The wind power generation set fault rate is high because most wind farms are built in remote and desolate and cool places with severe environments and are mostly located in desertification places, and one problem of high fault rate of the wind power generation set is that the oil temperature of a gear box is increased due to low working efficiency of an air cooling radiator, a fan can only run in a limited power mode, if the temperature is still in an increasing trend, shutdown protection is caused when the shutdown temperature is reached, and the normal operation of the wind farms is influenced due to shutdown operation of the fan. The reason that the working efficiency of the air-cooled radiator is low is mainly that the cabin is compact in design, limited in space and limited in construction conditions, high-power radiating equipment cannot be installed, and in addition, a large number of heating elements are arranged, so that the ambient temperature in the cabin is increased, the heat exchange efficiency is insufficient, and the like.

An oil outlet pipe of the outlet end radiator 1 and an oil inlet pipe of the inlet end radiator 2 are respectively connected with a lubricating oil circulating pipeline of a gear box of the wind generating set, so that the radiator unit is connected to the lubricating oil circulating pipeline of the gear box of the wind generating set in a bypassing manner, and the radiator unit is horizontally fixed on a support above the gear box.
The invention is further explained by the working method of the lubricating oil split type radiator of the gear box of the wind generating set in the 1.5MW double-fed wind generating set:
when the oil temperature is lower than 45 ℃, a low-speed pump is adopted to keep the oil flow of 40L/min, and if the pressure in the system is higher than 10bar at the moment, the gear lubricating oil directly flows back to the gearbox through an overflow valve; the pressure in the pipeline is gradually reduced along with the rise of the oil temperature, when the pressure is between 3bar and 10bar, the 10bar overflow valve is automatically closed, the 3bar overflow valve is automatically opened, and the gear lubricating oil flows back to the gear box through the coarse filter screen through the temperature control valve to form a loop; along with the circulation of the gear box, the oil temperature further rises, when the pressure in a pipeline is reduced to be below 3bar, the overflow valves of 3bar and 10bar are closed, gear lubricating oil flows back to the gear box through the two layers of filter screens through the temperature control valve to form a loop, and at the moment, the circulation path of the gear lubricating oil is in a bypass mode, namely the split type radiator bypass of the gear box lubricating oil of the wind generating set is adopted.
When the oil temperature is 45-60 ℃, the system adopts a high-speed pump through PLC control, and the oil flow of 80L/min is kept. After passing through the two layers of filter screens, part of gear lubricating oil enters the radiator unit for cooling and flows back to the gear box to form a loop, and part of gear lubricating oil flows back to the gear box through the temperature control valve to form a loop, when the oil temperature reaches 55 ℃, the system starts the axial flow fan through the control of the PLC, and a circulating path in the oil temperature range is a mixed mode. The heat radiator unit in the mode effectively increases the windward area, the corrugated air duct fins can effectively prevent the fins from being blocked, the heat exchange area of the oil side and the air side is increased, and the heat radiation effect is good.
When the oil temperature is between 60 ℃ and 75 ℃, the temperature control valve is completely closed, the system adopts a high-speed pump through PLC control, the axial flow fan is started, gear lubricating oil passes through two layers of filter screens, then the gear lubricating oil completely enters the radiator unit for cooling, and finally flows back to the gear box to form a loop, and a circulating path in the oil temperature range is in a full cooling mode. The radiator unit in the mode is matched with the axial flow fan for forced air cooling, so that the cooling effect is better.
GB/T19073 plus 2008 stipulates that the maximum temperature of an oil pool of the gearbox is not higher than 85 ℃, the difference between the general oil inlet temperature and the oil temperature of the oil pool is 10 ℃, therefore, the maximum oil inlet temperature is set to be 75 ℃, namely T4Set at 75 ℃ T1、T2And T3Setting according to actual needs.
