The rain-proof system S30 is provided with multiple protections, the rain-proof pipe 39 is designed to effectively prevent rain, snow and rainwater from falling into the pipeline, the rain-proof cap 36 and the rain collector 34 are further designed at the pipe orifice of the exhaust pipe 33, the rain-proof cap 36 can further prevent the rainwater from falling into the exhaust pipe 33, the rainwater can be guided to the rain collector 34 through the conical surface of the rain-proof cap, the rainwater falling through the rain collector 34 cannot enter the post-treatment device, and the influence of the rainwater entering on the performance of a carrier, a catalyst and a gasket is avoided.
The heat-insulating and rainproof device has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure, convenient disassembly and assembly and strong universality, and can meet the heat-insulating and rainproof requirements of different types of aftertreatment devices, on one hand, through the heat-insulating and heat-insulating device, the surface temperature of the aftertreatment device can be effectively reduced under the condition that the temperature of an engine after vortex is higher, the heat dissipation capacity of the aftertreatment device can be reduced under the condition that the temperature of the engine after vortex is lower, and the low-temperature performance of aftertreatment products can be improved; on the other hand, through rain-proof, can effectually prevent that rainwater from getting into aftertreatment device, avoid the rainwater to get into and cause the influence to carrier, catalyst, liner's performance.

Tail gas aftertreatment device of rain-proof function of thermal-insulated heat preservation in area for tractor, its characterized in that includes: the tail gas post-treatment system comprises a post-treatment unit, a post-treatment V-shaped clamp and a post-treatment end vertebral canal, wherein the post-treatment unit is connected with the post-treatment end vertebral canal through the post-treatment V-shaped clamp; the heat insulation system is arranged outside the tail gas aftertreatment system and sequentially comprises a double-layer stainless steel knurling heat insulation device, a double-layer aluminum foil heat insulation device and an aftertreatment protective cover, wherein the double-layer stainless steel knurling heat insulation device is connected with an aftertreatment unit of the tail gas aftertreatment system through welding; the double-layer aluminum foil heat insulation device is wrapped on the double-layer stainless steel knurled heat insulation device, and the post-treatment protective cover is arranged on the outer side of the double-layer aluminum foil heat insulation device and is fixed on the base of the post-treatment unit; the rainproof system comprises an exhaust pipe, an exhaust pipe shield, a diversion cone and a rainproof cap at the top of the exhaust pipe, a rain collector between the exhaust pipe and the exhaust pipe shield, and a rainproof pipe connected to the exhaust pipe shield, wherein the rainproof system is connected with a post-treatment end cone pipe of the tail gas post-treatment system through the exhaust pipe, and the exhaust pipe shield of the rainproof system is connected with a post-treatment shield of the heat insulation system;
The exhaust pipe is arranged on the post-treatment end taper pipe and is fixed through an exhaust pipe hoop; the exhaust pipe shield is arranged on the outer side of the exhaust pipe and is connected with the aftertreatment shield through an exhaust pipe shield hoop; the end cone cover of the exhaust pipe protective cover is arranged on the exhaust pipe protective cover, and the rainproof pipe is arranged on the end cone cover of the exhaust pipe protective cover and is fixed through a rainproof pipe hoop;
the rain-proof cap is in a hollow cone shape, the diameter of the bottom of the cone is larger than the outer diameter of the exhaust pipe, the diversion cone is in a hollow cone shape, the diameter of the bottom of the cone is smaller than the inner diameter of the exhaust pipe, the cone angle of the diversion cone is downwards arranged in the top end of the exhaust pipe and is connected with the exhaust pipe through welding, the cone angle of the rain-proof cap is upwards covered on the top end of the exhaust pipe and is connected with the diversion cone through welding, and a plurality of exhaust holes are formed in the pipe wall of the exhaust pipe outside the diversion cone;
The inner side of the rain collector is connected with the exhaust pipe through welding, the outer side of the rain collector is connected with the exhaust pipe shield, the upper part of the rain collector is provided with an inclined conical surface, and the conical angle of the conical surface of the rain collector is the same as that of the diversion cone;
