According to the connector integrated plug, the first shell and the second shell are arranged, so that the connector plug can be detachably arranged, the connector integrated plug is convenient to replace, a cable and the connector plug can be effectively protected, and the service life is prolonged.

Background
With the development of scientific technology, higher and higher requirements are placed on communication and electronic equipment. As a further improvement of the present invention, the connector socket is provided with a guide opening at a side of the annular groove close to the connector plug.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the connector integrated plug, the first shell and the second shell are arranged, so that the connector plug can be detachably arranged, the connector integrated plug is convenient to replace, a cable and the connector plug can be effectively protected, and the service life is prolonged.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, a connector integrated assembly 100 includes a connector integrated plug 1 and a connector integrated socket 22 which is inserted into the connector integrated plug 1. The connector integrated plug 1 is used for integrating a plurality of connector plugs 13, and the connector integrated socket 22 is used for integrating a plurality of connector sockets 22, so that a plurality of connectors are integrated in a small space, multi-channel connection is established, and high-speed signal transmission is realized.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the connector-integrated plug 1 has a connection end 14 and an entrance end 15. The connecting end 14 is used for being in plug fit with the connector integrated socket 22, and the entering end 15 is used for allowing the cable 3 connected with the connector plug 13 to pass through to enter the connector integrated plug 1. The connector integrated plug 1 comprises a first shell 11, a second shell 12 accommodated in the first shell 11, and a plurality of connector plugs 13. In this embodiment, the size of the connector integrated socket 22 is smaller than that of the connector integrated plug 1, so that the connector socket 22 can enter the connector plug 13 from the connection end 14.
The first housing 11 includes a casing 111, a first fixing portion 113 extending inward from an inner wall of the casing 111, and a stopping portion 114. The first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are made of metal or plastic and are manufactured by a die-casting or injection molding process, so that the production cost is reduced. The surface of the housing 111 is provided with a holding structure, and the holding structure is a groove 112 recessed inwards from the surface of the housing 111 or a protrusion protruding outwards from the surface of the housing 111. In this embodiment, the holding structure is a plurality of grooves 112 disposed on four walls of the housing 111.
The stopping portion 114 is disposed between the connecting end 14 and the second housing 12, and is spaced apart from the second housing 12, and a plurality of through holes 115 are formed in the stopping portion 114. The through hole 115 is through which the connector plug 13 passes.
The second housing 12 includes an upper housing 121, a lower housing 122, and second fixing portions 124 extending outward from both sides of the upper and lower housings 121 and 122.
The first fixing portion 113 and the second fixing portion 124 are each provided with a threaded hole 123 for fixedly connecting the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 by a screw 125. The screw holes 123 of the first fixing portion 113 and the second fixing portion 124 are both provided toward the side of the entrance end 15, so that the user can put the second housing 12 into the first housing 11 from the side of the entrance end 15 and can screw the screw 125 from the entrance end 15.
A plurality of first receiving grooves 1211 are formed in the upper housing 121 in parallel, a plurality of second receiving grooves 1221 are formed in the lower housing 122 in parallel, a plurality of parallel cylindrical receiving spaces 126 are defined by the first receiving grooves 1211 and the second receiving grooves 1221 to receive the plurality of connector plugs 13, and the second housing 12 is detachably fixed in the first housing 11. In this embodiment, the first receiving groove 1211 and the second receiving groove 1221 are semicircular in cross section so as to be better fitted with the connector plug 13.
The second fixing portion 124 is recessed from a side of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 close to the entrance end 15 toward the connection end 14. So that the screw 125, when screwed in, does not project out of the plane of the second housing 12 towards the side of the access end 15.
Each of the through holes 115 corresponds to one connector plug 13. The diameter of the through hole 115 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the cross section of the accommodating space 126.
In this embodiment, the connector plug 13 includes a first outer conductor 131, an annular protrusion 132 disposed at an end of the first outer conductor 131 facing the connector integrated socket 22, a first insulator 133 disposed in the first outer conductor 131, and a first center pin 134 disposed in the first insulator 133.
The first outer conductor 131 includes a front section 135, a middle section 136 and a rear section 137, the front section 135 protrudes from the through hole 115 toward the connection end 14, the diameter of the front section 135 is smaller than that of the through hole 115, and the annular protrusion 132 is disposed on the front section 135; the middle section 136 is located between the through hole 115 and the second housing 12, and the diameter of the middle section 136 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 115 and the diameter of the cross section of the accommodating space 126; the rear section 137 is located in the accommodating space 126, and the diameter of the rear section 137 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the cross section of the accommodating space 126. When the first fixing portion 113 is connected to the second fixing portion 124, the middle section 136 abuts against the second housing 12 and the abutting portion 114 to form a closer fixing relationship, so as to prevent the connector plug 13 from shaking. When any connector plug 13 is damaged, the connector plug 13 can be replaced by simply unscrewing the screws 125, taking out the second housing 12 and the connector plug 13, and separating the upper housing 121 and the lower housing 122.
By providing the first housing 11 and the second housing 12, it is possible to provide the connector plug 13 with better shielding performance and isolation performance. The second housing 12 is lengthened, and the rear section 137 is accommodated in the accommodating space 126, so that more cables 3 can be accommodated, and the bending life of the connector plug 13 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the connector integrated socket 22 includes a third housing 21 and a plurality of connector sockets 22 located in the third housing 21, and the connector plug 13 is mated with the connector sockets 22. One end of the connector integrated socket 22 is used for being in plug-in fit with the connector integrated plug 1, and the other end of the connector integrated socket is used for being fixed on a PCB. A connecting hole 23 is formed in one side of the connector socket 22 facing the PCB to facilitate the fixing of the connector integrated socket 22 to the PCB by a screw.
The connector socket 22 includes a second outer conductor 25, an annular groove 26 disposed on a side of the second outer conductor 25 facing the connector integrated socket 22, a guide opening 29 disposed on a side of the annular groove 26 close to the connector plug 13, a second insulator 27 disposed in the second outer conductor 25, and a second center pin 28 disposed in the second insulator 27, wherein when the connector plug 13 is inserted into and mated with the connector socket 22, the annular protrusion 132 enters the annular groove 26 and is engaged with the annular groove 26 to form a firmer mating. The guide opening 29 is used to facilitate insertion of the connector plug 13 into the connector receptacle 22.
The connector integrated assembly 100 of the present invention is used for integrating a plurality of connector plugs 13 and connector sockets 22, and can realize higher-speed transmission of signals by using less space, and has good shielding performance and isolation performance; according to the connector integrated plug 1, the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are arranged, so that the connector plug 13 can be detachably arranged, the replacement is convenient, meanwhile, a cable and the connector plug 13 can be effectively protected, and the service life is prolonged.

Claims (10)
1. A connector integrated plug for integrating a plurality of connector plugs, comprising: the connector integrated plug comprises a first shell and a second shell contained in the first shell, the second shell comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, a plurality of first containing grooves are formed in the upper shell in parallel, a plurality of second containing grooves are formed in the lower shell in parallel, a plurality of parallel cylindrical containing spaces are formed by the first containing grooves and the second containing grooves in an enclosing mode to contain the plurality of connector plugs, and the second shell is detachably fixed in the first shell.
