Description

Operation button of elevator
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an operation button of an elevator provided on a wall surface in a car or a wall surface in a landing, for example.
Background
Conventionally, in an operation panel of an elevator, a ring member as a button frame formed of a translucent material is disposed between an outer periphery of an operation button and the panel. Further, a light source such as an LED is disposed on the back side of the ring member. Then, the user is notified of the operation state of the operation button by turning on and off the light source.
In such an operation button, when the light source is turned off, the color and texture of the ring member itself appear in appearance. Therefore, in consideration of the design of the operation button, in some operation buttons, when the light source is turned off, the design of the outer peripheral surface of the button cover is shown on the front surface of the ring member (see, for example, patent document 1).

Problems to be solved by the invention
The prior art has the following problems.
In the operation button of patent document 1, the button cover is formed of the same metal material as the panel. In addition, the operation button of patent document 1 is provided with a prism shape in the ring member. In the operation button of patent document 1, when the light source is turned off, the outer peripheral surfaces of the adjacent button covers are reflected by the prism-shaped reflecting surface.
However, some conventional elevators have a button cover made of transparent resin. Therefore, when the technique of patent document 1 is applied to such a conventional elevator, it is necessary to perform processing such as painting or printing having design properties on the outer periphery of the button cover, or to replace the button cover with a metal one, in addition to replacement of the ring member, and the cost required for improvement is a problem.
In patent document 1, the panel and the operation buttons are unified with the design expressed on the surface of the ring member. Therefore, it is difficult to recognize the boundary between the panel and the operation button, and it is difficult for the visually impaired to know the position of the operation button.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an operation button for an elevator, which is low in cost and easily recognizable by a visually impaired person, an elderly person, and the like.
Means for solving the problems
The elevator operating button of the invention comprises: a button portion; a button frame which surrounds the button part and is made of a light-transmitting material; and a light source disposed on the back side of the button portion, wherein the button frame has a portion colored in a color different from that of the button portion at the bottom, the button frame transmits irradiation light of the light source when the light source is turned on, and the button frame transmits the color of the colored portion when the light source is turned off.
Effects of the invention
The operation button of the elevator of the invention enables the color different from the button part to be seen on the surface of the ring part when the button part does not emit light. This makes it possible to obtain an operation button that can be easily recognized by a visually impaired person, an elderly person, or the like.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of an elevator operation button according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing a car room 100 of an elevator. As shown in fig. 1, a door 120 for a user to enter and exit is provided on a wall surface 110 of the car room 100. An operation panel 130 is attached to the wall surface 110 provided with the door 120.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the operation panel 130. The operation panel 130 includes a pair of operation buttons 20 for opening and closing the door 120 and a plurality of operation buttons 30 for setting a destination floor. The operation panel 130 includes a talk button 40, a speaker 50, and a display unit 60.
Fig. 3 is a view showing a cross section of the operation button 20 along the line III-III of fig. 2, which performs a closing operation of the door 120. The operation button 20 and the plurality of operation buttons 30 for opening the door 120 are configured in the same manner as the operation button 20 for closing the door 120.
The panel 10 is formed of a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate. The operation button 20 is supported by a support 23 disposed on the back side of the panel 10. The operation button 20 is formed of a button portion 21 displaceable relative to a support 23 and a ring member 22 surrounding the button portion 21.
A button cover 21A is attached to the surface of the button portion 21, and symbols indicating the functions of the operation buttons 20 are formed on the button cover 21A. The button portion 21 is formed of a translucent material. The button cover 21A is made of a transparent material except for the symbol. On the other hand, the ring member 22 is formed of a colorless and transparent resin material. A part of the button cover 21A and a part of the ring member 22 protrude into the car compartment from a hole formed in the panel 10.
A switch, not shown, is provided on the back side of the button portion 21, and the switch performs an opening and closing operation by displacement of the button portion 21 when operated. A light source 24 such as an LED is disposed on the support 23 on the back side of the button 21.
Fig. 4A and 4B are enlarged views of a portion a of fig. 3. Fig. 4A shows a state in which the button portion 21 of the operation button 20 is not pressed. On the other hand, fig. 4B shows a state in which the button portion 21 of the operation button 20 is pressed.
When the user presses the button cover 21A of the button portion 21 with a finger, the button portion 21 moves in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 4A, and the state shown in fig. 4B is obtained. When the button portion 21 moves, a switch, not shown, disposed on the rear surface side of the button portion 21 is closed.
The elevator control device, not shown, outputs a command to close the door 120 together with a command to turn on the light source 24 when the switch is closed. As a result, the light source 24 is turned on and the door 120 is closed.
The light source 24 irradiates light 24A to the back surface and the circumferential direction of the button portion 21. The light 24a1 radiated toward the back surface of the button portion 21 transmits through the translucent material, and the entire button cover 21A emits light. The light 24a2 radiated in the circumferential direction of the button 21 is radiated to the ring member 22 through the light-transmitting portion 21B formed below the button 21. The light transmitting portion 21B is formed of a colorless and transparent material or a cut.
The ring member 22 has a cut-out portion 22A and an inclined portion 22B formed by the cut-out portion 22A. As shown by the arrows in fig. 4B, the light 24a2 irradiated to the ring member 22 is refracted by the inclined portion 22B and irradiated to the front side of the operation button 20. Thus, when the button portion 21 is pressed, the button portion 21 and the button cover 21A emit light as a whole, and the ring member 22 emits light in the color of the light 24a 2. As a result, the user can be notified that the operation button 20 has been operated.
When the user removes the finger from the button portion 21, the button portion 21 is returned to the position of fig. 4A by a not-shown urging means. Then, a switch not shown is turned off, and the light source 24 is turned off. At this time, the inclined portion 22B formed on the ring member 22 can be seen on the ring member 22.
Therefore, in the operation button 20 of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 5, the inside of the notch portion 22A where the inclined portion 22B is formed is coated with paint 25. And, when the light source 24 is turned off, the color of the ring member 22 is made to look like the color C of the painting 25. Therefore, by making the color C of the paint 25 different from the color of the panel 10 and the button 21, the ring member 22 can be made conspicuous when the light source 24 is turned off.
As described above, according to the elevator operation button 20 of embodiment 1, the light source 24 is provided on the back surface side of the button portion 21 formed of a translucent material. A ring member 22 made of a colorless and transparent material is provided around the button portion 21. When the button portion 21 is pressed, the light 24a2 of the light source 24 is refracted by the inclined portion 22B formed in the cutout portion 22A of the ring member 22 and is irradiated to the front side of the ring member 22. Further, the cut-out portion 22A of the ring member 22 is coated with paint 25. Also, when the button portion 21 is not pressed, the color of the ring member 22 is made to appear as the color C of the paint 25.
This makes it possible to make the ring member 22 conspicuous in a state where the button portion 21 is not pressed. Therefore, even a visually impaired person can easily recognize the position of the operation button 20.
In embodiment 1, the coating 25 is applied only inside the cut-out portion 22A of the ring member 22, but the position where the coating 25 is applied is not limited to this. For example, in addition to the painting 25 of fig. 5, as shown in the first modification of fig. 6, painting 26 may be performed on the inner circumferential side and the outer circumferential side of the ring member 22. Thus, even when the ring member 22 is viewed from an angle other than the front, the color C of the paint 26 of the ring member 22 can be seen. Therefore, the ring member 22 can be made conspicuous, and even a visually impaired person can easily recognize the position of the operation button 20.
As shown in the second modification of fig. 7, instead of applying the paint 25 to the inside of the cut-out portion 22A, the cut-out portion 22A may be filled with a coloring material 27 having a color. Even in this case, the function of refracting the light 24a2 by the inclined portion 22B can be maintained. Also, the color of the ring member 22 can be made to appear as the color C of the colored material 27.
As the material of the ring member 22, a colorless and transparent material with little attenuation of transmitted light amount is most preferable. On the other hand, the materials of the coatings 25 and 26 and the coloring material 27 are preferably dark materials that are difficult to transmit light.
