The present embodiment discloses a fleeing goods determination device corresponding to the fleeing goods determination method of the above embodiments, which is a virtual structure device, as shown in fig. 3, and includes:
the data receiving module 310 is configured to receive an anti-counterfeit label image and current address information of a consumer terminal, and identify the anti-counterfeit label image to obtain anti-counterfeit label information;
the counterfeit checking module 320 is used for checking the counterfeit-proof label information, and if the counterfeit checking is passed, the bound dealer information is obtained according to the counterfeit-proof label information;
and the channel conflict judging module 330 is configured to compare the dealer information with the current address information to obtain a channel conflict judging result.
The dealer information includes a sales area code, store address information, and a dealer account ID, where the current address information and the store address information are latitude and longitude, and in the channel conflict determination module 330, the current address information is converted into a region code, that is, the latitude and longitude of the store address is converted into a region code by using a high-resolution reverse geographical resolution, and the comparing of the dealer information and the address information includes:
comparing whether the region code is consistent with the sales region code;
and calculating the longitude and latitude distance between the current address and the store address according to the current address information and the store address information, and comparing the longitude and latitude distance with a preset distance threshold value to judge whether the longitude and latitude distance is less than or equal to the preset distance threshold value.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to embodiment 5 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic device includes a processor 410, a memory 420, an input device 430, and an output device 440; the number of the processors 410 in the computer device may be one or more, and one processor 410 is taken as an example in fig. 4; the processor 410, the memory 420, the input device 430 and the output device 440 in the electronic apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, and the bus connection is exemplified in fig. 4.
The memory 420 serves as a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method for determining a channel conflict in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the data receiving module 310, the counterfeit verification module 320, and the channel conflict determination module 330 in the channel conflict determination apparatus). The processor 410 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device by executing software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 420, that is, implements the tamper determination method of embodiment 1.
The memory 420 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 420 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 420 may further include memory located remotely from processor 410, which may be connected to an electronic device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
Input device 430 may be used to receive the counterfeit deterrent label image or counterfeit deterrent label information, current address information at the consumer site, etc. The output device 440 is used for outputting the result of the channel conflict determination.
Example 6
Embodiment 6 of the present invention also provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to implement a method for determining a channel conflict, the method including:
receiving an anti-counterfeit label image and current address information of a consumer terminal, and identifying the anti-counterfeit label image to obtain anti-counterfeit label information;
verifying the anti-counterfeiting label information, and if the anti-counterfeiting label information passes the verification, acquiring bound dealer information according to the anti-counterfeiting label information;
and comparing the dealer information with the current address information to obtain a goods fleeing judgment result.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the method for determining a channel conflict provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes instructions for enabling an electronic device (which may be a mobile phone, a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the method or the apparatus for determining a channel conflict, each included unit and each included module are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division, as long as the corresponding functions can be realized; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
Various other modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art based on the above-described technical solutions and concepts, and all such modifications and changes should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for determining a channel conflict, comprising the steps of:
receiving an anti-counterfeit label image and current address information of a consumer terminal, and identifying the anti-counterfeit label image to obtain anti-counterfeit label information;
verifying the anti-counterfeiting label information, and if the anti-counterfeiting label information passes the verification, acquiring bound dealer information according to the anti-counterfeiting label information;
and comparing the dealer information with the current address information to obtain a goods fleeing judgment result.
2. The channel conflict determination method of claim 1, wherein the dealer information includes a sales area code, store address information, and a dealer account ID, and the current address information and the store address information are latitude and longitude;
comparing the dealer information with the address information to obtain a goods fleeing judgment result, wherein the goods fleeing judgment result comprises the following steps:
converting the current address information into a region code, and comparing whether the region code is consistent with the sales region code;
according to the current address information and the store address information, calculating a longitude and latitude distance between the current address and the store address, and comparing the longitude and latitude distance with a preset distance threshold value to judge whether the longitude and latitude distance is smaller than or equal to the preset distance threshold value;
and when the area code is not consistent with the sales area code, or/and the longitude and latitude distance is larger than the preset distance threshold value, judging the channel conflict.
3. The method of determining a channel conflict according to claim 2, further comprising: and acquiring a sales end account ID according to the anti-counterfeit label information, comparing whether the sales end account ID is consistent with the dealer account ID or not, and judging channel conflict if the sales end account ID is inconsistent with the dealer account ID.
4. The method of determining a channel conflict according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
the sales end acquires and identifies the anti-counterfeit label image to obtain anti-counterfeit label information; the seller acquires the seller information bound by the seller account ID and the anti-counterfeit label information; and the seller compares the account ID of the seller in the information of the seller with the account ID of the seller to obtain a channel conflict judgment result.
5. The method for determining a counterfeit fleeing product according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the counterfeit prevention label information includes a counterfeit prevention label unique identifier and counterfeit prevention label characteristic information.
6. The method for determining a channel conflict according to claim 5, wherein the verification of the anti-counterfeit label information is specifically: and obtaining a verification template through the unique identifier of the anti-counterfeiting label, and comparing the characteristics of the anti-counterfeiting label information and the verification template.
7. The method for determining the channel conflict according to claim 6, wherein a real-time scanning video of the anti-counterfeit label is received through a video plug-flow URL, the real-time scanning video is continuously converted into the anti-counterfeit label image, and the anti-counterfeit label image is identified to obtain the anti-counterfeit label characteristic information.
8. A device for determining a channel conflict, comprising:
the data receiving module is used for receiving the anti-counterfeit label image and the current address information of the consumer terminal, and identifying the anti-counterfeit label image to obtain anti-counterfeit label information;
the counterfeit checking module is used for checking the counterfeit-proof label information, and acquiring the bound dealer information according to the counterfeit-proof label information if the counterfeit-proof label information passes the checking;
and the channel conflict judging module is used for comparing the dealer information with the current address information to obtain a channel conflict judging result.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a storage medium, and a computer program stored in the storage medium, wherein the computer program when executed by the processor implements the method of determining a tampering with a device according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implementing the method of determining a channel conflict according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
