The invention relates to the technical field of poultry breeding auxiliary equipment, in particular to poultry house flushing equipment.
Background
In order to ensure the healthy growth of commercial poultry, the poultry house must be thoroughly cleaned after the commercial poultry is put on a market in general, so as to ensure the subsequent disinfection effect and provide a proper living environment for poultry seedlings. However, the existing shed cleaning generally uses a high-pressure cleaning machine, 1 2.5 ten thousand henhouses need about 50 tons of water according to statistics, and the sewage after the henhouses are cleaned is directly discharged out of the house, so that a large amount of water is wasted, the environmental pollution is large, and the sustainable and healthy development of the breeding industry is not facilitated! Therefore, poultry houses are cleaned by urgently researching and developing a more water-saving and environment-friendly mode, and in addition, a plurality of long rows of breeding cages are required to be arranged in 1 large-scale chicken house, so that how to carry out efficient cleaning operation on the cages is also a problem which needs to be solved urgently.
How to solve the problems in the prior art described above is a problem to be faced by the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide poultry house flushing equipment which is high in disassembly, assembly and operation efficiency, water-saving and quick to operate.
The invention is realized by the following measures: a poultry house flushing device comprises a waterway system and a gas circuit system, wherein output ends of the waterway system and the gas circuit system are respectively arranged on the inner wall of a wall at one end part of a poultry house, the waterway system and the gas circuit system are positioned between two adjacent cages, the multiple rows of cages in the poultry house can be quickly and efficiently flushed, the multiple water interfaces are respectively arranged at the output ends of the waterway system, the multiple gas interfaces are correspondingly arranged at the output ends of the gas circuit system, and the multiple flushing parts are detachably arranged between the corresponding water interfaces and the gas interfaces; the flushing component is simultaneously connected with the air channel system and the water channel system, so that the water is saved, the flushing cleanness is improved, and the flushing efficiency is improved;
the waterway system comprises a water pipe communicated with the water tank, and a water pump and a water filter which are respectively arranged on the water pipe;
the air path system comprises an air pipeline communicated with an air compressor and a motor arranged on the air pipeline;
the flushing component comprises a spray gun, a high-pressure water pipe and a high-pressure air pipe which are respectively communicated with the spray gun, and a joint is respectively arranged at the input end of the high-pressure water pipe and the input end of the high-pressure air pipe.
The poultry house flushing equipment is characterized by also comprising quick assembly and disassembly units respectively arranged between the corresponding water interface, the corresponding gas interface and the input end of the flushing component, so that the flushing component can be quickly assembled and disassembled with a water path system and a gas path system, and the flushing operation can be quickly and efficiently carried out;
the invention is characterized in that the quick assembly disassembly unit comprises a clamping component and a driving component, wherein the clamping component is arranged outside the water interface and/or the gas interface respectively, and the driving component is used for controlling the clamping component;
the clamping component comprises three sliding chutes arranged on the poultry house wall outside the water interface and/or the gas interface along the circumferential direction of the water interface and/or the gas interface, clamping sliding blocks respectively matched with the sliding chutes in a sliding manner along the radial direction of the corresponding water interface and/or the gas interface, swinging pieces with one end parts respectively hinged to the outer end parts of the corresponding clamping sliding blocks, eccentric wheels with outer circumferential surfaces matched with the other end parts of the swinging pieces in a rotating manner, and parallelogram mechanisms arranged between rotating shafts of two adjacent eccentric wheels; the rotating shaft of one of the eccentric wheels is coaxial with the output shaft of the driving part.
The eccentric wheel comprises a wheel body, a connecting cylinder and a connecting rod, wherein the connecting cylinder and the connecting rod are respectively coaxial with an eccentric rotating shaft of the wheel body and are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two side surfaces of the wheel body;
the connecting cylinder is in running fit with the inner wall of the poultry house wall, and the parallelogram mechanism is fixedly sleeved on the connecting rod;
the swinging piece comprises a lantern ring, and a hinge rod, wherein one end part of the hinge rod is arranged on the circumferential surface of the lantern ring along the radial direction of the lantern ring, and the other end part of the hinge rod is provided with a first hinge hole;
the lantern ring is sleeved on the circumferential surface of the outer side of the wheel body, and the lantern ring and the wheel body are mutually matched in a rotating way;
the clamping sliding block comprises a sliding block body, a clamping part arranged at one end part of the sliding block body, a connecting hole formed in the other end surface of the sliding block body, and a second hinge hole formed in the side wall of the connecting hole and penetrating through the two side walls of the connecting hole;
the sliding block bodies are arranged in the corresponding sliding grooves and are in sliding fit with each other;
the hinge rod extends into the connecting hole, and the first hinge hole is matched with the second hinge hole.
When in use, when one of the eccentric wheels rotates, the swinging piece is driven to swing, and then the clamping slide blocks are driven to slide along the corresponding sliding grooves, under the drive of the parallelogram mechanism, the other two eccentric wheels outside the same water interface or gas interface move along with the swinging piece, and the corresponding two clamping slide blocks are driven to synchronously slide along the corresponding sliding grooves, so as to rapidly install or disassemble the joint,
the parallelogram mechanism comprises a V-shaped swing rod, one end of the V-shaped swing rod is fixedly sleeved on a rotating shaft of one of the eccentric wheels, the other end of the swing rod is fixedly sleeved on a rotating shaft of the other two eccentric wheels, and a connecting rod is respectively hinged between the end of the V-shaped swing rod and the other end of the corresponding swing rod.
The clamping part also comprises a cushion pad arranged at the outer end part of the clamping slide block, and the cushion pad protects the connecting part of the joint and prolongs the service life of equipment.
The invention is characterized in that the clamping parts outside the water interface and the clamping parts outside the gas interface which correspond to each other between two adjacent cages are symmetrically arranged;
the driving part comprises a first gear and a second gear which are arranged on the inner wall of the poultry house wall and are meshed with each other, a rotating shaft is coaxial with one eccentric wheel outside the water port, a third gear which is meshed with the second gear, the rotating shaft is coaxial with the corresponding eccentric wheel outside the gas port, a fourth gear which is meshed with the first gear, a shaft sleeve which is arranged on the first gear and is coaxial with the first gear, a handle which is fixedly sleeved on the shaft sleeve at one end part, a partition plate which is arranged on the shaft sleeve and is positioned between the handle and the first gear, and a limiting mechanism which is arranged between the handle and the partition plate; the washing component can be detached or installed together with the water path system and the air path system by only operating one handle, so that the working efficiency is further improved.
The invention is particularly characterized in that the partition plates are respectively and correspondingly provided with a stop dog at two sides of the shaft sleeve, the limiting mechanism comprises a swing arm which is positioned between the two stop dogs and matched with the stop dogs, one end part of the swing arm is sleeved on the shaft sleeve and is in running fit with the shaft sleeve, and a tension spring which is arranged between the other end of the swing arm and the middle part of the handle, preferably, when the handle is pulled downwards to the limit, the clamping part realizes clamping connection to the joint, when the handle is pulled upwards to the limit, the joint is separated from the clamping part to clamp the joint, because in actual operation, the handle is easy to operate downwards, namely, the joint is prevented from being separated from the clamping part to the joint, and further the operation safety is ensured;
when the clamping device is used, when the clamping component is required to clamp or clamp the joint, the free end of the handle is rotated downwards, the handle drives the end part of the swing arm provided with the tension spring to rotate downwards in the rotating process under the driving of the tension spring, and then the swing arm is matched with the corresponding stop block to limit the handle, so that the clamping component is ensured to clamp the joint all the time in the washing process; when the flushing part needs to be detached, the free end of the handle is rotated in the opposite direction, the swing arm is driven by the tension spring to rotate downwards, the swing arm is matched with another stop block, the joint can be separated from the clamping part, and the flushing part is detached quickly.

the quick assembly disassembly unit is arranged in the mechanism cavity, the size of the partition plate is matched with that of the mechanism cavity, interference between the quick assembly disassembly unit and other parts of the quick assembly disassembly unit can be avoided when a handle is operated, a concave part is arranged in the middle of the partition plate, the handle is convenient to operate, and mounting holes penetrating through two side faces of the partition plate are respectively formed in the positions corresponding to the water interface and/or the gas interface, so that joints in a flushing part are convenient to clean;

The invention is characterized in that the joint comprises a limiting ring, a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are respectively arranged at two sides of the limiting ring and are communicated with each other, wherein the first connecting part is detachably connected with the water interface or the gas interface, and the second connecting part is sleeved and fixed at the input end of the high-pressure water pipe or the high-pressure gas pipe; the side surface of the limiting ring close to the second connecting part is provided with a limiting part, and when the sliding block is used, the inner side surface of the end part of the sliding block body close to the clamping part (2702) is clung to the end surface of the limiting part.
The clamping device is characterized in that the outer side surface of the limiting part is an inclined surface, so that the clamping device can play a role in guiding in the sliding process of the clamping sliding block.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the poultry house washing device is provided with the washing part which is connected with the air path system and the water path system simultaneously, so that water can be saved, the washing cleanness can be improved, the washing efficiency can be improved, meanwhile, the output ends of the air path system and the water path system are respectively arranged on the inner wall of the wall at one end part of the poultry house and are positioned between two adjacent cages, and the fast and efficient washing operation of multiple rows of cages in the poultry house can be realized; the quick assembly and disassembly unit is arranged, so that the quick assembly and disassembly of the flushing part, the water path system and the air path system can be realized, and the quick and efficient operation of the flushing operation is further ensured and realized; the clamping parts outside the corresponding water interfaces and the clamping parts outside the corresponding gas interfaces between the two adjacent cages are symmetrically arranged, and the corresponding driving parts are arranged, so that only one handle can be operated, the flushing part, the water path system and the gas path system can be detached or installed, and the working efficiency is further improved.

In order to clearly illustrate the technical features of the present solution, the present solution is explained below by way of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention is: a poultry house flushing device comprises a water path system and a gas path system, wherein output ends of the water path system and the gas path system are respectively arranged on the inner wall of a wall at one end part of a poultry house 34, the water path system and the gas path system are positioned between two adjacent cages 8, the multiple rows of cages 8 in the poultry house 34 can be quickly and efficiently flushed, a plurality of water interfaces 9 are respectively arranged at the output ends of the water path system, a plurality of gas interfaces 10 are correspondingly arranged at the output ends of the gas path system, and a plurality of flushing parts are detachably arranged between the corresponding water interfaces 9 and the gas interfaces 10; the flushing component is simultaneously connected with the air channel system and the water channel system, so that the water is saved, the flushing cleanness is improved, and the flushing efficiency is improved;
the waterway system comprises a water pipe 4 communicated with the water tank 1, a water pump 2 and a water filter 3 which are respectively arranged on the water pipe 4;
the gas path system comprises a gas pipeline 7 communicated with the air compressor 5 and a motor 6 arranged on the gas pipeline 7;

the clamping component comprises three sliding chutes 28 arranged on the outer poultry house 34 wall along the circumferential direction of the water interface 9 and/or the gas interface 10, clamping sliding blocks 27 respectively matched with each sliding chute 28 in a sliding way along the radial direction of the corresponding water interface 9 and/or the gas interface 10, swinging pieces 26 with one end parts respectively hinged at the outer end parts of the corresponding clamping sliding blocks 27, eccentric wheels 25 with the outer circumferential surfaces matched with the other end parts of the swinging pieces 26 in a rotating way, and a parallelogram mechanism arranged between the rotating shafts of two adjacent eccentric wheels 25; the axis of rotation of one of the eccentrics 25 is coaxial with the drive member output shaft.
The invention is also characterized in that the eccentric wheel 25 comprises a wheel body 2501, a connecting cylinder 2502 and a connecting rod 2503 which are respectively coaxial with the eccentric rotating shaft of the wheel body 2501 and are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the two side surfaces of the wheel body 2501;
the connecting cylinder 2502 is in rotating fit with the inner wall of the poultry house 34 wall, and a parallelogram mechanism is fixedly sleeved on the connecting rod 2503;
the swinging member 26 includes a collar 2601, a hinge rod 2602 having one end disposed on the circumferential surface of the collar 2601 and the other end provided with a first hinge hole along the radial direction of the collar 2601;
the lantern ring 2601 is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the wheel body 2501 and is mutually matched in a rotating way;
the clamping slider 27 comprises a slider body 2701, a clamping portion 2702 arranged at one end of the slider body 2701, a connecting hole 2704 arranged at the other end face of the slider body 2701, and a second hinge hole 2703 arranged on the side wall of the connecting hole 2704 and penetrating through the two side walls of the connecting hole 2704;

When in use, when one of the eccentric wheels 25 rotates, the swinging piece 26 is driven to swing, and then the clamping slide blocks 27 are driven to slide along the corresponding sliding grooves 28, under the drive of the parallelogram mechanism, the other two eccentric wheels 25 outside the same water interface 9 or the gas interface 10 move along with the swinging piece, and the corresponding two clamping slide blocks 27 are driven to synchronously slide along the corresponding sliding grooves 28, so as to rapidly install or disassemble the joint 14,
the parallelogram mechanism also comprises a V-shaped swing rod 29, one end of which is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft of one of the eccentric wheels 25, a swing rod 30, one end of which is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft of the other two eccentric wheels 25, and a connecting rod 31, wherein the connecting rod 31 is respectively hinged between the end of the V-shaped swing rod 29 and the other end of the corresponding swing rod 30.
The present invention is also characterized in that the clamping member further comprises a cushion pad 33 disposed at the outer end of the clamping portion 2702 of the clamping slider 27, which protects the connection portion of the joint 14 and prolongs the service life of the device.
The invention is characterized in that the clamping parts outside the water interface 9 and the gas interface 10 corresponding to each other between the two adjacent cages 8 are symmetrically arranged;
the driving part comprises a first gear 21 and a second gear 22 which are arranged on the inner wall of the poultry house 34 and are meshed with each other, a rotating shaft is coaxial with one eccentric wheel 25 outside the water port 9, a third gear 23 meshed with the second gear 22, the rotating shaft is coaxial with the corresponding eccentric wheel 25 outside the corresponding gas port 10, a fourth gear 24 meshed with the first gear 21, a shaft sleeve 32 arranged on the first gear 21 and coaxial with the first gear 21, a handle 18 with one end sleeved and fixed on the shaft sleeve 32, a partition plate 17 arranged on the shaft sleeve 32 and positioned between the handle 18 and the first gear 21, and a limiting mechanism arranged on the handle 18 and the partition plate 17; the washing component can be detached or installed together with the water path system and the air path system only by operating one handle 18, and the working efficiency is further improved.
The invention is characterized in that the partition board 17 is positioned at two sides of the shaft sleeve 32 and is respectively provided with a stop 1701 correspondingly, the limiting mechanism comprises a swing arm 19 which is positioned between the two stop 1701 and is matched with the stop 1701, one end part of the swing arm is sleeved on the shaft sleeve 32 and is in running fit with the shaft sleeve 32, and a tension spring 20 which is arranged between the other end of the swing arm 19 and the middle part of the handle 18, preferably, when the handle 18 is pulled downwards to the limit, the clamping part realizes clamping connection with the joint 14, when the handle 18 is pulled upwards to the limit, the joint 14 is separated from the clamping part to clamp the joint, because in the actual operation, the handle 18 is operated downwards, the operation is easier than the operation upwards, namely, the joint 14 is prevented from being separated from the clamping connection of the clamping part to the joint;

The invention is characterized in that the inner wall of the poultry house 34 between two adjacent cages 8 is provided with a mechanism cavity, and the inner wall of the poultry house 34 at the side corresponding to each mechanism cavity is provided with an article placing cavity;
the quick assembly disassembly unit is arranged in the mechanism cavity, the size of the partition plate 17 is matched with that of the mechanism cavity, so that interference between the quick assembly disassembly unit and other parts of the quick assembly disassembly unit can be avoided when the handle 18 is operated, a concave part 1702 is arranged in the middle of the partition plate 17, so that the handle 18 can be conveniently operated, mounting holes penetrating through two side faces of the partition plate 17 are respectively formed in positions corresponding to the water interface 9 and/or the gas interface 10, so that the joint 14 in the flushing part can be conveniently and quickly mounted, and a mechanism cavity door 16 is arranged outside the mechanism cavity;
the plurality of flushing components are respectively arranged in the corresponding object placing cavities, and an object placing cavity door 15 is arranged outside the object placing cavities;

The invention is characterized in that the joint 4 comprises a limit ring 1403, a first connecting part 1401 and a second connecting part 1402 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the limit ring 1403 and are communicated with each other, wherein the first connecting part 1401 is detachably connected with the water interface 9 or the gas interface 10, and the second connecting part 1402 is fixedly sleeved at the input end of the high-pressure water pipe 11 or the high-pressure air pipe 12; the side surface of the stopper ring 1403 near the second connecting portion 1402 is provided with a stopper portion 1404, and when in use, the inner side surface of the slider body 2701 near the end of the clamping portion 2702 is tightly attached to the end surface of the stopper portion 1404.
The invention is also characterized in that the outer side surface of the limiting part 1404 is provided with an inclined surface 1405, which can play a guiding role in the sliding process of the clamping slide block 27.
