背景技术
我国是一个自然资源相对贫乏的国家,随着我国工业化进程的加快,煤、石油等一次性能源的储量在急剧下降并日趋枯竭,能源危机近在咫尺,经济发展和社会与资源、生态环境协调发展显得尤为重要,占用全球资源比例较大的建筑领域节能刻不容缓。随着社会对环保节能、可持续发展的日益重视,绿色建筑已成为未来的发展趋势。根据《绿色建筑行动方案》,未来我国将重点推进绿色建筑,最大限度地实现节能、节水、节地、节材与环境保护。
高耗能建筑比例大,加剧能源危机。直到2002年末,我国节能建筑面积只有2.3亿平方米。我国已建房屋有400亿平方米以上属于高耗能建筑,总量庞大,潜伏巨大能源危机。
“绿色建筑”的“绿色”,并不是指一般意义的立体绿化、屋顶花园,而是代表一种概念或象征,指建筑对环境无害,能充分利用环境自然资源,并且在不破坏环境基本生态平衡条件下建造的一种建筑,又可称为可持续发展建筑、生态建筑、回归大自然建筑、节能环保建筑等。为应对全球气候变化、资源能源短缺、生态环境恶化的挑战,人类正在遵循碳循环的概念,以低碳为导向,发展循环经济、建设低碳生态城市、推广普及低碳绿色建筑。
另外,中国专利公开号为CN204920090U,发明创造名称为一种保温装饰一体板用紧固装置,包括压持组件、连接挂件及调节组件,所述调节组件包括背栓螺丝、螺杆及螺套,所述背栓螺丝倒置插接在连接挂件上且伸出端通过螺套与螺杆的底端连接,所述压持组件套设在螺杆上且在螺杆的顶端设置有限位螺帽。但是现有的房屋保温一体板还存在着拼接安装不方便,并且稳定性较差容易脱落存在一定的安全隐患的问题。

如附图1至附图3所示,本发明提供基于绿色节能建筑房屋保温一体板高效拼接结构,包括绿色建筑房屋墙体1,保温一体板体2,安装孔3,中缝连接座结构4,包角拼接件结构5,侧面收口件结构6 和顶端部件板7,所述的保温一体板体2分别与中缝连接座结构4,包角拼接件结构5,侧面收口件结构6和顶端部件板7卡接设置并且设置在绿色建筑房屋墙体1的外表面;所述的安装孔3开设在绿色建筑房屋墙体1的外表面;所述的中缝连接座结构4,包角拼接件结构 5,侧面收口件结构6和顶端部件板7与绿色建筑房屋墙体1螺栓连接设置;所述的中缝连接座结构4纵向设置在顶端部件板7的上部中间位置;所述的包角拼接件结构5设置在顶端部件板7的左右两端;所述的侧面收口件结构6设置在包角拼接件结构5的上部;所述的保温一体板体2包括保温层21,抗裂防护层22和外部加固层23,所述的抗裂防护层22胶接在保温层21和外部加固层23之间;所述的外部加固层23和保温层21的边角位弧形设置。
如附图4所示,上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的保温层21包括粘接层211,聚苯乙烯泡沫层212和防潮铝箔层213;所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫层212胶接在粘接层211的下部;所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫层 212胶接在防潮铝箔层213的上部。
如附图5所示,上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的抗裂防护层 22包括塑料膨胀锚栓221,内抗裂胶浆层222,耐碱玻纤网格布层223 和外抗裂胶浆层224,所述的塑料膨胀锚栓221螺纹贯穿保温层21 和内抗裂胶浆层222;所述的耐碱玻纤网格布层223胶接在内抗裂胶浆层222和外抗裂胶浆层224之间。
如附图6所示,上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的外部加固层 23包括柔性耐水腻子层231,涂料层232和镀铝锌钢板层233,所述的涂料层232胶接在柔性耐水腻子层231和镀铝锌钢板层233之间。
如附图7所示,上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的中缝连接座结构4包括下部卡座41,凸型卡条42,上部卡座43和凹型卡条44,所述的凸型卡条42一体化设置在下部卡座41的上部左侧位置;所述的凹型卡条44一体化设置在上部卡座43的下部左侧位置。
如附图8所示,上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的包角拼接件结构5包括直角座51,上U型卡座52,凹槽板53和下U型卡座54,所述的上U型卡座52压铸在直角座51的左下端;所述的凹槽板53 压铸在直角座51的右侧中间位置;所述的下U型卡座54压铸在直角座51的右下端。
如附图9所示,上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的侧面收口件结构6包括后防护板61,带凹槽卡条62,前防护板63和外凸卡条64,所述的带凹槽卡条62纵向压铸在后防护板61的上部左侧位置并和后防护板61呈垂直设置;所述的外凸卡条64压铸在前防护板63的下部左侧位置并和前防护板63呈垂直设置。
上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的保温层21,抗裂防护层22和外部加固层23从内往外依次设置。
上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫层212的厚度设置在三厘米至五厘米。
上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的凸型卡条42的上部外侧设置有三角状的凸块;所述的凹型卡条44的内部下侧设置有内凹型的凹槽;所述的凹型卡条44卡接在凸型卡条42的外侧。
上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的下部卡座41和上部卡座43螺钉连接在顶端部件板7的凹槽内。
如附图10所示,上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的顶端部件板 7具体采用U字型的凹槽不锈钢板;所述的顶端部件板7的前部垂直段比后部垂直段长十毫米至二十毫米。
上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的直角座51具体采用顶角处为直角的不锈钢板;所述的保温一体板体2卡接在上U型卡座52和下 U型卡座54内。
上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的保温一体板体2的上下顶端卡接在顶端部件板7内。
上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的保温一体板体2的左右两侧卡接在后防护板61和前防护板63之间的空隙内。
上述实施方案中,具体的,所述的带凹槽卡条62和外凸卡条64 相互卡接设置。
工作原理
本发明在使用时,在绿色建筑房屋墙体1上打上安装孔3,用不锈钢螺栓将顶端部件板7固定在绿色建筑房屋墙体1的下部,将保温一体板体2插接在顶端部件板7的凹槽内,使得镀铝锌钢板层233朝外侧,并且根据施工的需要在绿色建筑房屋墙体1表面涂抹混凝土水泥增加连接的牢固性,遇到保温一体板体2拼接时,将保温一体板体 2卡接在下部卡座41和上部卡座43之间的凹槽内即可;在拐角处用直角座51于顶端部件板7相螺钉连接,并将保温一体板体2卡接在上U型卡座52和下U型卡座54内即可;凸型卡条42,凹型卡条44,带凹槽卡条62和外凸卡条64的设置,有利于在对保温一体板体2进行拼接时,方便快速的进行卡接拼装,增加安装的便捷性;定位部件多采用不锈钢板,增加与保温一体板体2连接的稳定性;在保温一体板体2的内部添加有耐碱玻纤网格布层223增加保温一体板体2的稳定性和牢固性,再加上镀铝锌钢板层233的防护作用,延长使用寿命,提高安全性能。

1.基于绿色节能建筑房屋保温一体板高效拼接结构,其特征在于,该基于绿色节能建筑房屋保温一体板高效拼接结构,包括绿色建筑房屋墙体(1),保温一体板体(2),安装孔(3),中缝连接座结构(4),包角拼接件结构(5),侧面收口件结构(6)和顶端部件板(7),所述的保温一体板体(2)分别与中缝连接座结构(4),包角拼接件结构(5),侧面收口件结构(6)和顶端部件板(7)卡接设置并且设置在绿色建筑房屋墙体(1)的外表面;所述的安装孔(3)开设在绿色建筑房屋墙体(1)的外表面;所述的中缝连接座结构(4),包角拼接件结构(5),侧面收口件结构(6)和顶端部件板(7)与绿色建筑房屋墙体(1)螺栓连接设置;所述的中缝连接座结构(4)纵向设置在顶端部件板(7)的上部中间位置;所述的包角拼接件结构(5)设置在顶端部件板(7)的左右两端;所述的侧面收口件结构(6)设置在包角拼接件结构(5)的上部;所述的保温一体板体(2)包括保温层(21),抗裂防护层(22)和外部加固层(23),所述的抗裂防护层(22)胶接在保温层(21)和外部加固层(23)之间;所述的外部加固层(23)和保温层(21)的边角位弧形设置;所述的保温层(21)包括粘接层(211),聚苯乙烯泡沫层(212)和防潮铝箔层(213);所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫层(212)胶接在粘接层(211)的下部;所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫层(212)胶接在防潮铝箔层(213)的上部;
所述的抗裂防护层(22)包括塑料膨胀锚栓(221),内抗裂胶浆层(222),耐碱玻纤网格布层(223)和外抗裂胶浆层(224),所述的塑料膨胀锚栓(221)螺纹贯穿保温层(21)和内抗裂胶浆层(222);所述的耐碱玻纤网格布层(223)胶接在内抗裂胶浆层(222)和外抗裂胶浆层(224)之间;
所述的外部加固层(23)包括柔性耐水腻子层(231),涂料层(232)和镀铝锌钢板层(233),所述的涂料层(232)胶接在柔性耐水腻子层(231)和镀铝锌钢板层(233)之间;
所述的中缝连接座结构(4)包括下部卡座(41),凸型卡条(42),上部卡座(43)和凹型卡条(44),所述的凸型卡条(42)一体化设置在下部卡座(41)的上部左侧位置;所述的凹型卡条(44)一体化设置在上部卡座(43)的下部左侧位置;
所述的包角拼接件结构(5)包括直角座(51),上U型卡座(52),凹槽板(53)和下U型卡座(54),所述的上U型卡座(52)压铸在直角座(51)的左下端;所述的凹槽板(53)压铸在直角座(51)的右侧中间位置;所述的下U型卡座(54)压铸在直角座(51)的右下端;
所述的侧面收口件结构(6)包括后防护板(61),带凹槽卡条(62),前防护板(63)和外凸卡条(64),所述的带凹槽卡条(62)纵向压铸在后防护板(61)的上部左侧位置并和后防护板(61)呈垂直设置;所述的外凸卡条(64)压铸在前防护板(63)的下部左侧位置并和前防护板(63)呈垂直设置;所述的凸型卡条(42)的上部外侧设置有三角状的凸块;所述的凹型卡条(44)的内部下侧设置有内凹型的凹槽;所述的凹型卡条(44)卡接在凸型卡条(42)的外侧;
所述的顶端部件板(7)具体采用U字型的凹槽不锈钢板;所述的顶端部件板(7)的前部垂直段比后部垂直段长十毫米至二十毫米;所述的直角座(51)具体采用顶角处为直角的不锈钢板;所述的保温一体板体(2)卡接在上U型卡座(52)和下U型卡座(54)内。
