In a further scheme, the substrate 201 is further provided with a reset hole 204, the third protrusion 205 is disposed in the reset hole 204, one end of the third protrusion 205 is connected to the substrate 201, and the other end of the third protrusion is bent toward the inside of the constraint portion 200 and perpendicular to the substrate 201; not only is the third protrusion 205 convenient to form, but also the return spring is convenient to arrange; it is understood that the third protrusion 205 may be formed during the process of machining the reset hole 204, and the third protrusion 205 with a rod-shaped structure is formed by bending, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
In order to facilitate the installation of the return spring, in a further aspect, the electronic device further includes an installation hole 206, the installation hole 206 is disposed on the substrate 201 and located at one end of the return hole 204, and is used for passing through the return spring; so that the return spring can be conveniently installed and removed. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the reset holes 204 and the mounting holes 206 are provided in pairs, and the number of the reset holes 204 and the number of the mounting holes 206 may be determined according to actual requirements, and may be a pair, two teams or multiple pairs, for example, in the present embodiment, two pairs of the reset holes 204 and the mounting holes 206 are included, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the two pairs of the reset holes 204 and the mounting holes 206 are respectively symmetrically provided at two sides of the limiting hole 202, which is beneficial to more uniform stress of the whole pull ring after the installation of the reset spring.
In a further embodiment, one end of the base plate 201 (the end facing the unlocking portion 300) extends laterally (i.e. along the length direction of the unlocking sheet 301) and forms an extending plate 207, the extending plate 207 is used for pressing the upper cover 600 of the unlocking mechanism, and the reset hole 204 and the mounting hole 206 are disposed on the base plate 201 and/or the extending plate 207. The restriction part 200, the upper cover 600 and the base 500 are advantageously assembled into a whole.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the handle 100 may be made of plastic, metal or sheet metal. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the handle 100 is made of plastic.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the handle 100 includes a pulling plate 101 and two connecting plates 102 respectively disposed at two sides of the same end of the pulling plate 101, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the two connecting plates 102 are parallel to each other and are respectively connected to two sides of the constraining portion 200; the handle 100 is compact in structure, convenient to form and convenient to pull to unlock in the actual use process. It can be understood that when the handle 100 is made of plastic, in order to make the connection between the base plate 201 and the unlocking piece 301 and the handle 100 more secure, a part of the base plate 201 and a part of the unlocking piece 301 can be inserted into the connecting plate 102 to form a more secure connection.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, to simplify the structure of the entire tab, the two unlocking portions 300 are respectively symmetrically disposed on both sides of the constraining portion 200.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides an unlocking mechanism, which includes a base 500, an upper cover 600 and the pull ring described in embodiment 1, wherein the base 500 is provided with a cavity for mounting an optical sub-module 701 and an electronic sub-module 702, the upper cover 600 is disposed on the upper portion of the base 500 and is used for closing the cavity, and the optical sub-module 701 (a key component for implementing photoelectric conversion, generally including a Transmitter Optical Subassembly (TOSA), a Receiver Optical Subassembly (ROSA) or a receiver optical subassembly (BOSA)) and the electronic sub-module 702 (connected to the optical sub-module 701 and mainly used for signal processing, generally including a circuit board (PCBA)) required by an optical communication module are encapsulated in the cavity by the cooperation of the upper cover 600 and the base 500;
as shown in fig. 5-8, the two sides of the base 500 and/or the upper cover 600 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 501 for the unlocking part 300 to slide, it can be understood that, for the convenience of unlocking and disassembling, the sliding groove 501 is a linear sliding groove 501, the restriction part 200 is arranged at one end of the base 500 (arranged at the head end of the base 500, and the sliding groove 501 extends from the head end to the tail end of the base 500); it is understood that the depth of the slide groove 501 is greater than or equal to the height of the second protrusion 203 so that the unlocking portion 300 can be moved out of the base 500 through the slide groove 501 to remove or replace the tab without removing the upper cover 600.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the base 500 and/or the upper cover 600 are provided with a limiting groove 502 adapted to the second protrusion 203, and two sides of the base 500 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 503 adapted to the limiting portion 400. In this embodiment, the sliding grooves 501 are respectively arranged on two sides of the base 500, the unlocking part 300 is arranged in the sliding grooves 501, and the clamping groove 503 is arranged, so that the limiting part 400 can be clamped at the clamping groove 503, the whole restricting part 200 can surround three sides of the base 500, and the accurate positioning and installation of the restricting part 200 are realized; when unlocking, the handle 100 is pulled to move the unlocking part 300 along the sliding groove 501, so that the first protrusion 302 is driven to move to the unlocking part 300, and the unlocking function is realized; after unlocking is completed, the second protrusion 203 is just restricted by the limiting groove 502, so that the whole pull ring is limited to move continuously, and the purpose of limiting is achieved; when the pull ring needs to be replaced, the pull ring can be conveniently and quickly pulled out of the unlocking mechanism only by adopting an extra tool to separate the second protrusion 203 from the limiting groove 502, so that the disassembling work is completed, when a new pull ring is assembled, the unlocking parts 300 on two sides are only required to be respectively aligned to the sliding grooves 501 on two sides, then the pull ring is pushed inwards, the constraint part 200 is sleeved on the base 500, and the second protrusion 203 is enabled to move from the left side of the limiting groove 502 to the right side of the limiting groove 502, so that the assembling work of the pull ring can be conveniently and efficiently completed; in the whole process, the upper cover 600 does not need to be disassembled, that is, the pull ring can be assembled after the optical module finishes the assembly of the internal parts and the upper cover 600 is assembled, and the pull rings with different shapes, different colors or metal plates can be replaced under the condition that the upper cover 600 is not opened, so that the problems of inconvenience in replacement, high cost and the like existing in the prior art are effectively solved.
In order to be matched with the corresponding pull ring, preferably, two sides of one end of the base 500 are respectively provided with a groove 504 for the constraining portion 200 and the limiting portion 400 to slide, as shown in fig. 5, the sliding groove 501 is connected with the groove 504. So that the constraining part 200 and the unlocking part 300 can move along the groove 504 and the sliding groove 501, respectively, when unlocking and disassembling.
In a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, an end of the sliding slot 501 is provided with a closed-side restraining hole 505, and the restraining hole 505 is used for restraining an end of the unlocking portion 300. The end of the unlocking portion 300 can be restrained, so that the unlocking portion 300 is prevented from moving transversely in the sliding process, such as transversely disengaging from the sliding groove 501, and the guide can be provided for the sliding of the unlocking portion 300.
In a further aspect, the base 500 is further provided with a spring groove 506 for installing a return spring, and a communication groove 507 for passing through the third protrusion 205, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, one end of the communication groove 507 is connected to the spring groove 506, and the other end penetrates through the end of the base 500, so that when the tab is detached, the third protrusion 205 arranged on the restriction portion 200 slides out of the base 500 along the communication groove 507, thereby facilitating detachment and replacement of the tab; and the spring groove 506 is arranged, so that after the pull ring is installed, a return spring is arranged in the spring groove 506, one end of the return spring is connected with the third protrusion 205, the other end of the return spring is connected with the wall surface at one end of the spring groove 506, the whole pull ring can be pressed rightwards to the base 500 under the elastic action of the return spring, so that the pull handle 100 is pulled leftwards to realize unlocking when unlocking is performed, and after the unlocking is completed, the pull ring can be restored to the initial position under the elastic action of the return spring, so that the next unlocking is performed.
In a further aspect, as shown in fig. 5-7, the upper surface of the upper cover 600 is further provided with a notch 601 adapted to the base plate 201 and/or the extension plate 207. Through setting up notch 601, both can cooperate with base plate 201 and/or extension board 207, utilize two lateral walls of notch 601 to be the sliding guide of constraining part 200, can provide the restraint for the apron again for the structure of whole unblock structure is compacter, assembles better.
It is understood that the positions and the number of the limiting grooves 502 arranged on the base 500 should be matched with the positions and the number of the second protrusions 203 on the tab, and the positions and the number of the spring grooves 506 should be matched with the positions and the number of the mounting holes 206 on the tab, which are not illustrated herein.
Example 3
The main difference between the present embodiment 3 and the above embodiment 1 is that the present embodiment provides a constraining portion 200 with another structure, where the constraining portion 200 includes a base plate 201, and a first side plate 208 and a second side plate 209 disposed on two sides of the base plate 201, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the second protrusion 203 is disposed on the base plate 201, the two unlocking portions 300 are respectively connected to the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209, and one end of the handle 100 is respectively connected to the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209, that is, the handle 100 and the unlocking portions 300 may be respectively connected to the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209 and respectively located at two ends of the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209; the limiting portion 400 is disposed on the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209, and/or disposed on the unlocking portion 300. In this embodiment, the base plate 201, the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209 may respectively wrap three sides of the base 500, and may respectively contact four sides of the base 500 and form a certain constraint through cooperation with the limiting portion 400, so that the limiting portion 200 and the base 500 can only move in the length direction, so as to guide and position the tab.
It is understood that the position-limiting portion 400 may be disposed on the unlocking portion 300, for example, the structure of the position-limiting portion 400 shown in embodiment 1 is omitted for brevity; the limiting portion 400 may also be disposed on the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209, and preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209 are perpendicular to the substrate 201 respectively; the limiting parts 400 can be respectively arranged at the inner sides of the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209, and are respectively parallel to the limiting plates 401 of the substrate 201, so that the positioning and guiding functions are realized; the limiting portion 400 may also be a limiting plate 401 formed by bending inward one end of the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209 away from the substrate 201, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the limiting plate 401 corresponds to a slot 503 on the base 500; in this case, as a preferred embodiment, the base plate 201, the first side plate 208, the second side plate 209 and the limiting portion 400 may be integrally formed, so as to be integrally formed, thereby improving the production efficiency.
Preferably, the width of the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209 is smaller than or equal to the width of the base plate 201, which is beneficial to the structure of the tab to be more compact, for example, as shown in fig. 9, the width of the base plate 201 is larger than the width of the first side plate 208 and the second side plate 209.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the restricting portion 200, the unlocking portion 300, and the stopper portion 400 are integrally formed members and are made of metal or sheet metal.
As described in embodiment 1, the number of the limiting holes 202 and the second protrusions 203 may be one, two or more according to actual requirements, for example, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the substrate 201 is respectively provided with two limiting holes 202 and two second protrusions 203, and correspondingly, the base 500 is respectively provided with two limiting grooves 502 to match with the two limiting holes 202 and the second protrusions 203. The number of the reset holes 204 and the mounting holes 206 may be determined according to actual requirements, and may be one pair, two teams or multiple pairs, for example, in this embodiment, the pull ring includes a pair of the reset holes 204 and the mounting holes 206, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, and the pair of reset holes 204 and the mounting holes 206 are disposed between the two limiting holes 202, which is beneficial to more uniform stress of the whole pull ring after the reset spring is mounted.
Example 4
According to the pull ring recited in embodiment 4, the present embodiment provides an unlocking mechanism adapted to the same, which is different from the unlocking mechanism provided in embodiment 2 in that the number and position of the limiting grooves 502 are different, and the positions of the locking grooves 503 are slightly changed, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, in the present embodiment, the locking grooves 503 provided at both sides of the base 500 are respectively provided below the groove 504 to perform the positioning, guiding and restraining functions, while the upper surface of the head end of the base 500 is symmetrically provided with two limiting grooves 502, and a communication groove 507 and a spring groove 506 are provided between the two limiting grooves 502, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, so as to adapt to the pull ring provided in embodiment 3, not only the sliding unlocking function can be achieved, but also the pull ring can be replaced with different shapes, different colors or metal plates without opening the upper cover 600, thereby effectively solving the problems of inconvenient replacement, high cost and the like existing in the prior art.
Example 5
The present embodiment provides an optical communication module, including the unlocking mechanism described in embodiment 2 or embodiment 4, and the optical subassembly 701 and the electronic subassembly 702 related to the optical communication module are packaged in the cavity.

Claims (22)

1. The pull ring is characterized by comprising a handle, a constraint part and unlocking parts arranged on two sides of the constraint part respectively, wherein the handle is connected with the constraint part, the handle and the unlocking parts are arranged at two ends of the constraint part respectively, the unlocking parts are provided with first protrusions for unlocking respectively, the constraint part is provided with a second protrusion for limiting the sliding distance of the unlocking part, and the constraint part and/or the unlocking parts are provided with limiting parts for positioning and/or guiding.
2. The tab of claim 1, wherein the unlocking portion comprises an elongated unlocking tab, and the first protrusion is disposed on an outer side of the unlocking tab.
3. The tab of claim 2, wherein the release tab includes at least one bend for bending the release tab inwardly.
4. The tab of claim 3, wherein the release tab comprises a first section and a second section, the first section and the second section are connected by the bending portion, the first section and the second section are parallel to each other, the first section is connected with the restraining portion, and the first protrusion is disposed outside the second section.
5. The pull ring of claim 1, wherein the restraining portion comprises a base plate, the pull tab is connected to two sides of the base plate, the two unlocking portions are fixed to two sides of the pull tab, the second protrusion is disposed on the base plate, and the limiting portions are fixed to the unlocking portions.
6. The tab of claim 5, wherein the retention portion is an L-shaped structure.
7. The pull ring of claim 6, wherein the limiting portion comprises a vertically disposed flat plate, a lower end of the flat plate is bent inward, and an upper end of the flat plate is fixed to the unlocking portion.
8. The pull ring of claim 1, wherein the restraining portion comprises a base plate and a first side plate and a second side plate disposed on two sides of the base plate, the second protrusion is disposed on the base plate, the two unlocking portions are respectively connected to the first side plate and the second side plate, one end of the pull handle is respectively connected to the first side plate and the second side plate, and the limiting portion is disposed on the first side plate and the second side plate and/or on the unlocking portion.
9. The tab of claim 8, wherein the first and second side panels are perpendicular to the base panel, and the limiting portion comprises a limiting plate disposed inside the first and second side panels, and parallel to the base panel;
or the limiting part is a limiting plate formed by inwards bending one ends of the first side plate and the second side plate, which are far away from the base plate.
10. The tab of claim 8, wherein the first and second side panels have a width that is less than or equal to the width of the base panel.
11. The tab of claim 8, wherein the base plate, the first side plate, the second side plate, and the retention portion are an integrally formed member; or the base plate, the first side plate, the second side plate, the limiting part and the unlocking part are integrally formed components.
12. The pull ring according to any one of claims 5 to 11, wherein the base plate is further provided with a limiting hole, the second protrusion is disposed in the limiting hole, one end of the second protrusion is connected to the base plate, the other end of the second protrusion is bent and/or extended toward the inside of the restraining portion, and the second protrusion is a limiting piece with a sheet structure.
13. The tab of claim 12, further comprising a third protrusion for repositioning, the third protrusion being disposed on the base and extending inwardly of the constraint.
14. The pull ring of claim 12, wherein the base plate is further provided with a reset hole and a mounting hole, the third protrusion is disposed in the reset hole, one end of the third protrusion is connected to the base plate, and the other end of the third protrusion is bent toward the inside of the constraint portion and perpendicular to the base plate; the mounting hole is located at one end of the reset hole and used for passing through the reset spring.
15. The tab of claim 14, wherein one end of the base plate extends laterally and forms an extension plate for pressing against an upper cover of the release mechanism, the reset hole and the mounting hole being provided in the base plate and/or the extension plate.
16. The tab of any of claims 1-11, wherein the tab is made of plastic, metal, or sheet metal;
and/or the restraining part, the unlocking part and the limiting part are integrally formed components and are made of metal or sheet metal.
17. The tab of claim 16, wherein the pull tab comprises a pull plate and two connecting plates disposed on opposite sides of the same end of the pull plate, the two connecting plates being parallel to each other and connected to opposite sides of the constraint portion.
18. An unlocking mechanism, comprising a base, an upper cover and the pull ring of any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the base is provided with a cavity for mounting an optical sub-module and an electronic sub-module, the upper cover is arranged on the upper portion of the base and used for closing the cavity, sliding grooves for sliding the unlocking part are respectively arranged on two sides of the base and/or the upper cover, the restraining part is arranged at one end of the base, the base and/or the upper cover is provided with a limiting groove matched with the second protrusion, and clamping grooves matched with the limiting part are respectively arranged on two sides of the base.
19. The unlock mechanism of claim 18, wherein a groove for sliding the restriction portion is disposed on each of two sides of one end of the base, and the sliding slot is communicated with the groove.
20. The delatch mechanism of claim 18 wherein the end of the chute is provided with a closed-sided restraining aperture for restraining the end of the delatch portion.
21. The delatch mechanism of claim 18 wherein the upper surface of the upper cover is further provided with notches that mate with the base plate and/or extension plate.
22. An optical communication module comprising an unlocking mechanism according to any one of claims 18 to 21.
