according to the start-stop sequence and the running time of each device of the central air-conditioning system, the controller sequentially starts the device with the shortest running time in the same device or closes the device with the longest running time in the same device so as to output a start or close control signal;
after receiving a starting instruction of a user or after starting of each device of the central air-conditioning system is finished, automatically locking the device according to a fault signal of the device in the central air-conditioning system acquired by the controller in real time so as to prohibit the device from being started again, and starting the device which is not started and has the shortest running time in the same device.
