Positioning grooves 31 are formed in the upper end of the limiting rod 3 at equal intervals, the positioning grooves 31 and the positioning lugs 56 are of a matched structure, and the positioning grooves 31 are meshed with the positioning grooves 31, so that the positions of the first fixing block 1 and the second fixing block 2 relative to the limiting rod 3 are locked, and the first fixing block and the second fixing block cannot move relative to each other under the action of external force.
