12. The battery pack according to claim 5, wherein the end plate (21) of the battery pack to which the bracket (30) is connected is a connection plate, the battery pack further comprising:
the first fastener (51) penetrates through a through hole in the box body (10) to sequentially connect the bracket (30), the box body (10) and the connecting plate;
a first sealing member (41) provided between the side wall of the case (10) and the connection plate, the first sealing member (41) being disposed around the through hole and the first fastening member (51);
a second sealing member (42) disposed between a sidewall of the case (10) and the bracket (30), the second sealing member (42) being disposed around the through hole and the first fastening member (51).
13. A vehicle comprising a frame and a battery pack, a bracket (30) of which is connected to the frame,
