本发明涉及一种高效率LED射灯,包括灯座、支架和LED光源,LED光源安装在灯座上,灯座上安装有反光杯,LED光源位于反光杯内,反光杯的前端面上设有透镜,反光杯外套上设有筒状外壳,筒状外壳与灯座固定连接,支架套在筒状外壳外侧,筒状外壳与支架通过螺旋转动连接,筒状外壳外表面设有若干散热片,筒状外壳外套设有保护壳。本发明结构简单,操作便捷,利用保护壳可以有效的保护散热片进行散热工作,保护网可以有效的避免透镜被外力损坏,保证LED射灯正常工作。

本发明属于射灯技术领域,具体涉及一种高效率LED射灯。
背景技术
LED射灯简单来说就是利用发光二极管作为光源的射灯,目前市场上LED射灯已经逐渐取代了传统的卤素灯,由于LED射灯的发光功率大,所以会在外表面安装很多散热片来达到散热效果,但是在施工过程中,散热片和LED射灯上的透镜容易被接触或者碰倒,这样会对透镜和散热片造成损坏,导致LED射灯不能正投射照明,影响颇大。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供了一种高效率LED射灯。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高效率LED射灯,包括灯座、支架和LED光源,所述LED光源安装在灯座上,所述灯座上安装有反光杯,所述LED光源位于反光杯内,所述反光杯的前端面上设有透镜,所述反光杯外套上设有筒状外壳,所述筒状外壳与灯座固定连接,所述支架套在筒状外壳外侧,筒状外壳与支架通过螺旋转动连接,所述筒状外壳外表面设有若干散热片,所述筒状外壳外套设有保护壳。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述保护壳表面上设有若干个通风孔。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述支架末端连接有电器箱,所述电器箱与支架末端通过螺旋转动连接。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述透镜前端设有保护网,所述保护网与筒状外壳固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,操作便捷,利用保护壳可以有效的保护散热片进行散热工作,保护网可以有效的避免透镜被外力损坏,保证LED射灯正常工作。

如图1所示,一种高效率LED射灯,包括灯座1、支架2和LED光源3,所述LED光源3安装在灯座1上,所述灯座1上安装有反光杯4,所述LED光源3位于反光杯4内,所述反光杯4的前端面上设有透镜5,所述反光杯4外套上设有筒状外壳5,所述筒状外壳5与灯座1固定连接,所述支架2套在筒状外壳6外侧,筒状外壳6与支架2通过螺旋转动连接,所述筒状外壳6外表面设有若干散热片7,所述筒状外壳6外套设有保护壳8。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述保护壳8表面上设有若干个通风孔。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述支架2末端连接有电器箱9,所述电器箱9与支架2末端通过螺旋转动连接。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述透镜5前端设有保护网10,所述保护网10与筒状外壳6固定连接。
