Claims (10)

1. An integrated diesel tank, comprising:
the integrated tank body (1) comprises a cylindrical structure (14) with openings at two ends and two end plates (11), the two end plates (11) are respectively covered on the openings at two ends of the cylindrical structure (14), and a containing cavity (18) for containing diesel oil is arranged in the integrated tank body (1);
the side wall of the cylindrical structure (14) is inwards concave to form a U-shaped groove (12), the U-shaped groove (12) penetrates through the cylindrical structure (14) in the vertical direction, the opening of the U-shaped groove (12) faces to one side far away from the frame, and the fuel filter (2) is arranged in the U-shaped groove (12) and is connected with the groove wall of the U-shaped groove (12);
the urea tank (4) comprises a tank body (44) and a filling port (45), the tank body (44) is of a cylindrical structure and is arranged in the accommodating cavity (18), the urea tank (4) penetrates through the integrated tank body (1) along the vertical direction, the filling port (45) is located at the upper end of the tank body (44), a discharge port (46) is formed in the lower end of the tank body (44), a urea discharge cover (47) is arranged on the upper cover of the discharge port (46), and the filling port (45) and the discharge port (46) are arranged in a protruding mode of the integrated tank body (1);
pipeline valve body (3), with urea tank (4) intercommunication, the lateral wall indent of tubular structure (14) forms L type groove (13), L type groove (13) are located one side of urea tank (4), and the messenger is located tank body (44) left and right both sides hold chamber (18) intercommunication, one side opening orientation in L type groove (13) the frame, the other side opening is located on the up end of tubular structure (14), pipeline valve body (3) set up in L type groove (13), and with the cell wall of L type groove (13) is connected.

The integrated diesel tank according to claim 1, characterized in that the U-shaped groove (12) comprises a first left groove wall (121), a first bottom wall (122) and a first right groove wall (123) which are connected in sequence and form a U-shaped structure, the fuel filter (2) being fixed on the first bottom wall (122).

The integrated diesel tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the L-shaped groove (13) comprises a front groove wall (131) and a second bottom wall (132) which are connected to form an L-shaped structure, and a second right groove wall (133) and a second left groove wall (134) which are oppositely arranged, two adjacent sides of the second right groove wall (133) are respectively connected with the second bottom wall (132) and the front groove wall (131), two adjacent sides of the second left groove wall (134) are respectively connected with the second bottom wall (132) and the front groove wall (131), the pipeline valve body (3) comprises an air inlet and outlet valve (31) and a water heating valve (32), the air inlet and outlet valve (31) is connected to the second right groove wall (133), and the water heating valve (32) is connected to the second left groove wall (134).

The integrated diesel tank according to claim 1, characterized in that said tubular structure (14) comprises a front wall (141), an upper wall (142), a rear wall (143) and a lower wall connected in sequence, said front wall (141), said upper wall (142), said rear wall (143) and said lower wall are all arc-shaped structures, and said arc-shaped structures are convex towards the outside of said integrated tank (1).
5. The integrated diesel tank as claimed in claim 4, wherein said upper wall (142) is provided with a fuel level sensor mounting hole, and a fuel level sensor (5) is arranged in said fuel level sensor mounting hole.

The integrated diesel tank as set forth in claim 4, characterized in that a urea liquid level sensor mounting hole is further formed in the upper wall (142), the urea liquid level sensor mounting hole is communicated with the tank body (44), a urea liquid level sensor (41) is arranged in the urea liquid level sensor mounting hole, and the urea liquid level sensor (41) is connected with the upper wall (142) through a bolt (42).
7. An integrated diesel tank as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the lower end of the tank body (44) and the lower wall are provided with a filling gap in which a gasket (43) is provided.
8. An integrated diesel tank as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that both end plates (11) are provided with longitudinal stiffening ribs (15).
9. An integrated diesel tank as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that two strap retaining structures (16) are provided spaced apart on the cylindrical structure (14), the two strap retaining structures (16) being connected by a transverse reinforcing rib (17).
10. An integrated diesel tank as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said cylindrical structure (14) and said two end plates (11) are integrally formed.
