The earphone with the double-layer continuous voice coil wire is characterized by comprising a voice coil module, a power supply module and a shell, wherein the shell comprises a face cover and a rear cover, the voice coil module is fixed in the shell, and the power supply module is connected with a power signal wire of the earphone; the voice coil module comprises a circular voice diaphragm, a magnetic ring and a voice coil wire, wherein the periphery of the voice diaphragm is provided with a clamping ring, and the inner side surfaces of the peripheries of the face cover and the rear cover are respectively contacted and fixed with the upper surface and the lower surface of the clamping ring; the sound film is provided with a central electric contact, a first peripheral electric contact and a second peripheral electric contact; the center electric contact penetrates through two sides of the voice film, the first peripheral electric contact and/or the second peripheral electric contact penetrates through two sides of the voice film, the center electric contact and the first peripheral electric contact are connected on the first side surface of the voice film through a first voice coil wire, the center electric contact and the second peripheral electric contact are connected on the second side surface of the voice film through a second voice coil wire, the first voice coil wire and the second voice coil wire are respectively and continuously wound with a plurality of wire loops with different diameters around the center of the voice film, and the corresponding positions of the wire loops in the same diameter direction are provided with step-over wire portions; the first and second peripheral electrical contacts are connected with a power supply module;
magnetic ring groups are respectively arranged on two sides of the sound film, each magnetic ring group comprises a plurality of magnetic rings which are different in diameter and are arranged concentrically with the corresponding magnetic ring at intervals, the polarity directions of the adjacent magnetic rings are opposite, and the opposite polarities of the two opposite magnetic rings on the two sides of the sound film are the same;
the magnetic ring is made of soft magnetic materials, is connected with the power supply module and is magnetized under the control of the power supply module;
the center electrical contact is a through hole, and the first voice coil wire and the second voice coil wire penetrate through and are fixed on two parts of the voice coil wire of the through hole; the central electric contact comprises a first sub electric contact and a second sub electric contact which are isolated from each other and positioned at two sides of the circle center of the sound film, the first voice coil wire penetrates through the first sub electric contact, the second voice coil wire penetrates through the second sub electric contact, and the first voice coil wire and the second voice coil wire are respectively wound with wire rings in parallel on two side surfaces of the sound film; the first peripheral electrical contact comprises a first positive electrical contact and a first negative electrical contact, and the second peripheral electrical contact comprises a second positive electrical contact and a second negative electrical contact; two ends of the first voice coil wire are respectively connected with the first positive electric contact and the first negative electric contact on two side surfaces of the voice film, and two ends of the second voice coil wire are respectively connected with the second positive electric contact and the second negative electric contact on two side surfaces of the voice film;
the first positive electric contact and the first negative electric contact are respectively connected with the second positive electric contact and the second negative electric contact and are respectively connected with the power supply module, and the power supply module respectively controls the connection and disconnection of the first peripheral electric contact and the second peripheral electric contact through control signals on power supply signal wires.
2. The headset of claim 1 wherein the housing has a control switch disposed thereon, the control switch connecting the first and second peripheral electrical contacts, the control switch controlling the first and second peripheral electrical contacts to be closed and opened.
3. The earphone with the double-layer continuous voice coil wire according to claim 2, wherein the control switch is a touch switch, and the touch switch controls the first and second peripheral electrical contacts to be switched on and off after receiving a specified touch signal command.
4. The headset of claim 2, wherein the control switch is a voice activated switch, the voice activated switch connects the first and second peripheral electrical contacts, and the voice activated switch receives a designated voice signal command to control the first and second peripheral electrical contacts to be turned on and off.
5. The earphone as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein a positioning ring is disposed between adjacent magnetic rings; each magnetic ring is arranged corresponding to the wire ring, and the magnetic rings which are respectively opposite to the first voice coil wire and the second voice coil wire are respectively controlled by the corresponding control switches.
