Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of treatment of oil sludge at the bottom of a crude oil storage tank, and particularly relates to a treatment method of oil sludge at the bottom of the crude oil storage tank.
Background
When the crude oil is stored in the storage tank for a long time, inorganic impurities such as high-melting-point wax, asphaltene, colloid and entrained silt in the crude oil and water can be changed into precipitates together, and tank bottom oil sludge is formed at the bottom of the storage tank, so that the effective capacity of the storage tank is reduced; therefore, tank bottom sludge needs to be cleaned periodically.
The bottom mud of the oil tank contains about 25 percent of water and 5 percent of inorganic matters (such as silt sand), and the rest 70 percent of hydrocarbon (wherein, the asphaltene accounts for 7 to 8 percent, the paraffin accounts for 6 percent, and the ash accounts for 48 percent); meanwhile, the oil sludge contains various heavy metal ions and toxic and harmful organic matters, so that the environmental pollution is great. Therefore, the tank bottom sludge has been identified as a hazardous waste in the national hazardous waste list.
At present, the domestic treatment method of oily sludge mainly comprises incineration treatment, coking treatment, solvent extraction treatment and hot water washing treatment, and the treatment processes of the oily sludge have the defects that ① oil sludge concentration incineration process has high treatment cost, wastes resources, has high energy consumption and generates serious secondary pollution, ② chemical sludge directly influences the quality of a coke device product if mixed into an oil refinery coking device, an extractant in the ③ solvent extraction technology is generally expensive, so the extraction technology has high cost and is not actually applied to tank bottom oil sludge treatment, and ④ hot water washing treatment technology is mainly applied to treating ground oil sludge and has poor effect on crude oil tank bottom oil sludge containing high-melting-point wax, asphaltene and colloid.
The methods also have the defects of long treatment period, high treatment cost, resource waste and the like. The tank bottom oil sludge has high hydrocarbon content and is a good recyclable resource, and if effective recycling, reduction and harmless treatment are not adopted for the tank bottom oil sludge, a large amount of petroleum resources are lost, and the environment is polluted. Therefore, the method for treating the oil sludge at the bottom of the crude oil storage tank has the advantages that the oil sludge at the bottom of the tank can be subjected to reduction treatment, and effective resources can be stripped and further utilized.
