sleeved at the input end of the high-pressure water pipe 11 or the high-pressure air pipe 12; the side surface of the stopper ring 1403 near the second connecting portion 1402 is provided with a stopper portion 1404, and when in use, the inner side surface of the slider body 2701 near the end of the clamping portion 2702 is tightly attached to the end surface of the stopper portion 1404.
The invention is also characterized in that the outer side surface of the limiting part 1404 is provided with an inclined surface 1405, which can play a guiding role in the sliding process of the clamping slide block 27.
The technical features of the present invention which are not described in the above embodiments may be implemented by or using the prior art, and are not described herein again, of course, the above description is not intended to limit the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and variations, modifications, additions or substitutions which may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention should also fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The poultry house flushing equipment is characterized by comprising a waterway system and an air circuit system, wherein the output ends of the waterway system and the air circuit system are respectively arranged on the inner wall of a wall at one end part of a poultry house (34), the waterway system and the air circuit system are positioned between two adjacent cages (8), a plurality of water interfaces (9) are respectively arranged at the output ends of the waterway system, a plurality of air interfaces (10) are correspondingly arranged at the output ends of the air circuit system, and a plurality of flushing parts are detachably arranged between the corresponding water interfaces (9) and the air interfaces (10);
the waterway system comprises a water pipe (4) communicated with the water tank (1), and a water pump (2) and a water filter (3) which are respectively arranged on the water pipe (4);
the air path system comprises an air pipeline (7) communicated with an air compressor (5) and a motor (6) arranged on the air pipeline (7);
the flushing component comprises a spray gun (13), a high-pressure water pipe (11) and a high-pressure air pipe (12) which are respectively communicated with the spray gun (13), and a joint (14) is respectively arranged at the input end of the high-pressure water pipe (11) and the input end of the high-pressure air pipe (12).
2. A poultry house washing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a quick-release unit arranged between the corresponding water interface (9), gas interface (10) and the washing member input, respectively.
3. A poultry house washing apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the quick-release unit comprises gripping members arranged outside the water interface (9) and/or the gas interface (10), respectively, and drive members controlling the gripping members;
the clamping component comprises three sliding chutes (28) arranged on the wall of the poultry house (34) outside the water interface (9) and/or the gas interface (10) along the circumferential direction, clamping sliding blocks (27) respectively matched with each sliding chute (28) in a sliding way along the radial direction of the corresponding water interface (9) and/or the gas interface (10), swinging pieces (26) with one ends respectively hinged at the outer ends of the corresponding clamping sliding blocks (27), eccentric wheels (25) with the outer circumferential surfaces matched with the other ends of the swinging pieces (26) in a rotating way, and a parallelogram mechanism arranged between the rotating shafts of two adjacent eccentric wheels (25); the rotating shaft of one of the eccentric wheels (25) is coaxial with the output shaft of the driving part.

A poultry house washing apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the eccentric wheel (25) comprises wheel bodies (2501), respectively coaxial with the eccentric rotation axis of the wheel bodies (2501), a connecting cylinder (2502) and a connecting rod (2503) respectively provided on both sides of the wheel bodies (2501) correspondingly;
the swinging piece (26) comprises a lantern ring (2601), and a hinge rod (2602) with one end arranged on the circumferential surface of the lantern ring (2601) and the other end provided with a first hinge hole along the radial direction of the lantern ring (2601);
the clamping slide block (27) comprises a slide block body (2701), a clamping portion (2702) arranged at one end of the slide block body (2701), a connecting hole (2704) formed in the other end face of the slide block body (2701), and a second hinge hole (2703) formed in the side wall of the connecting hole (2704) and penetrating through the two side walls of the connecting hole (2704).

A poultry house washing apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the parallelogram mechanism comprises a V-shaped swing link (29) fixed at a bend thereof to a rotating shaft of one of the eccentrics (25), swing links (30) fixed at one end thereof to rotating shafts of the other two eccentrics (25), respectively, and connecting rods (31) respectively hinged between the ends of the V-shaped swing links (29) and the other ends of the corresponding swing links (30).
6. A poultry house washing apparatus according to claim 3, characterised in that the clamping means further comprises a cushion pad (33) provided at an outer end of the clamping portion (2702) of the clamping slide (27).
7. A poultry house washing apparatus according to any one of claims 3-6, characterized in that the corresponding clamping means outside the water connection (9) between two adjacent cages (8) are arranged symmetrically to the clamping means outside the gas connection (10);
the driving part comprises a first gear (21) and a second gear (22) which are arranged on the inner wall of the poultry house (34) and meshed with each other, the rotating shaft is coaxial with one of the eccentric wheels (25) outside the water connector (9), a third gear (23) meshed with the second gear (22), the rotating shaft of which is coaxial with the corresponding eccentric wheel (25) outside the corresponding gas interface (10), a fourth gear (24) meshed with the first gear (21), a shaft sleeve (32) with a rotating shaft coaxial with the first gear (21), a handle (18) with one end sleeved and fixed on the shaft sleeve (32), a partition plate (17) arranged on the shaft sleeve (32) and positioned between the handle (18) and the first gear (21), and a limiting mechanism arranged on the handle (18) and the clapboard (17).

A poultry house washing apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the partition (17) is provided with a stop (1701) on each side of the shaft sleeve (32), and the limiting mechanism comprises a swing arm (19) fitted over the shaft sleeve (32) and rotatably fitted to the shaft sleeve (32) at one end thereof, and a tension spring (20) provided between the other end of the swing arm (19) and the middle of the handle (18).

A poultry house washing apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that the inner wall of the poultry house (34) between two adjacent cages (8) is provided with a mechanism cavity, and the inner wall of the poultry house (34) at the corresponding side of each mechanism cavity is provided with a storage cavity;
the quick dismounting unit is arranged in the mechanism cavity, the size of the partition plate (17) is matched with that of the mechanism cavity, a concave part (1702) is arranged in the middle of the partition plate (17), mounting holes penetrating through two side faces of the partition plate (17) are respectively formed in positions corresponding to the water interface (9) and/or the gas interface (10), and a mechanism cavity door (16) is arranged outside the mechanism cavity;
the plurality of flushing components are respectively arranged in the corresponding object placing cavities, and an object placing cavity door (15) is arranged outside the object placing cavities.
10. A poultry house washing device according to claim 9, characterized in that the joint (4) comprises a limiting ring (1403), and a first connecting part (1401) and a second connecting part (1402) which are respectively arranged at two sides of the limiting ring (1403) and communicated with each other, wherein the first connecting part (1401) is detachably connected with the water interface (9) or the gas interface (10), and the second connecting part (1402) is sleeved and fixed at the input end of the high-pressure water pipe (11) or the high-pressure air pipe (12); a limiting part (1404) is arranged on the side surface of the limiting ring (1403) close to the second connecting part (1402).
