Abstract

The control system includes: the switch panel comprises a switch controller, a relay, a switch wireless communication module and a switch storage module, wherein the relay, the switch wireless communication module and the switch storage module are electrically connected with the switch controller; each relay establishes a mapping relation based on the regulated load and the corresponding switch key; the master control gateway comprises a gateway controller, a gateway storage module and a gateway wireless communication module, wherein the gateway storage module is used for storing the configuration information of each switch panel. The load system comprises a load and the control system. The guest system includes above-mentioned load system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of guest room control, in particular to a load control system, a load system and a guest control system which are convenient for flexible wiring.
Background
In recent years, the intelligent hotel popularization is increasing, and various intelligent control terminals emerge endlessly. In intelligent control of hotels, intelligent control of lamplight is the most common form. And intelligent light control is generally realized through relay control. The relay controls light in two communication modes, namely wireless communication and wired communication. When the wired communication construction is deployed, centralized wiring is needed, and the wiring is complicated. The wireless communication scheme can be deployed in a distributed mode. The relay is installed along with a control device (switch panel), the switch panel is in wireless communication with the gateway, the gateway is in charge of management of the whole system, and overall wiring is simple. In the current market, in the arrangement of wireless communication, relays correspond to the keys of the switch panel one by one, and in the case, the power supply line of the lamp needs to be wired to the corresponding positions of the keys of the switch panel; in addition, if the switch panel keys are defined as scene keys, the relays behind the keys can not control the light any more, so that the number of light control circuits is limited by the number of the switch panels if the room scene keys are more.
On one hand, relays for controlling the lamps correspond to the buttons of the switch panel one by one, so that a long wire needs to be arranged from the lamp position to the switch panel position, and the relative wiring is complex; on the other hand, when the number of keys is large in the room scene, the number of relays for controlling the lamps is also reduced correspondingly, and how to overcome the problem is the technical problem to be solved by the application.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical task of the invention is to provide a load control system, a load system and a guest control system which are convenient for flexible wiring, so as to solve the problem that switch panels and relays have to be in one-to-one correspondence, lead the wiring of control lamps not to be limited by the keys of the switch panels and realize flexible wiring.

the number of the switch panels is at least one, each load corresponds to at least one switch panel, and each relay establishes a mapping relation based on the regulated load and the corresponding switch key;
the master control gateway comprises a gateway controller, a gateway storage module and a gateway wireless communication module, wherein the gateway storage module and the gateway wireless communication module are electrically connected with the gateway controller, the gateway wireless communication module is wirelessly connected with the switch wireless communication module, and the gateway storage module is used for storing the configuration information of each switch panel.
In the above embodiment, each switch panel is wirelessly connected to the main control gateway, the loads correspond to the relays one by one and are electrically connected to the relays, the loads correspond to at least one switch panel, and the relays are not necessarily disposed in the switch panel where the corresponding key switches are located. When the switch key is triggered, the corresponding relay can be searched according to the configuration information, so that the load can be regulated and controlled.
Preferably, the switch wireless communication module and the network management wireless communication module both support a ZWAVE wireless communication mode.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a load system facilitating flexible wiring, comprising:
a load control system, the load control system being one of the load control systems of the first aspect that facilitates flexible wiring;

if the corresponding relay does not exist in the switch panel, the switch panel sends a key request to the master control gateway, wherein the key request comprises a switch panel number and a key number;
after receiving the key request, the main control gateway searches for a corresponding relay from the configuration information stored in the main control gateway according to the key request to obtain the relay number of the corresponding relay and the switch panel number of the switch panel where the corresponding relay is located;
the master control gateway sends a key instruction to a switch panel where the corresponding relay is located, wherein the key instruction comprises the number of the corresponding relay;
and after the switch panel where the corresponding relay is positioned receives the key instruction, the load is regulated and controlled through the corresponding relay.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a guest system facilitating flexible wiring, the guest system comprising a load system facilitating flexible wiring as described in any one of the first aspect.
The load control system, the load system and the guest control system which are convenient for flexible wiring have the following advantages:

The present invention is further described in the following with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can implement the present invention, but the embodiments are not to be construed as limiting the present invention, and the embodiments and the technical features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the invention provides a load control system, a load system and a guest control system which are convenient for flexible wiring, and is used for solving the technical problem that switch panels and relays need to be in one-to-one correspondence.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the load control system convenient for flexible wiring according to the present invention includes a switch panel and a main control gateway, wherein a key is triggered through the switch panel, and the switch panel and the main control gateway cooperate to regulate and control a load.
The switch panel comprises a switch controller, a relay, a switch wireless communication module and a switch storage module, wherein the relay, the switch wireless communication module and the switch storage module are electrically connected with the switch controller; the switch panel is at least one, each load corresponds to at least one switch panel, and each relay is electrically connected with the corresponding switch controller based on the load regulated by the relay.
The master control gateway comprises a gateway controller, a gateway storage module and a gateway wireless communication module, wherein the gateway storage module and the gateway wireless communication module are electrically connected with the gateway controller, the gateway wireless communication module is wirelessly connected with the switch wireless communication module, and the gateway storage module is used for storing the configuration information of each switch panel.
In this embodiment, both the switch wireless communication module and the gateway wireless communication module support the ZWAVE wireless communication mode, that is, the switch panel is wirelessly connected to the master control gateway in a ZWAVE manner.
In a specific application, the wireless connection mode between the switch panel and the master control gateway is not limited to ZWAVE, and other existing wireless connection modes, such as WIFI connection, 3G/4G or 5G, may be used.
The switch key module is selected from the existing common modules, wherein the number of the switch keys is not limited to one; the switch controller can select a commonly used control chip of the existing intelligent switch, such as NUC029 LAN; the switch memory module can be selected from the conventional common read-write memory chips, such as AT24C 256; the gateway controller can preferably select a control chip commonly used by the existing intelligent gateway, such as NUC972DF 61Y; the gateway memory module can be an existing read-write memory chip, such as FM24C 256A.
The invention relates to a load system convenient for flexible wiring, which is used for regulating and controlling a load, and the using method comprises the following steps:
(1) each load corresponds to at least one open panel and numbers each switch panel and each switch key;
(2) each load corresponds to a relay, the load is electrically connected with the corresponding relay, each relay is numbered, and for the same load, the mapping relation between the related relay and the key switch is established;
(3) for each control panel, configuration information is formed by the mapping relation among the switch panel number, the switch key number, the relay number, the key switch and the corresponding relay, the configuration information is stored in the switch storage module, and the configuration information of each switch panel is stored in the gateway storage module.
When the load is regulated and controlled by the load system, the working method comprises the following steps:
(1) after a switch key in the switch panel is triggered, searching a corresponding relay from configuration information of the switch panel according to the switch key number, and judging whether the corresponding relay exists in the switch panel;
(2) if the corresponding relay exists in the switch panel, the switch controller and the relay are matched to regulate and control the load;
(3) if the corresponding relay does not exist in the switch panel, the switch panel sends a key request to the master control gateway, wherein the key request comprises a switch panel number and a key number;
(4) after receiving the key request, the main control gateway searches for a corresponding relay from the configuration information stored in the main control gateway according to the key request to obtain the relay number of the corresponding relay and the switch panel number of the switch panel where the corresponding relay is located;
(5) the master control gateway sends a key instruction to a switch panel where the corresponding relay is located, wherein the key instruction comprises the number of the corresponding relay;
(6) and after the switch panel where the corresponding relay is positioned receives the key instruction, the load is regulated and controlled through the corresponding relay.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 2, the load system convenient for flexible wiring according to the present invention comprises loads and a load control system, wherein the load control system is the load control system convenient for flexible wiring as disclosed in embodiment 1, at least one load includes, but is not limited to, a hall light, a desk light and a bedroom light, at least one load is provided, at least one switch button is provided for each load, and the loads and the relays are in one-to-one correspondence and are electrically connected.
The load control system regulates and controls the load through the following method steps:
(1) the method comprises the steps of constructing configuration information of each switch panel, sending the configuration information of each switch panel to a corresponding switch panel storage module, and sending the configuration information of all switch panels to a gateway storage module;
(2) after a switch key in the switch panel is triggered, searching a corresponding relay from configuration information of the switch panel according to the switch key number, and judging whether the corresponding relay exists in the switch panel;
(3) if the corresponding relay exists in the switch panel, the switch controller and the relay are matched to regulate and control the load;
(4) if the corresponding relay does not exist in the switch panel, the switch panel sends a key request to the master control gateway, wherein the key request comprises a switch panel number and a key number;
(5) after receiving the key request, the main control gateway searches for a corresponding relay from the configuration information stored in the main control gateway according to the key request to obtain the relay number of the corresponding relay and the switch panel number of the switch panel where the corresponding relay is located;
(6) the master control gateway sends a key instruction to a switch panel where the corresponding relay is located, wherein the key instruction comprises the number of the corresponding relay;
(7) and after the switch panel where the corresponding relay is positioned receives the key instruction, the load is regulated and controlled through the corresponding relay.
The configuration information can be configured at the PC end, and the configuration information is issued to the corresponding switch panel and the master gateway.
As a modification of the present embodiment, the relays and the relays corresponding thereto are disposed nearby and electrically connected, saving wiring.
The load system as shown in fig. 1 includes a desk lamp, a hall lamp, and the like, where the load includes two switch panels, the two switch panels are a first switch panel and a second switch panel, the first switch panel and the second switch panel are both configured with two switch keys, the switch keys in the first switch panel are a corridor lamp key and a hall lamp key, the corresponding switch keys in the second switch panel are a desk lamp key and a bedroom lamp key, the desk lamp is electrically connected to a relay of the first switch panel, the hall lamp is electrically connected to a relay of the second switch panel, and the first switch panel and the second switch panel are both wirelessly connected to a main control gateway.
After triggering the hall lamp key, in the first switch panel, the switch controller searches a corresponding relay from the configuration information of the switch panel, and if the switch panel does not have the corresponding relay, the switch controller sends a key request to the master control gateway, wherein the key request comprises the number of the key switch and the number of the switch panel; after receiving the key request, the main control gateway searches for a corresponding relay from the configuration information stored in the main control gateway according to the key switch number, so that the relay number of the corresponding relay and the number of a second switch panel where the corresponding relay is located are obtained, and the main control gateway sends a key instruction to the second switch panel, wherein the key instruction comprises the corresponding relay number; and after the second switch panel receives the key instruction, the corresponding regulating and controlling relay regulates and controls the hall lantern.
Example 3:
the invention discloses a guest control system convenient for flexible wiring, which comprises a load system convenient for flexible wiring disclosed in embodiment 2.
In the guest control system, the master control gateway disclosed in embodiment 2 is selected as the master control gateway, the master control gateway is wirelessly connected with the load control system, and the load is regulated and controlled by the load control system, and the specific implementation manner is as described in embodiment 2.
And the control system or the control module of other loads in the guest control system can be wirelessly accessed to the master control gateway.

the number of the switch panels is at least one, each load corresponds to at least one switch panel, and each relay establishes a mapping relation based on the regulated load and the corresponding switch key;
the master control gateway comprises a gateway controller, a gateway storage module and a gateway wireless communication module, wherein the gateway storage module and the gateway wireless communication module are electrically connected with the gateway controller, the gateway wireless communication module is wirelessly connected with the switch wireless communication module, and the gateway storage module is used for storing the configuration information of each switch panel.
2. The load control system convenient for flexible wiring according to claim 1, wherein the switch wireless communication module and the network management wireless communication module both support ZWAVE wireless communication.
3. A load system for facilitating flexible wiring, comprising:

if the corresponding relay does not exist in the switch panel, the switch panel sends a key request to the master control gateway, wherein the key request comprises a switch panel number and a key number;
after receiving the key request, the main control gateway searches for a corresponding relay from the configuration information stored in the main control gateway according to the key request to obtain the relay number of the corresponding relay and the switch panel number of the switch panel where the corresponding relay is located;
the master control gateway sends a key instruction to a switch panel where the corresponding relay is located, wherein the key instruction comprises the number of the corresponding relay;
and after the switch panel where the corresponding relay is positioned receives the key instruction, the load is regulated and controlled through the corresponding relay.
