Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail by referring to the following examples.
The inventor considers the problems of high labor intensity of operators and low installation efficiency caused by the installation process in the prior art, and provides a method for modularly assembling a switch cabinet. Specifically, each function chamber is installed and then assembled. Like this, not only can realize the installation outside the operation workman cabinet, reduce operation workman's intensity of labour, can realize the flow operation moreover, raise the efficiency. In order to realize the modular assembly of the switch cabinet, not only how to divide, design and arrange the functional rooms, but also how to assemble the functional rooms together after installation. It should be noted that, for a medium voltage switch cabinet, the volume of each functional chamber is relatively large, and how to combine and fix the functional chambers with relatively large volumes and satisfy the requirements of the switch cabinet after the combination and fixation are completed needs creative labor. The combination switch cabinet is also called 'split cabinet', namely, the modular functional rooms are split together.
The invention provides a switch cabinet. The switch cabinet comprises a first functional compartment 11 and a second functional compartment 12, the first functional compartment 11 and the second functional compartment 12 being adjacent, and the switch cabinet further comprises at least one guide plate 13.
As shown in fig. 1, each functional chamber is shown in an exploded view. As shown in fig. 2, the structure of each functional chamber is schematically shown after being combined and fixed. Shown in fig. 1 and 2 are 3 functional compartments and shown in fig. 3 and 4 are two functional compartments. The first functional chamber 11 has each first functional component mounted thereon, and the second functional chamber 12 has each second functional component mounted thereon, and the first functional chamber 11 and the second functional chamber 12 need to be fixed in combination. It should be noted that the first functional component and the second functional component can be installed according to actual needs, that is, the above expression does not mean that the first functional compartment 11 and the second functional compartment 12 are completely installed with each functional component, and some functional components are more convenient to install after being combined, and may not be installed before being combined. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, each functional chamber may be substantially cubic for convenience of subsequent combination, but may have other shapes, and may be specifically set according to actual needs. Of course, at least some of the side plates and the partition plates may be installed in the first functional compartment 11 and the second functional compartment 12 in advance, so as to avoid the change caused by the installation after the subsequent combination.
The guide plate 13 is located on a first side S of the first functional compartment 11, which first side S refers to the direction. The first side S may have a partition 114 already mounted thereon, as shown in fig. 7. The guide plate 13 extends in a direction away from the first side surface S. The guide plate 13 can perform a guiding function during the assembly of the first and second function compartments 11 and 12. For example, when the second functional compartment 12 and the first functional compartment 11 are close to each other during assembly, they can move against the guide plate 13, so that the first functional compartment 11 and the second functional compartment 12 can be easily attached together without being easily displaced. Here, abutting is understood to mean abutting or approaching. As an exemplary illustration, the abutting may be that there is no gap between the guide plate 13 and the second function chamber 12, and the two are tightly abutted, that is, when the first function chamber 11 and the second function chamber 12 are close to each other, the second function chamber 12 is abutted to the guide plate 13 and is close to the first function chamber 11, so that the moving direction of the moved function chamber is limited. As another exemplary illustration, the guide plate 13 may be adjacent to the second functional chamber 12 with a certain gap therebetween, but the gap is particularly small, so that when the first functional chamber 11 and the second functional chamber 12 are adjacent to each other, the friction between the second functional chamber 12 and the guide plate 13 is small, and the movement is facilitated. All of which fall within the scope of the present invention. More specifically, the guide plate 13 abuts against side plates of the second function chamber 12 in the extending direction of the guide plate 13, such as the third side plate 121 and the fourth side plate 122 shown in fig. 1 and 2.
More specifically, each deflector 13 all is located the inboard of second function room 12, like this, not only can avoid as far as possible causing the separation to the internal space of cabinet, can reduce the arch in the outside of the cabinet body for cabinet body overall surface keeps smooth. As can be seen from fig. 2 and 4, after the first functional compartment 11 and the second functional compartment 12 are combined, the guide plate 13 is not visible outside the cabinet. In addition, this deflector 13 not only can play the guide effect, and after the equipment position of first function room 11 and second function room 12 is fixed, can also adopt a plurality of fixings 14 to wear to locate deflector 13 and second function room 12, just so can make reciprocal anchorage between first function room 11 and the second function room 12, accomplish the equipment. The fixing member 14 is, for example, blind rivets (BlindRivets), and can be fixed by a blind rivet gun, which is highly efficient.
The above description only describes the case where the guide plate 13 is provided on the first function compartment 11, and the guide plate 13 may be provided on the corresponding function compartment as required.
According to the invention, the guide plate 13 is arranged on the first function chamber 11, so that the first function chamber 11 and the second function chamber 12 can play a role in guiding when being combined and fixed, the combination and the fixation are labor-saving, and the relative position between the first function chamber 11 and the second function chamber 12 can be accurate.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, and 5 to 7, the guide plates 13 may have two parts distributed on both sides of the first side surface S. This enables a more accurate positioning. As an exemplary illustration, the first functional compartment 11 has a frame 111, and the guide plate 13 is located on the frame 111 at the first side surface S, and may be perpendicular to a plane formed by the frame 111 at the first side surface S. As shown in fig. 1, the frame 111 is a cubic frame, and has two upright posts 1111 on the first side surface S, and the plane formed by the two upright posts 1111 can be regarded as the plane formed by the frame 111 on the first side surface S. One of the uprights 1111 is indicated in fig. 3, the other upright 1111 being on the other side of the first side S. On being fixed in frame 111 with deflector 13, can be so that deflector 13 is comparatively firm, can be close to in addition as far as possible in the outside of the cabinet body to avoid sheltering from the space of the internal portion of cabinet. Of course, if the partition plate 114 is already installed on the frame 111, the guide plate 13 may be fixed on the partition plate 114, and the specific implementation manner is not limited as long as the guide plate 13 is provided on the first side surface S.
The first functional compartment 11 has a first side plate 112 and a second side plate 113, the first side plate 112 and the second side plate 113 are disposed opposite to each other and are adjacent to the first side surface S, the second functional compartment 12 has a third side plate 121 and a fourth side plate 122, the third side plate 121 and the first side plate 112 are flush with each other on the same side, the second side plate 113 and the fourth side plate 122 are flush with each other on the same side, and the two guide plates 13 are respectively located on the inner sides of the third side plate 121 and the fourth side plate 122. After the first functional compartment 11 and the second functional compartment 12 are assembled and fixed, the first side plate 112 and the second side plate 113 are flush, and the second side plate 113 and the fourth side plate 122 are flush. The first side plate 112 is at least partially positioned at the outer side of the nearby guide plate 13, and correspondingly, the second side plate 113 is at least partially positioned at the outer side of the nearby guide plate 13, so that after the first function chamber 11 and the second function chamber 12 are combined and fixed, the side part of the whole cabinet body is flush, the shape is regular, and the occupied space is saved as much as possible. A plurality of fixing pieces 14 may be inserted through the third side plate 121 and the corresponding guide plate 13, and the fourth side plate 122 and the corresponding guide plate 13, so that the first function chamber 11 and the second function chamber 12 are fixed together.
As a schematic illustration, in the case of two guide plates 13, the distance between the outer sides of the two guide plates 13 is a first interval L1, the distance between the inner sides of one third side plate 121 and one fourth side plate 122 of the second function chamber 12 is a second interval L2, the first interval is equal to the second interval, and during the assembly of the first function chamber 11 and the second function chamber 12, the third side plate 121 and the fourth side plate 122 can respectively slide along the two guide plates 13, so that the second function chamber 12 can approach the first function chamber 11 along the guide plates 13. In this way, the guide plate 13 can be made to abut against the third side plate 121 and the fourth side plate 122 as much as possible to avoid the space inside the cabinet.
One end of each guide plate 13 extends to the bottom of the first function chamber 11, and the other end of the guide plate 13 extends to the top of the first function chamber 11. As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 5 to 7, the length of the guide plate 13 is equal to the length of the first functional chamber 11. Thus, the fixing member 14 can be made to have a sufficient space for fixing the first function chamber 11 and the second function chamber 12, and the fixing between the first function chamber 11 and the second function chamber 12 can be made more firm.
Alternatively, each of the guiding plates 13 includes a main body 131 and a bending part 132, the main body 131 is fixed to the frame 111 of the first functional chamber 11, the bending part 132 is connected to the main body 131, and both the main body 131 and the bending part 132 can be integrally formed, as shown in fig. 8, the bending part 132 forms an obtuse angle α with the main body 131 and is bent inward, for example, toward the other guiding plate 13, fig. 8 is an enlarged view of a part a in fig. 5, the direction of the part a is adjusted to more clearly show the bending part, and is rotated counterclockwise by about 90 degrees in fig. 5, the bending part 132 is bent inward, so that the second functional chamber 12 can move along the main body 131 toward the first functional chamber 11 smoothly when contacting the guiding plate 13, and a smooth transition part can be provided between the bending part 132 and the main body 131, so that friction can be reduced and the installation is more labor-saving.
Optionally, the body 131 includes a fixing plate 1311 and an extending plate 1312, the fixing plate 1311 is fixed to the frame 111, and the extending plate 1312 is perpendicularly connected to the fixing plate 1311 and extends away from the first side surface S. That is, the body 131 has an "L" shape, which is configured to facilitate the fixing of the guide plate 13 to the frame 111. The fixing plate 1311 and the extension plate 1312 may be integrally formed therebetween.
In the present invention, the first function room 11 and the second function room 12 may be cubic, the first function room 11 includes a bus bar room 15 and a cable room 16, and the second function room 12 includes a high pressure room 17. The first functional compartment 11 and the second functional compartment 12 need to be assembled and fixed, for example, detachably assembled, with respect to each other. Thus, the pre-installation of the first function compartment 11 and the second function compartment 12 can be completed. As shown in fig. 3, the contact system 151 may be pre-installed in the first functional compartment 11, and as can be seen from fig. 3, the worker does not need to bend down to enter the cabinet to complete the installation of the contact system 151. The second functional compartment 12 may be pre-installed with the shutter 171, and as can also be seen in fig. 3, a worker can complete the installation of the shutter 171 at the outside of the cabinet. The mode of such outside cabinet operation can reduce operation workman's intensity of labour, improves operation workman's work efficiency. Of course, the switch cabinet may also comprise a low-pressure chamber 18, which low-pressure chamber 18 can also be detachably assembled with the second functional chamber 12. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the low pressure chamber 18 is located on the top of at least a portion of the second function chamber 12, and the low pressure chamber 18 is separated from the first function chamber 11 by the second function chamber 12. Specifically, the top of the second function chamber 12 has an upper extension 123, and the upper extension 123 separates the low pressure chamber 18 from the first function chamber 11.
Based on the above exemplary descriptions, the invention further provides a method for assembling the switch cabinet, which is characterized in that the functional rooms are pre-assembled, and then the pre-assembled functional rooms are combined and fixed together, so that the working strength of operators can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.
As an exemplary illustration, the method of assembling a switchgear comprises the steps of:
step 601, installing each first functional component in the frame 111 of one first functional room 11, wherein the frame 111 at one first side surface S has at least one guide plate 13, and the guide plate 13 extends in a direction away from the first side surface S.
In step 602, each second functional component is installed in the frame 111 of one second functional room 12.
Step 603 is to bring the second functional chamber 12 closer to the first functional chamber 11 along the guide plates 13 in the process of mounting the second functional chamber 12 and the first functional chamber 11 in combination, and to position each of the guide plates 13 inside the second functional chamber 12.
The steps 601 and 602 are not in sequence and can be operated simultaneously. In step 603, the second functional chamber 12 moves toward the first functional chamber 11, the second functional chamber 12 may move to be close to the first functional chamber 11, or the first functional chamber 11 moves toward the second functional chamber 12 to be close to the second functional chamber 12, which is not limited specifically.
The first functional component and the second functional component can be installed according to actual needs, so that the purposes of saving labor and improving efficiency are achieved. That is, the first functional components preinstalled in the first functional compartments 11 are not necessarily all functional components, and the second functional components preinstalled in the second functional compartments 12 are not necessarily all functional components. The functional components can be mounted on a production line. The structure of the guide plate 13 may be the same as described above and will not be described in detail.
The second function chamber 12 and the first function chamber 11 can be pushed by an operator, or can be driven or pushed by a tool, so that the second function chamber 12 can be close to the first function chamber 11 along the guide plate 13, and thus, not only can the second function chamber 12 smoothly lean against the first function chamber 11, but also the position of the combination is accurate due to the existence of the guide plate 13, and the dislocation is not easy to occur during the subsequent installation of the fixing piece 14.
The first function room 11 and the second function room 12 are combined and fixed in a pre-installation mode, labor can be saved, and the efficiency of assembling the switch cabinet is improved.
Optionally, before pushing the second functional chamber 12 towards the first functional chamber 11, at least one of the following operations is further included:
