Description

Real-time speed limiting method and device for super package flow service
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for limiting speed of a super package flow service in real time.
Background
The speed limit of a large-flow super-set meal released by a communication operator is mostly limited after the total flow reaches a threshold value or after a certain set of meal is used up. For the condition of overlapping a plurality of packages with different dimensions, the priority of the speed-limiting package is generally put at the final pricing, the usage amount of the speed-limiting package is accumulated according to the charging bill after the flow usage, and the speed is limited after the usage. Real-time speed limit or speed limit cancellation control cannot be flexibly realized, and the situation that the speed limit package reaches a threshold value and is limited, but the surplus of other traffic service packages cannot be normally used still occurs.
In the prior art, in order to meet the requirements of users and fully utilize network resources, a communication operator can meet the requirement that the same user purchases different packages for superposition, different priorities are set for different packages respectively under the condition that a plurality of packages with different dimensions are superposed, the priority of the speed-limiting package is put at the final rating, the usage amount of the speed-limiting package is accumulated according to the rating result of a charging bill after flow use, and the speed is limited after the package is used up.
However, the method for limiting speed according to the accumulated amount of traffic usage in the prior art cannot flexibly implement real-time speed limiting or cancel speed limiting control in real time, and a speed-limited package is limited when reaching a threshold value, but other traffic service packages are still left, so that a user cannot use the package normally, and the user perception is poor. For example, a user purchases a 15GB directional flow package of a certain video website, and a 20GB national flow rate-limiting package, and according to the rate-limiting method in the prior art, the priority of the 20GB national flow rate-limiting package is placed at the end, but if the user uses a small amount of directional flow and a large amount of other flow, the rate of the domestic flow rate package is still limited, but the user still has the residual amount of the directional flow rate package of the video website, and the situation that the user cannot use the package at a normal rate occurs. In addition, if the user orders other directional flow packages after the domestic flow rate is limited, the user cannot cancel the rate limit, and the user experience is influenced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a method for limiting a speed of a super package flow service in real time according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for limiting a speed of a super package flow service in real time, where an execution main body of the method is a super package flow service real-time speed limiting device, which is hereinafter referred to as a speed limiting device, and the speed limiting device may be configured in an Online Charging System (OCS), and the method includes:
step S101, obtaining flow request information, wherein the flow request information carries package indication information used by a target flow service request;
step S102, if the target package indicated by the indication information is judged and obtained to be in a speed-limiting state, determining whether to distribute flow for the target flow service according to whether the target flow service can use other packages.
Specifically, the user purchases at least two traffic service packages, and the packages are used in an overlapping manner. In the process of activating and using a flow service to surf the internet by a Packet Data Protocol (PDP), when a PDN GateWay (PGW) network element applies to an OCS for a flow service usage quota, sending flow request information to the OCS, where the flow request information carries instruction information of a package used by a target flow service request, and after the OCS acquires the flow request information, analyzing the target package from the flow request information and acquiring a speed limit state of each flow service package.
And if the target package indicated by the indication information is in the speed-limiting state, determining whether to distribute the flow for the target flow service according to whether the target flow service can use other packages.
The target package is in a speed-limiting state, which indicates that the flow residual amount of the target package is zero and the balance is also zero.
The flow service packages are of various types, and can be directed flow service packages of a certain website or IP, flow service packages of campus cells or idle flow service packages aiming at different dimensionalities. And the OCS analyzes the target package through the indication information in the flow request information.
The flow rate allocated by the OCS for the flow rate service each time is fixed, the unit is a flow rate quota, and the flow rate service needs to be applied again after the flow rate service runs out of the allocated flow rate quota. The preset value of the flow quota can be set according to the actual situation, and is generally about 20 megabytes.
For example, a user a purchases a directed traffic service package of SID1 and an all traffic service package, the monthly traffic rate of the directed traffic service package is a megabyte, the monthly traffic rate of the all traffic service package is B megabyte, and the priority of the all traffic service package is at the end.
After the traffic request of the SID1 service is acquired, if it is determined that the traffic usage of the SID1 service is greater than or equal to a, that is, the remaining amount of the SID1 directed traffic service package is zero, and the SID1 directed traffic service package is in a speed-limited state, at this time, it is necessary to determine whether to allocate traffic for the SID1 service according to all traffic service packages.
The method for limiting the speed of the super package flow service in real time provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the speed limiting state of various flow service packages, calculates whether the flow service is charged beyond all packages under the condition that the flow service packages with different dimensions are overlapped, and triggers the speed limiting or speed limiting cancelling instruction of the flow service to a PCC network element, thereby avoiding the condition that the residual amount of the flow service packages is limited.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, the determining whether to allocate traffic to the target traffic service according to whether the target traffic service can use other packages specifically includes:
if the target flow service can use other packages, allocating flow with the size of the preset value of the flow quota to the target flow service, and deducting the flow with the same size from the residual amount of other packages;
and if the target flow service cannot use other packages, refusing to distribute the flow for the target flow service.
And if the target package is in the speed-limiting state, determining whether to distribute the flow for the target flow service according to whether the target flow service can use other packages.
And if the target package is in a speed-limiting state and the target flow service can use other packages, allocating flow with the size of the preset value of the flow quota to the target flow service, and deducting the flow with the same size from the residual amount of other packages.
And if the target package is in a speed-limiting state and the target flow service cannot use other packages, refusing to distribute flow for the target flow service.
For example, a user a purchases a directed traffic service package of SID1 and an all traffic service package, the monthly traffic rate of the directed traffic service package is a megabyte, the monthly traffic rate of the all traffic service package is B megabyte, and the priority of the all traffic service package is at the end.
After the traffic request of the SID1 service is acquired, if it is determined that the traffic usage of the SID1 service is greater than or equal to a, that is, the remaining amount of the SID1 directed traffic service package is zero, the SID1 directed traffic service package is in a speed-limited state.
At this time, if the usage amount of all traffic service packages is less than B, that is, all traffic service packages have available traffic, and all traffic service packages are applicable to all traffic services, and the SID1 service can be used, allocating traffic with the size equal to the preset value of traffic quota for the SID1 service, and deducting the traffic with the same size from the remaining amount of all traffic service packages.
If the usage amount of all traffic service packages is greater than or equal to B, or the second package is another directed traffic service package, and the SID1 service cannot use other packages, the traffic is refused to be allocated to the SID1 service, and the user cannot use the SID1 service.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the rejecting allocating traffic to the target traffic service specifically includes:
and issuing a speed limit instruction to a Policy Control Charging (PCC) network element to indicate the PCC network element to limit the speed of the target traffic service.
Specifically, after the OCS determines that the traffic is not allocated to the target traffic service, the OCS rejects allocating the traffic to the target traffic service. And sending a speed limit instruction to the Policy Control Charging (PCC) network element to indicate the PCC network element to limit the speed of the target flow service.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, after determining whether to allocate traffic to the target traffic service according to whether the target traffic service can use other packages if it is determined that the target package indicated by the indication information is in the speed-limited state, the method further includes:
if the target package indicated by the indication information is judged and known to be in a non-speed-limiting state and the flow residual quantity of the target package is greater than the flow quota preset value, distributing flow with the flow quota preset value to the target flow service;
and if the target package indicated by the indication information is judged and obtained to be in a non-speed-limiting state and the flow residual quantity of the target package is less than or equal to the flow quota preset value, distributing all the residual flows of the target package to the target flow service.
If the target package is in a non-rate-limiting state, i.e., there is still remaining flow available in the target package.
At this time, the size of the remaining flow in the target package needs to be judged, and if the flow remaining amount of the target package is greater than the preset flow quota value, the flow with the size equal to the preset flow quota value is allocated to the target flow service.
And if the flow residual quantity of the target package is less than or equal to the preset value of the flow quota, distributing all the residual flow of the target package to the target flow service.
For example, a user a purchases a directed traffic service package of SID1 and an all traffic service package, the monthly traffic rate of the directed traffic service package is a megabyte, the monthly traffic rate of the all traffic service package is B megabyte, and the priority of the all traffic service package is at the end.
After the traffic request of the SID1 service is acquired, if it is determined that the remaining amount of traffic in the directional traffic service package is 100 megabytes and the preset value of traffic quota is 20 megabytes, 20 megabytes of traffic is allocated to the SID1 service, 20 megabytes of traffic is deducted from the directional traffic service package, and the remaining amount of traffic in the directional traffic service package after deduction is 80 megabytes.
And if the flow residual amount in the directed flow service package is 15 million and the preset value of the flow quota is 20 million, distributing the flow with the size of 15 million for the SID1 service, deducting the flow with the size of 15 million from the directed flow service package, and keeping the flow residual amount in the directed flow service package after deducting 0 million.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the allocating all remaining flows of the target package to the target flow service specifically includes:
and distributing all the residual flow of the target package to the target flow service, and updating the state of the target package from a non-speed-limited state to a speed-limited state.
Specifically, if the target package indicated by the indication information is judged and known to be in a non-speed-limiting state, and the flow residual amount of the target package is less than or equal to the flow quota preset value, all the residual flows of the target package are allocated to the target flow service.
And when the residual flow of the target package is completely distributed to the target flow service, updating the state of the target package from a non-speed-limited state to a speed-limited state. Therefore, after the traffic request information is acquired next time, whether the traffic is distributed or not is determined according to the package state.
For example, a user a purchases a directed traffic service package of SID1 and an all traffic service package, the monthly traffic rate of the directed traffic service package is a megabyte, the monthly traffic rate of the all traffic service package is B megabyte, and the priority of the all traffic service package is at the end.
After the traffic request of the SID1 service is acquired, if it is judged that the remaining amount of traffic in the directional traffic service package is 15 megabytes and the preset value of traffic quota is 20 megabytes, 15 megabytes of traffic is allocated to the SID1 service, 15 megabytes of traffic is deducted from the directional traffic service package, and the remaining amount of traffic in the directional traffic service package after deduction is 0 megabytes. At this time, the state of the directed traffic service package needs to be updated from the non-rate-limited state to the rate-limited state.
The method for limiting the speed of the super package flow service in real time provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the speed limiting state of various flow service packages, calculates whether the flow service is charged beyond all packages under the condition that the flow service packages with different dimensions are overlapped, and triggers the speed limiting or speed limiting cancelling instruction of the flow service to a PCC network element, thereby avoiding the condition that the residual amount of the flow service packages is limited.

the obtaining module 201 is configured to obtain traffic request information, where the traffic request information carries instruction information of a package requested to be used by a target traffic service;
the speed limit module 202 is configured to determine whether to allocate traffic to the target traffic service according to whether the target traffic service can use other packages if it is determined that the target package indicated by the indication information is in a speed limit state.
Specifically, the user purchases at least two traffic service packages, and the packages are used in an overlapping manner. In the process of activating and using a flow service to surf the internet by a Packet Data Protocol (PDP), when a PDN GateWay (PGW) network element applies to an OCS for a flow service usage quota, sending flow request information to the OCS, where the flow request information carries instruction information of a package requested to be used by a target flow service, and after acquiring the flow request information by an acquisition module 201, the OCS analyzes the target package from the flow request information and acquires a speed limit state of each flow service package.
And judging that the target package indicated by the indication information is in a speed-limiting state through the speed-limiting module 202, and determining whether to distribute the flow for the target flow service according to whether the target flow service can use other packages.
