Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fiber products, in particular to a full-dull network stretch yarn and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers have been developed rapidly since the advent due to their excellent properties, and their production has become the world's cap of synthetic fibers. The polyester fiber has a series of excellent performances such as high breaking strength, high elastic modulus, moderate resilience, excellent heat setting performance, good heat resistance, light resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, and the fabric prepared from the polyester fiber has the advantages of good crease resistance, good stiffness and smoothness and the like, so the polyester fiber is widely applied to the fields of clothing, home textiles and the like.
The full-dull net stretch yarn is made of PET, has the advantages of soft luster, good deep dyeing property, high fabric drapability, strong shielding property and the like, and is usually used for manufacturing high-grade clothes. The existing stretch yarn has poor antibacterial performance, the clothing made of the stretch yarn also has poor antibacterial performance, various harmful bacteria are easy to spread through the clothing, and the health of people is affected, so that the stretch yarn with good antibacterial performance is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the full-dull network stretch yarn which has a good antibacterial effect.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation process of the full-dull network stretch yarn, which has a simple manufacturing method and is suitable for batch production.
In order to achieve the first object, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a full-dull network stretch yarn comprises the following components in parts by weight:
by adopting the technical scheme, after the silicon dioxide is used as the component of the stretch yarn and is mixed with the PET, because the refractive index of the silicon dioxide is greatly different from that of the PET, after the light irradiates on the stretch yarn made of the mixture, the light is eliminated due to scattering of the light, the transparency of the stretch yarn is reduced, and meanwhile, the whiteness of the stretch yarn is increased; therefore, the prepared stretch yarn has the advantages of luster, softness and good shielding effect.
The bamboo charcoal fiber is of a microporous and honeycomb fiber structure and has good moisture absorption and air permeability, so that the prepared stretch yarn has good moisture absorption and air permeability; the antibacterial agent can inhibit the growth and the propagation of certain microorganisms within a certain period of time, so that the problem of the propagation of the microorganisms on the stretch yarn can be reduced, the comfort level of the clothing made of the stretch yarn is reduced due to the fact that the stretch yarn is stained by the microorganisms is reduced, and more importantly, the problem of cross contamination caused by the fact that harmful bacteria are remained on the clothing is reduced.
The dispersing agent has good dispersing performance, and can prevent the problem that the quality of the stretch yarn is influenced by mutual aggregation of all components; meanwhile, the fluidity of the components is improved, the problem of uneven dyeing caused by color drift during dyeing is reduced, and the dyeing of the stretch yarn is more uniform.
The invention is further provided with: the antibacterial agent is one or two of chitosan and sorbic acid.
By adopting the technical scheme, the chitosan is a product of the natural polysaccharide chitin with part of acetyl removed, has biodegradability and antibacterial property, can degrade microorganisms on the surface of the stretch yarn, can inhibit the problem of microorganism propagation on the surface of the stretch yarn, reduces the problem of microorganism residue on the surface of the stretch yarn, and improves the antibacterial property of the stretch yarn; sorbic acid has an inhibiting effect on various fungi such as mould and the like, so the antibacterial performance of the stretch yarn can be improved by adding the sorbic acid; sorbic acid and chitosan are natural substances, so that the safety is high, and the safety of the prepared stretch yarn is ensured.
The invention is further provided with: the antibacterial agent is prepared by mixing chitosan and sorbic acid according to the weight part ratio of 1: 3.
The invention is further provided with: the dispersant is one or more of white corundum, jade powder and mica powder.
By adopting the technical scheme, the white corundum, the jade powder and the mica powder are white substances, have no adverse effect on the dyeing of the stretch yarn, and can ensure the normal coloring of the stretch yarn; white corundum, marble powder and mica powder are good dispersing agents, and can be coated on the surfaces of all components of the stretch yarn, so that the surfaces among the components are in a smooth state, all the components are easy to disperse uniformly, the problem that all the components are easy to accumulate is reduced, and the quality of the stretch yarn is ensured; meanwhile, the white corundum, the jade powder and the mica powder have certain cooling property, so that the stretch yarn is particularly suitable for manufacturing summer clothes, the manufactured clothes are good in cooling property, and the wearing comfort level is improved.
The invention is further provided with: the dispersing agent is formed by mixing white corundum, jade powder and mica powder according to the weight part ratio of 1:2: 1.
The invention is further provided with: the particle size of the dispersing agent is not more than 0.4 mu m.
By adopting the technical scheme, the dispersing agent has overlarge particle size, is not easy to be uniformly mixed in the components of the stretch yarn, influences the dispersing performance of the dispersing agent and causes uneven quality of the stretch yarn; the particle size of the dispersing agent is not more than 0.4 mu m, so that the dispersing agent is more easily and uniformly dispersed in the components of the stretch yarn, and the quality uniformity of the stretch yarn is ensured.
The invention is further provided with: and 5-7 parts of adhesive.
By adopting the technical scheme, the adhesive can bond all components of the elastic yarn, so that the connection stability of all the components is ensured, and when the elastic yarn is rubbed, the components on the surface of the elastic yarn are not easy to separate from the internal components, so that the wear resistance of the elastic yarn is improved.
In order to achieve the second object, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a preparation process of a full-dull network stretch yarn comprises the following steps:
preparing POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn): slicing PET in parts by weight, and drying; then adding disperse dye for dyeing; then adding titanium dioxide, an antibacterial agent, bamboo charcoal fiber, a dispersing agent and an adhesive in corresponding parts by weight, and stirring and mixing uniformly; carrying out extrusion, spinning, cooling, oiling, rolling and cooling on the mixed components to obtain POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn);
preparing the full-dull network stretch yarn: and (3) carrying out silk guide net-heating stretching-false twisting-presetting and winding-setting on the POY to obtain the full-dull net elastic yarn.
By adopting the technical scheme, the preparation process of the full-dull network stretch yarn is simple, easy to operate and suitable for large-scale production of the stretch yarn.
In conclusion, the beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the antibacterial agent can inhibit the growth and the propagation of certain microorganisms within a certain time, so that the problem of the propagation of the microorganisms on the stretch yarn can be reduced, the comfort level of the manufactured clothes is reduced due to the fact that the stretch yarn is stained by the microorganisms due to the addition of the antibacterial agent, and more importantly, the problem of cross contamination caused by the fact that harmful bacteria remain on the clothes is reduced;
2. white corundum, jade powder and mica powder are white substances, have no adverse effect on the dyeing of the stretch yarn, and can ensure the normal coloring of the stretch yarn; white corundum, marble powder and mica powder are good dispersing agents, and can be coated on the surfaces of all components of the stretch yarn, so that the surfaces among the components are in a smooth state, all the components are easy to disperse uniformly, the problem that all the components are easy to accumulate is reduced, and the quality of the stretch yarn is ensured;
3. the adhesive can bond all components of the stretch yarn, so that the connection stability of all the components is ensured, and when the stretch yarn is rubbed, the components on the surface of the stretch yarn are not easily separated from the internal components, so that the wear resistance of the stretch yarn is improved.
