The invention provides an LED lighting sterilization lamp tube and a lighting sterilization method, wherein one group of LEDs are used for emitting lighting light which is visible, the other group of LEDs are used for emitting UV-C wave bands which are invisible and are used for sterilizing air in a specific space, the LED lighting sterilization lamp tube is safe and environment-friendly, and is suitable for a supermarket vegetable and meat fresh-keeping cabinet.

1. An LED lighting germicidal lamp tube, comprising:
the bracket is in a hollow cylindrical shape and comprises a rectangular plate and an arched plate connected with two longer sides of the rectangular plate, the rectangular plate and the arched plate form a first through hole, the middle part of the outer side of the rectangular plate is provided with a first bearing part along the direction of the first through hole, the middle part of the inner side of the rectangular plate is provided with a second bearing part along the direction of the first through hole, and the two longer sides of the outer side of the rectangular plate are provided with first clamping parts;
the LED lamp panel is arranged on the first bearing part, comprises a plurality of LED lamp beads and is used for emitting illumination light;
the UV lamp panel is arranged on the second bearing part, comprises a plurality of UVLED lamp beads and is used for emitting ultraviolet light;
the PC cover is of an arched plate-shaped structure, second clamping parts are arranged on two sides of the PC cover, the second clamping parts are connected to the first clamping parts, and the PC cover and the support form a second through hole in a surrounding mode;
the two ends of the air inlet plug are communicated with each other, and the bracket and one end of the PC cover are wrapped for packaging the lamp tube;
the two ends of the air outlet plug are communicated, the air outlet plug is arranged at one end of the bracket far away from the air inlet plug, and the bracket and one end of the PC cover are wrapped for packaging the lamp tube;
the connector is arranged in the air inlet plug and the air outlet plug and is used for communicating the first through hole and sealing the second through hole;
the fan is arranged in the air outlet plug and used for sucking air into the first through hole for sterilization;
and the power supply circuit board is arranged in the air inlet plug and connected with the LED lamp panel and the UV lamp panel and used for supplying power to the LED lamp panel and the UV lamp panel by an external power supply.

The LED lighting germicidal lamp tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first protrusion is provided at a position corresponding to the second through hole on a side of the air inlet plug away from the bracket, the first protrusion is of a closed structure, and two electrode contacts are provided on the first protrusion;
a second bulge is arranged on one side, away from the support, of the air outlet plug and corresponds to the second through hole, the second bulge is of a closed structure, and two electrode contacts are arranged on the second bulge;
a first opening is formed in one side, away from the support, of the air inlet plug, and corresponds to the first through hole, and the first opening is communicated with the first through hole;
one side, away from the support, of the air outlet plug is provided with a second opening corresponding to the position of the first through hole, and the second opening is communicated with the first through hole.

The LED lighting germicidal lamp tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first through hole in the bracket is provided with a wind guide assembly, the wind guide assembly comprises a wind guide plate and a connecting plate, the wind guide plate is evenly connected to the connecting plate at intervals, the connecting plate is in an arc plate shape, the cross section of the wind guide plate is in a semi-circular shape, a plurality of wind guide holes are densely distributed on the wind guide plate, and the wind guide plate is coated with a nano titanium dioxide film.

The LED lighting germicidal lamp as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner contour of the air inlet plug near the side of the bracket wraps the outer contour of the bracket after connecting with the PC cover, and a first baffle is disposed on the inner wall of the air inlet plug and is located in the middle of the air inlet plug and parallel to the rectangular plate on the bracket;
the air outlet plug is close to the outer contour of the support after the inner contour of one side of the support wraps the support and the PC cover is connected, a second baffle is arranged on the inner wall of the air outlet plug, and the second baffle is located in the middle of the air outlet plug and is parallel to the rectangular plate on the support.

6. The LED illuminated germicidal tube as claimed in claim 1 wherein a plurality of refraction grooves are provided on the inside surface of the PC housing.
7. The LED lighting germicidal lamp tube as claimed in claim 2, wherein a dustproof filter screen and an activated carbon filter screen are disposed at the first opening in the air inlet plug.
8. The LED lighting germicidal lamp tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first bearing portion includes a first slot, a third opening is disposed on a side of the first slot away from the bracket, and the third opening is used for exposing the LED bead;
the second bearing part comprises a second slot, a fourth opening is formed in one side, far away from the support, of the second slot, and the fourth opening is used for exposing the UVLED lamp bead.

The LED lighting germicidal lamp tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connector comprises a wind shielding portion and a ventilation portion, the wind shielding portion is connected to the second through hole, the ventilation portion is connected to the first through hole, the wind shielding portion is in a bulge shape and seals the second through hole, the ventilation portion is communicated with the first through hole and the outside of the bracket, and a sealant layer is disposed on the outer side of the wind shielding portion.
10. A method of sterilizing lighting using the LED illuminated germicidal tube of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s101: switching on a power supply;
s102: the fan is electrified to start rotating, the UVLED lamp beads are electrified to emit light, and the LED lamp beads are electrified to emit light;
s103: air enters from the first opening of the air inlet plug;
s104: air is filtered by the dustproof filter screen and the active carbon filter screen;
s105: the air is irradiated and sterilized by the UVLED lamp beads, and the titanium dioxide on the air deflector is used for catalyzing and decomposing harmful gases under the irradiation of ultraviolet light;
s106: the air is drawn towards the second opening of the air outlet plug by the fan.
