Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of a subscription confirmation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, a reservation confirmation method of an embodiment of the present disclosure includes operations S110 to S140.
Receiving a confirmation request of a subscriber in operation S110;
in operation S120, in response to the confirmation request, acquiring reservation target information and location information of the reservation user;
in operation S130, it is determined whether the reservation target information and the location information satisfy a preset condition;
in operation S140, the confirmation request is processed based on the determination result.
In particular, the subscription confirmation method may be performed by a server. In the disclosed embodiment, the booking objective may be a conference room.
In the prior art, a user selects a conference room to be booked and clicks on a confirmation to confirm the booking of the conference room. In the embodiment of the present invention, after the user selects to subscribe to a conference room, the user needs to arrive near the conference room within a certain time to confirm, and the user needs to complete the confirmation operation near the conference room. The server can acquire the position information of the user from the terminal and the conference room information from the conference room, and when the position information and the conference room information meet preset conditions, the user is considered to be located near the conference room, and the previous booking can be confirmed.
Before executing the subscription confirmation method of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server may obtain, from the terminal, basic information of a conference room subscribed by the user and basic information of the subscribed user in advance, where the basic information of the conference room may be information that can uniquely identify the conference room, such as a conference room number or a conference room name, and the basic information of the subscribed user may be account information of the user.
The confirmation request of the receiving subscriber can be a confirmation request sent by a receiving terminal device, the user carries out confirmation operation on the terminal device, and the terminal device generates the confirmation request based on the confirmation operation and sends the confirmation request to the server.
In response to the confirmation request, the reservation target information and the location information of the subscriber are acquired. The booking target information is, for example, relevant information of a booked conference room, and may specifically be location information of the conference room or other information capable of characterizing a location relationship with the user. The location information of the subscriber may refer to location information of a terminal device logged in by a user account, the location information may refer to coordinate information obtained by positioning by a positioning system, or may refer to other information capable of representing a location relationship with a conference room.
It is determined whether the reservation target information and the position information satisfy preset conditions, that is, whether the reservation user and the reservation target satisfy a certain positional relationship based on the reservation target information and the position information. For example, whether the subscribing user is located near a subscribing conference room.
Based on the result of the determination, the confirmation request is processed, that is, whether the confirmation request by the user is passed or not is determined according to the result of the determination.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, operation S140 includes operations S141 to S142.
In operation S141, in case that a preset condition is satisfied, by confirming the request;
in operation S142, in the case where the preset condition is not satisfied, the confirmation request is rejected.
Specifically, in the case where the determination result is yes, that is, the reservation target information and the location information satisfy the preset condition, the reservation user is considered to be located near the conference room to which the reservation user has subscribed, the user has succeeded in the reservation through the confirmation request of the user, and then the result may be fed back to the terminal.
In the case where the judgment result is no, that is, the booking target information and the location information do not satisfy the preset condition, it is considered that the booked user is not located near the conference room to which the user has booked, the confirmation request of the user is rejected, the user has failed in booking, and then the result may be fed back to the terminal.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after a user subscribes to a certain conference room, the user is required to go to the subscribed conference room for confirmation in the field within a specified time to confirm that the user really wants to subscribe to the conference room. After the user arrives near the meeting room, a confirmation request is sent to the server through the system, the server obtains the information of the subscribed meeting room and the position information sent by the user, and when the user is judged to be in the vicinity of the meeting room actually according to the two information, the confirmation request of the user is sent. Thus, the problem that the user successfully reserves the conference room without actually confirming the conference room can be at least partially avoided, and the waste of the conference room can be caused, so that the technical effects that the user can confirm the conference room in the field and the utilization rate of the conference room can be improved can be realized.

In operation S121, location information where a reservation target is located is acquired;
in operation S122, location information where the subscriber is located is determined.
Operation S130 includes operation S131.
In operation S131, it is determined whether the location information where the subscriber is located matches the location information where the subscription target is located.
Specifically, the location information may be, for example, information of a job place, and a plurality of locations may be included in the reservation system, for example, a company may have a first office place at a place a, a second office place at a place B, and a third office place at a place C, and each office place may be provided with at least one conference room.
The reservation target information may include information of a place where the reservation target is located, for example, an office place where a reserved conference room is located.
Location information of a reservation target is acquired. The server stores the location information corresponding to each conference room, and the server already obtains the basic information of the reserved conference room in advance, so that the location information of the conference room can be obtained correspondingly according to the basic information of the conference room. For example, the number of the reserved conference room is 1, and the location corresponding to conference room 1 in the server is office location a.
And determining the place information of the subscribed user. The user terminal can obtain the coordinate information of the user through a positioning system of the terminal, such as a GPS system, and send the coordinate information to the server, the coordinate range of each place is stored in the server, and the place where the user is located is obtained through the coordinate information of the user and the coordinate range of the place.
And matching the place information of the booking target and the place information of the user, wherein if the matching is successful, the booking target information and the position information meet the preset condition, and the user is considered to be positioned near the conference room.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case where a plurality of places are included in the reservation system, there is a possibility that a user has reserved a conference room of another place due to a faulty operation, and the user cannot reach the conference room within a specified time, resulting in a waste of the conference room. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, it is necessary to confirm the office locations where the user and the conference room are located, so that the above-mentioned errors can be largely avoided.
Fig. 4 schematically shows an interaction flow diagram of a subscription confirmation method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a signal transmitting device is provided at a reservation target, and reservation target information includes device identification information of the signal transmitting device at the reservation target;

receiving, as location information of a subscriber, device identification information, which the subscriber receives, transmitted by the subscriber in operation S125;
operation S130 includes operation S132.
In operation S132, it is determined whether the device identification signal transmitted by the user matches the device identification information of the signal transmission device at the reservation target.
Specifically, a signal transmitting device is arranged at the booking target, the signal transmitting device may be, for example, an iBeacon device, one or more iBeacon devices are additionally installed in each conference room, and the signal transmitting range of the iBeacon device may be n meters, so that the positioning accuracy may be improved to be within the range of n meters. The identification information of the signal transmission apparatus may be, for example, UUID and coordinates of each iBeacon device as a beacon for positioning.
The booking target information includes device identification information of the signal sending device at the booking target, for example, UUID and coordinates of the iBeacon device corresponding to each conference room are stored in the server, and since the server has previously obtained basic information of the booked conference room, the server can correspondingly obtain the UUID and coordinates of the iBeacon device of the conference room according to the basic information of the conference room.
The signal transmission device that controls the reservation target transmits its device identification information to the surroundings so that the surrounding users receive its device identification information. For example, the server may control the iBeacon device in the corresponding conference room to send a signal to the surroundings, or the iBeacon device pushes a signal to the surrounding smartphone device in real time, where the signal includes the UUID and the coordinates of the device. And after receiving the signal pushed by the iBeacon device, the terminal equipment sends the signal to the server.
And after receiving the UUID and the coordinates sent by the user, the server matches the UUID and the coordinates corresponding to the booking conference room and the UUID and the coordinates received from the terminal, if the matching is successful, the booking target information and the position information meet the preset conditions, and the user is considered to be positioned near the conference room.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the signal sending equipment is installed near the conference room, the signal is sent to the terminal within a certain distance, and then the server is used for signal matching, so that the positioning accuracy can be improved to the distance range of signal receiving, for example, the signal sending range of the iBeacon is n meters, and the positioning accuracy can be improved to the range of n meters.
Fig. 5 schematically shows an interaction flow diagram of a subscription confirmation method according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a confirmation button and a password device are provided at a reservation target, the confirmation button is used for receiving an operation of a user and controlling the password device to generate a dynamic password after receiving a reservation operation of the user;

operation S130 includes operation S133.
In operation S133, the dynamic password transmitted by the user is matched with the dynamic password acquired from the password device.
Specifically, the booking target is provided with a confirmation button and a password device, the confirmation button and the password device can be installed on a door of a conference room, for example, a user needs to press the confirmation button after arriving at the conference room, the confirmation button receives a pressing operation and can send a signal to the password device, and the password device generates a dynamic password.
After the dynamic password is generated, the password equipment can send the dynamic password and equipment information thereof to the server, and the server corresponds to a corresponding conference room through the equipment information and binds the dynamic password with the conference room.
The server sends a popup command to the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment pops up a verification window, a user can check the dynamic password displayed on the password equipment and input the dynamic password into the verification window, and the terminal equipment sends the dynamic password to the server after obtaining the dynamic password.
After receiving the dynamic password sent by the terminal equipment, the server can match the dynamic password with the dynamic password sent by the password equipment, if the matching is successful, the reservation target information and the position information meet the preset conditions, and the user is considered to be located near the conference room.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the user confirms the conference room and also needs to press the confirmation button additionally arranged at the door of the conference room, so that the user can be further confirmed to actually arrive at the conference room, but in order to avoid other people to perform key operation instead of a subscriber, the dynamic password needs to be verified, so that the subscriber can be confirmed to perform key operation through identity verification, and the subscriber is further confirmed to be located near the conference room.
When the reservation confirming method of the embodiment of the present disclosure is executed, the above-described location matching, device information matching, and dynamic password matching may be sequentially executed, or only one or two of them may be executed as necessary.
If the meeting room is not determined for a plurality of times after the meeting room expires, the subscriber can be added to the blacklist, and the subscription to the meeting room is forbidden.
Another aspect of the present disclosure provides another subscription confirmation method.
