in the operation process of the spiral decoking unit, the pressure remote sensor 3 and the temperature remote sensor 6 which are arranged above the spiral decoking machine cylinder 2 can detect the oil gas pressure and the oil gas temperature in the spiral decoking machine cylinder 2 in real time and remotely transmit the monitoring data to the control room; the working condition inside the spiral decoking machine barrel 2 can be observed through the oil gas observation hole 4 arranged in the middle of the spiral decoking machine barrel 2, so that safe and smooth operation of decoking work is ensured;
s2, oil gas condensation processing:
the high-temperature oil gas after the spiral decoking treatment step enters an oil gas spraying unit, and before the oil gas spraying device 12 is used for spraying and cooling, the oil gas is cooled by a condenser 17 connected between a circulating oil pump 20 and the oil gas spraying device 12, so that condensate is further obtained;
s3, oil gas spraying treatment:
the condensate formed after cooling treatment is circularly conveyed to the oil gas spraying device 12 through the oil conveying pipe 21 by using the circulating oil pump 20, and oil gas spraying treatment is carried out by an upper layer spray head 37 of the oil gas spraying device and a lower layer spray head 38 of the oil gas spraying device which are arranged on the oil gas spraying device 12;
the spraying treatment here has two main functions: on one hand, the high-temperature oil gas in the spray tower cylinder 13 is sprayed for cooling, and on the other hand, the high-temperature oil gas is used for washing coke residue substances on the inner wall of the spray tower cylinder 13 and tower plates, so that the purposes of cleaning the inside of the spray tower and preventing coking are achieved.
An oil gas spray tower upper tower plate 34 and an oil gas spray tower lower tower plate 35 are also arranged in the spray tower cylinder body 13, a plurality of annular circular holes are formed in the tower plates and can be used as oil gas channels, a fixed tower plate valve plate 42 is also arranged above the holes, the oil gas which continuously rises contacts sprayed condensed oil through flowing through the valve plate, and the gas phase and the liquid phase carry out heat transfer and mass transfer processes;
and a part of the oil gas is cooled down after being sprayed, the rest part of the oil gas continuously moves upwards along the direction of the oil gas outlet 10 of the spray tower, and in order to prevent external air from entering and oil gas from escaping, a knife gate valve 8 of the oil gas outlet of the spray tower and a ball valve 9 of the oil gas outlet of the spray tower are also arranged on the oil gas outlet 10 of the spray tower, so that the rest oil gas is continuously subjected to subsequent spraying cooling treatment.

Therefore, the novel continuous decoking spraying device provided by the invention has a very wide application prospect and a very wide practical application value.
