1. when high-pressure oil enters from the second oil port 12 and passes through the control oil channel 15 to enter the left cavity 17, the high-pressure oil acts on the left end face of the valve core 4 to push the valve core 4 to move rightwards, the spring 6 is compressed, the valve port is opened (the second oil port 12 is communicated with the first oil port 5), the high-pressure oil flows from the second oil port 12 to the first oil port 5, and the valve core 4 is not easy to generate dislocation due to the spool structure, and the acting force acting on the left end face of the valve core 4 enables the valve core 4 to move quickly and stably.
2. When the second oil port 12 is in low-pressure oil return, the spring 6 pushes the valve core 4 to move left for resetting, and meanwhile, the limiting can be realized; the valve port is closed, the second oil port 12 and the first oil port 5 are cut off, the upper part of the first oil port 5 is prevented from being emptied, the movement position of the valve core 4 is accurate, the working stability of the high-pressure slide valve type one-way valve is ensured, and meanwhile, the hydraulic oil in the relevant executive component is prevented from being emptied.
3. The left end face of the right cylinder 25 of the valve core 4 in the specific embodiment is provided with a conical surface 26, the cone angle of the conical surface 26 is 30-35 degrees, and the bus length is 3-5 mm, so as to slow down the impact of high-pressure oil. In the closed state, the distance between the intersection line of the conical surface 26 and the cylindrical surface of the right cylinder 25 and the left side surface of the second sealing ring 13 is 0.5-1 mm, and the fit clearance between the valve body 3 and the valve core 4 is 5-10 mu m, so that the clearance sealing function is realized, the hydraulic oil leakage quantity caused by the fit clearance is reduced, and the sealing performance of the high-pressure slide valve type one-way valve is good.
4. A third sealing groove 29 is arranged in the middle of the left cylinder 28 of the valve core 4, and a third combined sealing ring 14 is arranged on the third sealing groove 29; a first seal groove 24 is arranged at a position 5-10 mm away from the right end face of the right cylinder 25, and the first seal groove 24 is provided with a first combined seal ring 11. The leakage of hydraulic oil is effectively reduced, and the sealing performance of the high-pressure slide valve type one-way valve is good.
The first combined sealing ring 11 and the third combined sealing ring 14 are composed of an inner sealing ring 31 for a valve core and an outer sealing ring 32 for the valve core, the cross section of the outer sealing ring 32 for the valve core is a rectangular surface, the width is 5-6 mm, the height is 2-3 mm, and the material is tetrafluoroethylene; the cross section of the inner sealing ring 31 for the valve core is in an I shape, the width is 5-6 mm, the height is 3-5 mm, the two sides are symmetrical circular arcs, the width of the middle part is 3-4 mm, and the inner sealing ring is made of oil-resistant rubber materials.
The second combined sealing ring 13 consists of an inner sealing ring 33 for a valve body and an outer sealing ring 34 for the valve body, wherein the cross section shape of the inner sealing ring 33 for the valve body is the same as that of the outer sealing ring 32 for a valve core, and the material is tetrafluoroethylene; the cross-sectional shape of the outer seal ring 34 for the valve body is the same as that of the inner seal ring 31 for the valve core, and the material is oil-resistant rubber material. The leakage of hydraulic oil is obviously reduced, the sealing performance is effectively improved, the sealing effect of the high-pressure slide valve type one-way valve is achieved through the sealing of the combined sealing ring and the annular clearance fit sealing, and the sealing performance is good.
5. The center of right valve gap 8 is equipped with blind hole 30, and blind hole 30 is the spring holder, and the central point of blind hole 30 puts and is equipped with and reveal hydraulic fluid port 9, and when case 4 moves the in-process to the right, the inside oil that leaks of right side chamber 10 is discharged through revealing hydraulic fluid port 9, has avoided revealing oil and has formed the backpressure in right side intracavity 10 for the removal process of case 4 is quick and steady.

In the process of moving the valve core 4 leftwards, hydraulic oil in the left cavity 17 flows back to the oil tank through the control oil channel 15, the hydraulic oil in the left cavity 17 plays a role in buffering, mechanical impact between the left end face of the left cylinder 28 of the valve core 4 and a left circular boss of the left valve cover 1 is avoided, the valve core 4 moves stably, hydraulic impact is avoided, and the service life of the high-pressure slide valve type one-way valve is prolonged.
Therefore, the concrete implementation mode has the characteristics of no hydraulic and mechanical impact, good sealing performance, good stability and long service life.
