FIG. 4 is a flow chart diagram illustrating another method of content delivery in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure; referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment, an application runs on the cloud streaming platform 10, in a content delivery process, the cloud streaming platform 10 encodes a rendered picture and audio generated by the running of the application, the cloud streaming platform 10 simultaneously pushes the same video stream to the content delivery initiating device 20 and the content receiving device 30, and further, a content to be played and a delivered content delivered to the content receiving device, which are pushed by the cloud streaming platform to the content delivery initiating device, are the same video stream, so that the content receiving device can synchronously display the content currently displayed by the content delivery initiating device.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in the content delivery process, the cloud streaming platform may send the same path of video stream or different paths of video streams to the content delivery initiating device and the content receiving device, so as to improve the environment adaptability of content delivery.
In this embodiment of the disclosure, the content delivery initiating device may establish a connection with a streaming media service through a first network, and acquire a content to be played from the cloud streaming platform to play the content; the content receiving device is connected with the streaming media service through a second network, and obtains the content to be delivered from the cloud streaming platform to play. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the content delivery initiating device and the content receiving device may be in different networks, which alleviates the problem of being limited by bandwidth when in the same network.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a content delivery system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure; the detailed functions of the content delivery system may be described with reference to the description of the method embodiments described above. Referring to fig. 5, the system includes: a content delivery platform 100, a content delivery initiation device 20, and at least one content receiving device 30 (only one content receiving device is shown).
The content delivery initiating device 20 is configured to establish a connection with a content delivery platform through a streaming media service, acquire content to be played, play the content, respond to the content delivery operation when detecting a content delivery operation of a user, establish an information transmission channel with the content receiving device, and transmit an acquisition identifier of the content to be delivered to the content receiving device 30 through the information transmission channel.
And the content receiving device 30 is configured to receive the acquisition identifier through an information transmission channel, and establish a connection with the streaming media service according to the acquisition identifier.
The content delivery platform 100 is configured to deliver the content to be delivered to the content receiving device 30 for playing through the streaming media service.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the content delivery initiating device transmits the acquiring identifier of the content to be delivered to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel established between the content delivery initiating device and the content receiving device, the content receiving device can be directly connected with the streaming media service through the acquiring identifier of the content to be delivered, and the content to be played is acquired from the content delivery platform through the streaming media service for playing, so that the advantages of being not limited by the computing capability of the content delivery terminal device and the transmission capability of the local network, ensuring the playing quality of the delivered content, and the like are achieved. And the content displayed on the content delivery initiating device can be delivered to a plurality of content receiving devices at the same time without the limit of the performance of the content delivering device and the network quality.
Optionally, the content delivery platform includes: a cloud fluidization platform;
the content delivery initiating device is specifically configured to establish connection with the cloud streaming platform through the streaming media service, and acquire content to be played from the cloud streaming platform and play the content;
and in the content delivery process, the system is also used for sending the attitude information of the content delivery initiating device to the cloud streaming platform in real time.
And the cloud streaming platform is used for rendering in real time according to the attitude information to obtain the picture of the content to be played.
Optionally, the content delivery initiating device is further configured to:
in the content delivery process, synchronizing the attitude information of the content delivery initiating device to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel;
and the content receiving equipment is used for adjusting and playing the received image of the released content according to the attitude information of the content releasing initiating equipment.
Optionally, the content delivery platform is specifically configured to:
acquiring the processing capacity information and/or the network environment quality information of the equipment of the content receiving equipment to the video stream, referring to the processing capacity information and/or the network environment quality information of the content receiving equipment to the video stream, and delivering the content to be played to the content receiving equipment as the content to be delivered after performing frame rate processing on the content to be played.
Because the content delivery initiating device and the content receiving device may have different processing capabilities for video streams (mainly embodied in decoding and display performance), the streaming media service may issue video streams of different paths to the content delivery initiating device and the content receiving device; or, the network bandwidth of the content receiving device is poor, or the frame rate of the delivered content may be set to be lower than the frame rate of the content to be played. For another example, the frame rate of the delivered content is set to be greater than or less than the frame rate of the content to be played, which is sent by the streaming media service to the content delivery initiating device, with reference to the processing capability of the content receiving device on the video stream and the current network quality of the content receiving device.
Optionally, the obtaining identifier of the content to be delivered includes: and the acquisition address of the content to be delivered.
Optionally, the content delivery initiating device establishes a connection with the streaming media service through a first network, and the content receiving device establishes a connection with the streaming media service through a second network.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for content delivery according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure; referring to fig. 6, the apparatus acquires content to be played for playing after establishing connection with a streaming media service, and the apparatus includes:
an information transmission channel establishing module 401, configured to, if a content delivery operation of a user is detected, respond to the content delivery operation and establish an information transmission channel with a specified content receiving device;
a transmission module 402, configured to transmit an acquisition identifier of the content to be delivered to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel, so that the content receiving device establishes a connection with the streaming media service according to the acquisition identifier, and the streaming media service delivers the content to be delivered to the content receiving device for playing.
Optionally, the device establishes a connection with a cloud streaming platform through the streaming media service, and obtains content to be played from the cloud streaming platform for playing; in the content delivery process, the apparatus further includes:
a first sending module (not shown in the figure), configured to send, to the cloud streaming platform, the posture information of the content delivery initiating device in real time, so that the cloud streaming platform renders, in real time, the image of the content to be played according to the posture information.
Optionally, during content delivery, the apparatus further includes:
a second sending module (not shown in the figure), configured to synchronize the posture information of the content delivery initiating device to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel, so that the content receiving device adjusts and plays the received image of the delivered content with reference to the posture information of the content delivery initiating device; the delivered content is consistent with the content to be played or is obtained by processing the content to be played through a frame rate.
Optionally, the obtaining of the content to be delivered includes: and the acquisition address of the content to be delivered.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, a machine-readable storage medium is further provided, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the content delivery method described above. The method and the device have the advantages that the content delivery initiating device transmits the acquisition identifier of the content to be delivered to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel established between the content delivery initiating device and the content receiving device, the content receiving device can directly establish connection with the streaming media service through the acquisition identifier of the content to be delivered, the delivered content is sent to the content receiving device by the streaming media service to be played, and the method and the device are not limited by the computing capacity and the local network transmission capacity of the content delivery terminal device, and are simple and efficient.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device shown in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 7, the electronic device 500 includes at least a memory (machine-readable storage medium) 502 and a processor 501; the memory 502 is connected to the processor 501 through a communication bus 503, and is used for storing instruction codes executable by the processor 501; the processor 501 is configured to read and execute instruction codes from the memory 502 to implement the steps of the content delivery method according to any of the above embodiments. The method and the device have the advantages that the content delivery initiating device transmits the acquisition identifier of the content to be delivered to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel established between the content delivery initiating device and the content receiving device, the content receiving device can directly establish connection with the streaming media service through the acquisition identifier of the content to be delivered, the delivered content is sent to the content receiving device by the streaming media service to be played, and the method and the device are not limited by the computing capacity and the local network transmission capacity of the content delivery terminal device, and are simple and efficient.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the disclosed solution. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Computers suitable for executing computer programs include, for example, general and/or special purpose microprocessors, or any other type of central processing unit. Generally, a central processing unit will receive instructions and data from a read-only memory and/or a random access memory. The basic components of a computer include a central processing unit for implementing or executing instructions and one or more memory devices for storing instructions and data. Generally, a computer will also include, or be operatively coupled to receive data from or transfer data to, or both, one or more mass storage devices for storing data, e.g., magnetic, magneto-optical disks, or optical disks. However, a computer does not necessarily have such a device. Moreover, a computer may be embedded in another device, e.g., a mobile telephone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a mobile audio or video player, a game console, a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver, or a portable storage device such as a Universal Serial Bus (USB) flash drive, to name a few.
Computer-readable media suitable for storing computer program instructions and data include all forms of non-volatile memory, media and memory devices, including by way of example semiconductor memory devices (e.g., EPROM, EEPROM, and flash memory devices), magnetic disks (e.g., an internal hard disk or a removable disk), magneto-optical disks, and CD ROM and DVD-ROM disks. The processor and the memory can be supplemented by, or incorporated in, special purpose logic circuitry.
While this specification contains many specific implementation details, these should not be construed as limitations on the scope of any invention or of what may be claimed, but rather as descriptions of features specific to particular embodiments of particular inventions. Certain features that are described in this specification in the context of separate embodiments can also be implemented in combination in a single embodiment. In other instances, features described in connection with one embodiment may be implemented as discrete components or in any suitable subcombination. Moreover, although features may be described above as acting in certain combinations and even initially claimed as such, one or more features from a claimed combination can in some cases be excised from the combination, and the claimed combination may be directed to a subcombination or variation of a subcombination.
Similarly, while operations are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this should not be understood as requiring that such operations be performed in the particular order shown or in sequential order, or that all illustrated operations be performed, to achieve desirable results. In some cases, multitasking and parallel processing may be advantageous. Moreover, the separation of various system modules and components in the embodiments described above should not be understood as requiring such separation in all embodiments, and it should be understood that the described program components and systems can generally be integrated together in a single software product or packaged into multiple software products.
Thus, particular embodiments of the subject matter have been described. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions recited in the claims can be performed in a different order and still achieve desirable results. Further, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some implementations, multitasking and parallel processing may be advantageous.

Claims (13)

1. A method for content delivery, the method being applied to a content delivery initiating device, the method comprising:
the content delivery initiating device acquires content to be played for playing after establishing connection with a streaming media service, and if the content delivery initiating device detects content delivery operation of a user, the content delivery initiating device responds to the content delivery operation and establishes an information transmission channel with a specified content receiving device;
the content delivery initiating device transmits an acquisition identifier of the content to be delivered to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel, so that the content receiving device establishes connection with the streaming media service according to the acquisition identifier, and the streaming media service delivers the content to be delivered to the content receiving device for playing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the content to be played for playing after the content delivery initiating device establishes a connection with a streaming media service comprises:
the content delivery device is connected with a cloud streaming platform through the streaming media service, and obtains content to be played from the cloud streaming platform for playing;
in the content delivery process, the method further includes:
and the content delivery initiating device sends the attitude information of the content delivery initiating device to the cloud streaming platform in real time so that the cloud streaming platform renders the image of the content to be played in real time according to the attitude information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein during content delivery, the method further comprises:
the content delivery initiating device synchronizes the posture information of the content delivery initiating device to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel so that the content receiving device adjusts and plays the received delivered content picture according to the posture information of the content delivery initiating device; the delivered content is consistent with the content to be played or is obtained by processing the content to be played through a frame rate.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the identification of the content to be delivered comprises: and the acquisition address of the content to be delivered.
5. A content delivery system, the system comprising: the content delivery system comprises a content delivery platform, a content delivery initiating device and at least one content receiving device;
the content delivery initiating device is used for establishing connection with the content delivery platform through streaming media service and acquiring content to be played for playing, responding to the content delivery operation under the condition that the content delivery operation of a user is detected, establishing an information transmission channel with the content receiving device, and transmitting an acquisition identifier of the content to be delivered to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel;
the content receiving device is used for receiving the acquisition identifier through the information transmission channel and establishing connection with the streaming media service according to the acquisition identifier;
and the content delivery platform is used for delivering the content to be delivered to the content receiving equipment through the streaming media service for playing.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the content delivery platform comprises: a cloud fluidization platform;
the content delivery initiating device is specifically configured to establish connection with the cloud streaming platform through the streaming media service, and acquire content to be played from the cloud streaming platform and play the content;
and in the content delivery process, the system is also used for sending the attitude information of the content delivery initiating device to the cloud streaming platform in real time;
and the cloud streaming platform is used for rendering in real time according to the attitude information to obtain the picture of the content to be played.
7. The system according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the content delivery initiating device is further configured to:
in the content delivery process, synchronizing the attitude information of the content delivery initiating device to the content receiving device through the information transmission channel;
and the content receiving equipment is used for adjusting and playing the received image of the released content according to the attitude information of the content releasing initiating equipment.
8. The system of claim 5, wherein the content delivery platform is specifically configured to:
acquiring the processing capacity information and/or the network environment quality information of the equipment of the content receiving equipment to the video stream, referring to the processing capacity information and/or the network environment quality information of the content receiving equipment to the video stream, and delivering the content to be played to the content receiving equipment as the content to be delivered after performing frame rate processing on the content to be played.
9. The system according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the obtaining of the identification of the content to be delivered comprises: and the acquisition address of the content to be delivered.
10. The system according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the content delivery initiating device establishes a connection with the streaming media service through a first network, and the content receiving device establishes a connection with the streaming media service through a second network.
11. A content delivery device, wherein the device acquires content to be played for playing after establishing connection with a streaming media service, the device comprising:
the information transmission channel establishing module is used for responding to the content delivery operation and establishing an information transmission channel with the appointed content receiving equipment if the content delivery operation of the user is detected;
and the transmission module is used for transmitting the acquisition identifier of the content to be launched to the content receiving equipment through the information transmission channel so as to enable the content receiving equipment to establish connection with the streaming media service according to the acquisition identifier, and the streaming media service launches the content to be launched to the content receiving equipment for playing.
12. A machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed, perform the method of any one of claims 1-4.
13. An electronic device, comprising: a machine-readable storage medium and a processor, the machine-readable storage medium: storing the instruction code; a processor: communicating with a machine-readable storage medium, reading and executing instruction code in the machine-readable storage medium, to implement the method of any one of claims 1-4.
