Background

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a using method of an intelligent epidemic prevention closestool, which is used for reducing or avoiding the overflow of bacteria and viruses in the closestool.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the intelligent epidemic prevention closestool comprises a closestool seat, a flushing bucket cover, a closestool upper cover, a closestool lower cover, an automatic water inlet device, a cover closing electric push rod, a flushing device, a disinfecting device and a controller; the toilet bowl is characterized in that the toilet bowl cover is connected with the flushing barrel, the flushing barrel is connected with the toilet seat, and the toilet bowl upper cover and the toilet bowl lower cover are hinged with the toilet seat; when the closestool is used, the controller is used for controlling the cover closing device to push the upper cover of the closestool to close, then the flushing device is controlled to flush water, and then the disinfection device is controlled to disinfect and disinfect the seat cavity of the closestool seat, so that the overflow of bacteria or viruses in the closestool is reduced or avoided; the toilet seat is provided with an air exhaust channel and an air return channel which are communicated with the seat cavity of the toilet seat; the cover closing electric push rod is arranged on the flushing bucket cover and used for pushing the upper cover of the closestool to close; the flushing device comprises a left electric push rod, a right electric push rod and a flushing mechanism, the left electric push rod and the right electric push rod are arranged on the flushing barrel cover, the left electric push rod and the right electric push rod are positioned above the flushing mechanism, and the flushing mechanism is controlled to flush by utilizing the left electric push rod and the right electric push rod; the sterilizing device comprises a sterilizing box, an ozone generator, an infrared sterilizing lamp, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp and an exhaust fan, wherein the ozone generator, the infrared sterilizing lamp and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp are arranged in the sterilizing box, and the sterilizing box is connected with an air exhaust channel of the toilet seat through an air exhaust pipe; the air inlet joint of the exhaust fan is connected with the disinfection box, and the air outlet joint of the exhaust fan is provided with an air return pipe connected with an air return channel of the toilet seat; air in the seat cavity of the toilet seat is pumped into a sterilizing box by using an exhaust fan for sterilization and disinfection; the controller comprises a small water quantity switch, a multi-water quantity switch, a position sensor and a human body sensor, and is connected with the cover closing electric push rod, the left electric push rod, the right electric push rod, the ozone generator, the infrared sterilizing lamp, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp and the exhaust fan through control lines; the controller is used for controlling the operation of the cover closing electric push rod, the left electric push rod, the right electric push rod, the ozone generator, the infrared sterilizing lamp, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp and the exhaust fan; the initial state of the electric push rod for closing the cover is as follows: the cover closing push rod of the cover closing electric push rod is in a non-extending state; the initial states of the left electric push rod and the right electric push rod are as follows: the small water volume push rod of the left electric push rod and the multi-water volume push rod of the right electric push rod are in a non-extending state.
The use method of the intelligent epidemic prevention closestool comprises the following steps: when in use, a human body leaves the toilet seat; when a small amount of water is needed to flush the toilet, the small water amount switch is pressed down, the small water amount switch transmits a signal to the controller, the controller firstly controls the cover closing electric push rod to work, the cover closing push rod of the cover closing electric push rod is used for pushing the toilet upper cover to close, and the toilet upper cover and the toilet lower cover are used for sealing the seat cavity of the toilet seat; after the upper cover of the closestool is closed, the controller controls the left electric push rod to work, and the small water volume push rod of the left electric push rod is used for pushing and pressing the small water volume key of the flushing mechanism to control the flushing mechanism to flush; or when the toilet needs to be flushed with a large amount of water, the large amount of water switch is pressed down, the large amount of water switch transmits a signal to the controller, the controller controls the cover closing electric push rod to work firstly, the cover closing push rod of the cover closing electric push rod pushes the toilet upper cover to close, and the toilet upper cover and the toilet lower cover are used for sealing the seat cavity of the toilet seat 1; after the upper cover of the closestool is closed, the controller controls the right electric push rod to work, and the multi-water-volume push rod of the right electric push rod is utilized to push and press the multi-water-volume key of the flushing mechanism so as to control the flushing mechanism to flush; after the flushing mechanism flushes water, the controller controls the exhaust fan, the ozone generator, the infrared sterilizing lamp and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp to work, the exhaust fan is used for pumping air in the seat cavity of the toilet seat into the sterilizing box, the ozone generator, the infrared sterilizing lamp and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp are used for sterilizing and disinfecting the air entering the sterilizing box, then the sterilized and disinfected air is sent back to the seat cavity of the toilet seat, the circulation is carried out continuously, and after the sterilization and disinfection reach the set time, the controller controls the sterilizing device to stop the sterilization and disinfection; not only is the escape of bacteria and viruses within the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 reduced or avoided, but also the air within the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 is sterilized and disinfected.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the intelligent epidemic prevention closestool comprises a closestool seat, a flushing bucket cover, a closestool upper cover, a closestool lower cover, an automatic water inlet device, a cover closing electric push rod, a flushing device, a disinfecting device and a controller; when the closestool is used, the controller is used for controlling the cover closing device to push the closestool upper cover to close, then the flushing device is controlled to flush water, then the disinfecting device is controlled to pump air in the seat cavity of the closestool seat to the disinfecting device for disinfection and disinfection, and the disinfected and disinfected air is sent back to the closestool seat, so that the circulation is continuously carried out, and after the disinfection and disinfection reach the set time, the controller controls the disinfecting device to stop the disinfection and disinfection; reducing or avoiding bacterial or viral spills in the toilet; reducing or avoiding bacterial or viral spills in the toilet.

The initial state of the electric push rod 7 for closing the cover is as follows: the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 is in a non-extending state; the initial states of the left electric push rod 14 and the right electric push rod 15 are as follows: the small water volume push rod 31 of the left electric push rod 14 and the large water volume push rod 32 of the right electric push rod 15 are in an unextended state; the axis of the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 is vertical to the axis of the small water volume push rod 31 of the left electric push rod 14 or the axis of the large water volume push rod 32 of the right electric push rod 15; the axis of the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 is parallel to the horizontal line, and the axis of the small water amount push rod 31 of the left electric push rod 14 and the axis of the large water amount push rod 32 of the right electric push rod 15 are perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
The use method of the intelligent epidemic prevention closestool comprises the following steps: when in use, the human body 33 leaves the toilet seat 1; when a small amount of water is needed to flush the toilet, the small water amount switch 26 is pressed, the small water amount switch 26 transmits a signal to the controller 10, the controller 10 controls the cover closing electric push rod 7 to work firstly, the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 pushes the toilet upper cover 4 to close, and the toilet upper cover 4 and the toilet lower cover 5 are used for sealing the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1; after the toilet upper cover 4 is closed, the controller 10 controls the left electric push rod 14 to work, and the small water volume push rod 31 of the left electric push rod 14 pushes and presses the small water volume key 34 of the flushing mechanism 16 to control the flushing mechanism 16 to flush; or when the toilet needs to be flushed with a large amount of water, the large amount of water switch 27 is pressed, the large amount of water switch 27 transmits a signal to the controller 10, the controller 10 controls the cover closing electric push rod 7 to work first, the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 pushes the toilet upper cover 4 to be closed, and the toilet upper cover 4 and the toilet lower cover 5 are used for closing the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1; after the toilet upper cover 4 is closed, the controller 10 controls the right electric push rod 15 to work, and the multi-water-volume push rod 32 of the right electric push rod 15 pushes and presses the multi-water-volume key 35 of the flushing mechanism 16 to control the flushing mechanism 16 to flush; after the flushing mechanism 16 flushes water, the controller 10 controls the exhaust fan 21, the ozone generator 18, the infrared germicidal lamp 19 and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 to work, the exhaust fan 21 is used for pumping the air in the seat-shaped cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 to the sterilizing box 17, the ozone generator 18, the infrared germicidal lamp 19 and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 are used for sterilizing and disinfecting the air entering the sterilizing box 17, and then the sterilized and disinfected air is sent back to the seat-shaped cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1; not only is the escape of bacteria and viruses within the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 reduced or avoided, but also the air within the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 is sterilized and disinfected.
In order to isolate the sterilizing box 17 from the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1, the sterilizing box 17 is provided with an air-bleed electromagnetic valve 36, the outlet of the air-bleed electromagnetic valve 36 is communicated with the sterilizing cavity 39, an air-bleed joint 37 of the air-bleed electromagnetic valve 36 is connected with an air-bleed pipe 22, and the air-bleed pipe 22 is connected with an air-bleed passage 12 of the toilet seat 1; the exhaust fan 21 is provided with an air return electromagnetic valve 38, the air outlet connector 24 of the exhaust fan 21 is connected with an air return pipe 25 through the air return electromagnetic valve 38, and the air return pipe 25 is connected with the air return channel 13 of the toilet seat 1; the initial state of the air-bleed solenoid valve 36 and the air-return solenoid valve 38 is a closed state.
When the intelligent epidemic prevention closestool is used, after the closestool upper cover 4 is closed and the controller 10 controls the flushing mechanism 16 to flush water, the controller 10 opens the air exhaust electromagnetic valve 36 and the air return electromagnetic valve 38; the controller 10 controls the exhaust fan 21, the ozone generator 18, the infrared germicidal lamp 19 and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 to work, air in the seat cavity 11 sealed by the toilet upper cover 4 and the toilet lower cover 5 is exhausted into the disinfection cavity 39 of the disinfection box 17 by the exhaust fan 21 through the exhaust channel 12, the exhaust pipe 22 and the exhaust electromagnetic valve 36, and the air entering the disinfection box 17 is disinfected and disinfected by the ozone generator 18, the infrared germicidal lamp 19 and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20; the sterilized and disinfected air is sent back to the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 by the exhaust fan 21 through the air return electromagnetic valve 38, the air return pipe 25 and the air return channel 13, and is circulated continuously; not only is the escape of bacteria and viruses within the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 reduced or avoided, but also the air within the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 is sterilized and disinfected.
In order to avoid hurting human body by covering the electric push rod 7 and the closestool upper cover 4; when the toilet upper cover 4 is opened and a human body 33 sits on the toilet seat 1 for defecation, the human body sensor 29 of the controller 10 transmits a signal to the controller 10, and the controller 10 controls the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 not to extend out, so that the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 is prevented from pushing the toilet upper cover 4 to swing to hurt the human body; after the human body 33 leaves the toilet seat 1, the human body sensor 29 transmits its signal to the controller 10, and the controller 10 can control the cover closing electric push rod 7 to push the toilet upper cover 4 to close.
In order to prevent the human body 33 from flushing when sitting on the toilet seat 1, bacteria or viruses in the toilet are prevented from overflowing to the human body 33; when the intelligent epidemic prevention closestool is used, when a human body 33 sits on the closestool seat 1, the human body sensor 29 transmits a signal of the human body 33 sitting on the closestool seat 1 to the controller 10, and the controller 10 controls the left electric push rod 14 and the right electric push rod 15 not to be electrified, so that the left electric push rod 14 and the right electric push rod 15 cannot operate the flushing mechanism 16 to flush, and water, bacteria and viruses in the closestool are prevented from overflowing onto the human body 33 when flushing.
In order to avoid that the left electric push rod 14 or the right electric push rod 15 pushes the flushing mechanism 16 to flush when the toilet upper cover 4 is not closed; when the toilet upper cover 4 is not closed, the position sensor 28 of the controller 10 approaches the toilet upper cover 4, the position sensor 28 transmits a signal that the toilet upper cover 4 is not closed to the controller 10, the controller 10 controls the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 not to extend, controls the left electric push rod 14 or the right electric push rod 15 not to push the flushing mechanism 16 to flush, and prevents the toilet upper cover 4 from being not closed to flush; after the toilet lid 4 is closed, the position sensor 28 transmits a signal indicating that the toilet lid 4 is closed to the controller 10, and the controller 10 controls the flushing mechanism 16 to flush.
In order to close the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 and reduce or avoid bacteria and viruses in the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 from overflowing, after the human body 33 leaves the toilet seat 1, the controller 10 controls the closing push rod 30 of the closing electric push rod 7 to move leftwards, pushes the toilet upper cover 4 to swing and close in the counterclockwise direction, and utilizes the toilet upper cover 4 and the toilet lower cover 5 to close the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1, so that the sterilization and virus overflow of the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 are reduced or avoided.
In order to better utilize the toilet upper cover 4 and the toilet lower cover 5 to seal the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1, the edge of the toilet upper cover 4 is inlaid with an upper sealing ring 40, the edge of the toilet lower cover 5 is inlaid with a lower sealing ring 41, the upper sealing ring 40 and the lower sealing ring 41 are made of elastic materials, and the elastic materials comprise silica gel, rubber and soft plastics, so as to achieve the purpose of utilizing the toilet upper cover 4 and the toilet lower cover 5 to seal the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1.
When the upper toilet cover 4 is closed, the upper toilet cover 4 swings downwards under the action of the thrust of the cover closing push rod 30 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 and the gravity of the upper toilet cover 4, and after the upper toilet cover 4 and the lower toilet cover 5 are closed, the upper toilet cover 4 is in sealing connection with the lower toilet cover 5 through the action of the gravity of the upper toilet cover 4; under the gravity action of the lower toilet cover 5 and the upper toilet cover 4, the lower sealing ring 41 of the lower toilet cover 5 is hermetically connected with the upper sitting surface 42 of the toilet seat 1; the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 is sealed by the toilet upper cover 4 and the toilet lower cover 5.
In order to kill bacteria and viruses by ozone, infrared rays and ultraviolet rays, the ozone generator 18, the infrared germicidal lamp 19 and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 are disposed in a sterilization cavity 39 of the sealed sterilization box 17, the ozone generator 18 is disposed above the air-extracting solenoid valve 36, and the infrared germicidal lamp 19 and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 are disposed above the ozone generator 18.
In order to control the temperature of the sterilization cavity 39 of the sterilization chamber 17, bacteria and viruses are killed by high temperature; the controller 10 is provided with a temperature sensor 43, a probe of the temperature sensor 43 is arranged in the disinfection cavity 39 of the disinfection box 17, and the temperature control range of the temperature sensor 43 is 60 ℃ to 100 ℃.
In order to avoid the influence of high temperature on the circuit of the controller 10, the sterilizing box 17 is made of high-temperature resistant flame-retardant materials which can resist more than 300 ℃, the ozone generator 18, the infrared sterilizing lamp 19 and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 20 are all connected with the control circuit of the controller 10 through high-temperature resistant power plugs, and the connecting wires of the ozone generator 18, the infrared sterilizing lamp 19, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 20 and the control circuit are not arranged in the sterilizing cavity 39 of the sterilizing box 17; the air exhaust electromagnetic valve 36 of the sterilizing box 17 is arranged outside the sterilizing box 17; when the controller 10 controls the disinfection box 17 to disinfect, the controller 10 controls the infrared germicidal lamp 19 to work, and the infrared germicidal lamp 19 emits heat to a disinfection cavity 39 of the disinfection box 17; when the temperature in the disinfection cavity 39 is higher than the upper limit temperature of 100 ℃, the controller 10 controls the infrared germicidal lamp 19 to power off; when the temperature in the disinfection cavity 39 is lower than the lower limit temperature of 60 ℃, the controller 10 controls the infrared germicidal lamp 19 to be electrified; the temperature in the sterilization cavity 39 is controlled within the range of 60 ℃ to 100 ℃ by continuously circulating the above steps.
In order to control the pressure of the sterilization cavity 39 of the sterilization box 17, the safety of the sterilization box 17 is ensured; the sterilizing box 17 is provided with a safety valve 44, an input connector of the safety valve 44 is communicated with the sterilizing cavity 39 of the sterilizing box 17, the safety valve 44 is provided with an air release pipeline 45 to be connected with water of the flushing bucket 2, and the upper part of the back surface of the flushing bucket 2 is provided with a ventilating connector 46 to be communicated with the external atmosphere; when the pressure in the disinfection cavity 39 of the disinfection tank 17 exceeds the set range, the safety valve 44 automatically releases air, the air is guided into the water in the flushing bucket 2 through the air release pipeline 45 of the safety valve 44, and the water is cooled by the water in the flushing bucket 2 and then discharged out of the atmosphere through the air-permeable joint 46 of the flushing bucket 2, so that the safety of the disinfection tank 17 is ensured.
In order to control the cover closing electric push rod 7, the left electric push rod 14 and the right electric push rod 15 to reset; after the cover closing electric push rod 7 pushes the toilet upper cover 4 to close, after a period of time delay, the controller 10 controls the cover closing electric push rod 7 to reset, so that the cover closing electric push rod 7 of the cover closing electric push rod 7 resets to an initial state; after the flush mechanism 16 flushes, the controller 10 controls the left electric push rod 14 and the right electric push rod 15 to return to the initial state so that the small water push rod 31 of the left electric push rod 14 and the large water push rod 32 of the right electric push rod 15 return to the initial state.
In order to perform sterilization and disinfection by pumping the air in the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 into the disinfection tank 17, the sterilized and disinfected air is returned to the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1, and air leakage of the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1 is reduced or avoided; the air suction pipe 22 of the sterilizing box 17 is arranged in the water of the flushing bucket 2, and the air suction pipe 22 is communicated with the air suction channel 12 of the toilet seat 1 through an air suction sealing joint 48 at the bottom 47 of the flushing bucket 2; the air return pipe 25 of the exhaust fan 21 is arranged in the water of the flushing bucket 2, the air return pipe 25 is communicated with the air return channel 13 of the toilet seat 1 through an air return sealing joint 49 at the bottom 47 of the flushing bucket 2, the air return channel 13 is communicated with the flushing channel 50 of the toilet seat 1, and the flushing channel 50 is communicated with the seat cavity 11 of the toilet seat 1.
In order to implement safe electricity utilization and isolate the conductive connection of the power supply and the toilet seat 1; the controller 10 is provided with a rectification power supply, the cover closing electric push rod 7, the left electric push rod 14, the right electric push rod 15, the air exhaust electromagnetic valve 36, the air return electromagnetic valve 38 and the exhaust fan 21 are provided with 12V safety power supplies, and the air exhaust pipe 22 and the air return pipe 25 are made of insulating materials, so that the toilet seat 1 is prevented from being electrified; the flushing barrel cover 3 is provided with a controller box 51, the controller 10, the cover electric push rod 7, the left electric push rod 14, the right electric push rod 15, the air exhaust electromagnetic valve 36, the air return electromagnetic valve 38 and the exhaust fan 21 are hermetically arranged in the controller box 51, and the controller box 51 is made of insulating materials.
