Description

Wall-fixing agent modified resin polymer for drilling fluid
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wall fixing agent for drilling fluid, in particular to a wall fixing agent modified resin polymer for drilling fluid, belonging to petroleum drilling auxiliary agents. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the wall-fixing agent modified resin polymer for the drilling fluid.
Background
In petroleum and natural gas drilling engineering, the problem of well wall stability is always a difficult problem which puzzles the drilling boundary at home and abroad, and the economic loss is huge due to the instability of the well wall every year. The well wall stability is the guarantee of good quality of drilling engineering, and has great significance for stabilizing the well wall in soft and easily collapsed strata and shale sections.
The common liquid wall-fixing agent for the drilling fluid only starts from the aspect of reducing the unstable influence of the drilling fluid, and because the hydration expansion of the shale is not completely inhibited or the free water is not filtered, the drilling fluid treating agent can only reduce the influence caused by the instability of the well wall to a certain extent, and is not suitable for the stratum which is easy to collapse or pulp. In order to fundamentally avoid engineering accidents such as hole shrinkage and drill sticking caused by borehole wall instability, borehole wall collapse and the like, borehole wall rocks are directly reinforced while drilling, the mechanical stability of the borehole wall rocks is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the high efficiency and the environmental protection of products are required to be ensured.

CN106701045A discloses an efficient plugging type drilling fluid anti-collapse agent, a production method and a use method thereof, the agent is composed of slow-breaking type cation emulsified asphalt, an anti-breaking emulsion and a softening point regulator, the slow-breaking type emulsifier, the anti-breaking emulsion and water are firstly prepared into soap solution and acidified, and the acidified soap solution and asphalt are ground into the slow-breaking type cation emulsified asphalt by a colloid mill. CN105419748A discloses a plugging anti-sloughing agent for drilling fluid based on oil-containing sludge and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation components are 30-80 parts of oil-containing sludge; 30-80 parts of petroleum asphalt; 30-160 parts of a sulfonating agent; 10-200 parts of sodium hydroxide solution; 30-300 parts of a light organic solvent; 1-20 parts of a surfactant; 1-30 parts of a fluid loss additive; 1-30 parts of inert filling material. CN104327807A discloses a non-fluorescent anti-sloughing agent for drilling fluid, wherein a positive nitrogen side group is introduced into modified polyvinyl alcohol through cationization reaction. Although the anti-collapse agents have certain shale inhibition capacity, the anti-collapse agents have poor effect on strengthening the cementing power between rocks, and part of materials have certain toxicity and pollution, so that the quality of drilling construction and the protection of environmental resources cannot be guaranteed.
The technologies can resist high temperature, effectively reduce the filtration loss, effectively enhance the cementing power between rocks, and improve the rupture strength, thereby stabilizing the well wall and avoiding collapse, and the technologies have environmental protection property, and no specific guidance scheme is given.
