The invention provides a portable infrared intelligent capsule thermometer connected with an intelligent mobile phone for use, which comprises a capsule thermometer main body part, a capsule covering part matched with the capsule thermometer main body part, a circuit board arranged in the capsule thermometer main body part, a USB interface arranged on the circuit board, an earphone plug connected with the USB interface of the circuit board, a measurement control module, a data transmission module connected with the output end of the measurement control module, a USB-to-serial communication unit connected with the output end of the data transmission module, an infrared temperature sensor connected with the output end of the USB-to-serial communication unit, and a battery/power supply conversion circuit respectively connected with the USB-to-serial communication unit and the infrared temperature sensor. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the capsule-shaped thermometer is convenient to carry, can be connected with a mobile phone for plug and play, and can record the temperature condition in a period through the matched APP.
