As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 7, in a preferred embodiment, the mounting edge 62 is provided with two or more first fixing holes 621 for fixing the mounting cylinder 61 to the edge frame assembly 1 and/or the back plate assembly 4 by screws, and the mounting edge 62 is further provided with two or more second fixing holes 622 for fixing the sealing plate 8 to the mounting edge 62 by screws. The second fixing hole 622 is provided closer to the barrel opening edge of the mounting barrel 61 than the first fixing hole 621. The first fixing hole 621 and the second fixing hole 622 are both provided with internal threads, so that the screw member can be fixed conveniently. This makes installation and maintenance convenient and fast. In this embodiment, an elastic sealing layer and/or an elastic sealing ring (not shown) is provided on the contact surface between the sealing plate 8 and the mounting edge 62, thereby further improving the sealing property between the sealing plate 8 and the mounting edge 62.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, further, in the preferred embodiment, the frame assembly 1 includes a frame plate 11, a solar panel 9 for supplying power to the battery assembly 5 is fixed on an outer side surface of the frame plate 11, and two edges of the frame plate 11 along the axial direction are respectively provided with a convex edge 12 for protecting two sides of the solar panel 9. Through the special scientific design, the method has the following technical advantages:
firstly, the luminous road traffic sign integrates the battery assembly 5 in the sign, and integrates the solar panel 9 on the outer side wall of the sign, so that the integration is greatly improved, the installation position of the solar panel is not required to be reserved on the sign installation rod, and the solar panel arranged at the top of the sign installation rod in a protruding manner is not required, so that the whole structure on the sign installation rod is simple and compact, the integral attractiveness is greatly improved, and the urban aesthetic feeling is indirectly improved.
Secondly, the luminous road traffic sign of the invention is convenient and fast to install and greatly reduces the workload because the sign integrates the solar panel 9 and the sign and the solar panel are not required to be respectively installed during installation. And the solar panel 9 directly extends into the lower mark to be electrically connected with the battery component 5 (equivalent to the electric wire is hidden), so that no additional electric wire is generated, the attractiveness is further improved, and the stability of electric connection is improved.
Thirdly, the luminous road traffic sign has the advantages that through the special structural form of the frame assembly 1, firstly, the convex edges 12 on the two sides can protect the two sides of the solar panel 9, so that the solar panel 9 is not easy to collide and damage in the transportation and installation construction processes, and the service life is greatly prolonged; and through the setting of chimb 12, solar panel 9 is equivalent to the concave arrangement on frame subassembly 1, can not form obtrusively, has improved frame subassembly 1's pleasing to the eye degree greatly, and then has improved the whole pleasing to the eye degree of sign greatly too.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, further, in the preferred embodiment, a clamping groove portion 121 is axially disposed on a side of each convex edge 12 facing the sign box body, for clamping and fixing the panel assembly 2 and the back plate assembly 4 to the frame assembly 1 respectively to form the sign box body. By utilizing the thickness of the convex edge 12 itself to open the clamping groove part 121 on the reverse side thereof, the installation convenience of the sign is greatly improved, and the overall weight of the sign is greatly reduced because other fixing components are not needed to fix the panel component 2 and the back panel component 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in a preferred embodiment, more than one air guide groove 14 is formed on the outer side surface of the frame plate 11 for exhausting air in time when the solar panel 9 is fixed by gluing. This allows the solar panel 9 to be fixed to the frame plate 11 with sufficient strength.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, in a preferred embodiment, the frame assembly 1 further includes more than one connecting member 13 for connecting the two end portions of the frame plate 11, the connecting member 13 includes two fixing pieces 131, the middle portions of the two fixing pieces 131 are connected by a connecting portion 132 to make the connecting member 13 in an i-shape, and when connecting, the end portion of the frame plate 11 is inserted between the two fixing pieces 131 and is clamped and limited, and is fixedly connected with the two fixing pieces 131 by a screw member. That is, two left and right clamping grooves (as shown in fig. 8, C) are formed between the two fixing pieces 131, and during installation, the end of the frame plate 11 is temporarily limited after being inserted into the clamping grooves, so that subsequent punching and screw fixation can be further facilitated, and finally, a stable connection is formed. Of course, in other embodiments, if the sign is square, the ends of the two connected frame plates 11 may be welded or otherwise secured by an elbow connector.
As shown in fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment, a charging plug portion 10 is further disposed on the frame assembly 1 and/or the backboard assembly 4, one end of the charging plug portion 10 in the sign box is used for electrically connecting with the battery assembly 5 in the battery position limiter 6, and the other end of the charging plug portion 10 facing outward is used for connecting with an external power source to charge the battery assembly 5. In this embodiment, a detachable plastic waterproof cap (not shown) is further disposed at an outward end of the charging plug portion 10 for covering the charging plug portion 10 to protect it when not charging. Through setting up charging plug portion 10 for this sign no longer is single power supply mode, when meetting long-time overcast and rainy weather or the battery just reaches life but too late when changing, if need make the sign can maintain normal luminous, can form the connection through electric wire and external power source (for example municipal power supply, or with outside treasured that charges, outside generator etc.) and charge battery pack 5 this moment, make the sign can keep normal luminous instruction in special cases or special duty period. This has improved the practicality and the flexibility of use of this sign greatly, has also improved traffic safety nature greatly promptly.
In the present embodiment, the battery assembly 5 includes a battery and a controller. When the solar panel 9 can charge the battery assembly 5, the battery assembly 5 does not supply power to the light-emitting assembly 3; when the solar panel 9 cannot be charged, the light emitting element 3 supplies power to the light emitting element 3 to light it. In another preferred embodiment, the controller is provided with a clock module, for example, for setting a certain time period to supply power to the light emitting element 3, and the battery element 5 will supply power to the light emitting element 3 no matter whether the solar panel 9 can charge the battery element 5 in the time period. In another preferred embodiment, the sign is provided with a special duty switch connected with the battery assembly 5, and when the special duty switch is turned on, the battery assembly 5 supplies power to the light-emitting assembly 3 to keep the sign in a lighting state whether the time period set by the clock module is within the set time period or whether the solar panel 9 can charge the battery assembly 5. In another preferred embodiment, battery assembly 5 includes a battery, a controller, and an internet of things module with network transceiver, through which the sign can be kept illuminated by remotely controlling battery assembly 5 to supply power to light assembly 3.
Three specific application examples are described herein for the specific light-emitting form of the present sign. Of course, other embodiments that can be easily conceived based on the above-disclosed technical features of the present invention are also within the scope of the present invention.
In the preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a reflective film with traffic indication graphics is disposed on the outer side surface of the panel assembly 2, and the light-emitting assembly 3 includes a plurality of light-emitting beads, which are arranged according to the traffic indication graphics on the panel assembly 2 and fixed on the panel assembly 2 to form a dot-matrix light-emitting road traffic sign.
Embodiment 2 (not shown) specifically uses, in this preferred embodiment, panel components 2 includes the complete light-transmitting panel, is equipped with the reflective membrane of taking the traffic indication picture and text on the lateral surface of complete light-transmitting panel, and light-emitting components 3 includes the lamp plate, and the lamp plate is located between complete light-transmitting panel and backplate subassembly 4, is used for lighting the luminous road traffic sign of monoblock complete light-transmitting panel in order to form the complete light-transmitting array formula.
