Description

Two-component temperature-resistant water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to a two-component temperature-resistant water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The aqueous acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion has the advantages of high shear strength, wide production source, simple preparation process, high film forming speed, high transparency and excellent adhesion to various substrates, and is increasingly researched and applied in the fields of adhesives, coatings, leather, building sealing, medical polymers, water treatment and the like.
Along with the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness of people, the demand of the emulsion type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is more and more, and compared with a solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive, the emulsion type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive has the advantages of low cost, safety, low toxicity, easiness in operation during polymerization, higher average molecular weight and the like. However, the pure acrylic resin emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive has poor water resistance and high temperature resistance because the molecular structure is linear and the intramolecular cross-linking is absent. These disadvantages limit the applications, for example, when a single-component pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion is used, the problem of adhesive failure is easily caused at high temperature when a sound-deadening film of Ethylene-vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA) is adhered to the back of a wood-like floor, which is common in the building material industry.
Therefore, there is a need to find an aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive with excellent temperature resistance and water resistance.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the tackifying emulsion is polymerized rosin emulsion with the softening point of 160 ℃.
As another preferable scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, the thickener is one or more of hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, alkali-swelling acrylic emulsion and polyurethane emulsion. Preferably, the thickener is a polyurethane emulsion.
As another preferable mode of the embodiment of the present invention, the defoaming agent is one of a silicone defoaming agent, a polyether defoaming agent, a higher alcohol defoaming agent, and a polyether-modified silicone defoaming agent. Preferably, the defoaming agent is a higher alcohol type defoaming agent.

As another preferable scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the pH regulator is one or more of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, ammonia water and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol; preferably, the pH regulator is ammonia water.
Another object of the embodiment of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above two-component temperature-resistant water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the water-based acrylic pressure-sensitive emulsion, the tackifying emulsion, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent, the bactericide and the pH value regulator according to the mass fraction for later use;
mixing the aqueous acrylic pressure-sensitive emulsion, the tackifying emulsion, the defoaming agent, the bactericide and the pH value regulator together, and stirring and dispersing to obtain a dispersion liquid;
adding the thickening agent into the dispersion liquid, and stirring and dispersing to obtain a component A;
weighing polyisocyanate with hydrophilic groups as a component B according to the mass ratio of the component A to the component B;
and mixing the component A with the component B to obtain the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The embodiment of the invention also aims to provide the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by the preparation method.
The embodiment of the invention also aims to provide an application of the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive in building material bonding.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the two-component temperature-resistant water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive provided by the embodiment of the invention, the proportion of the acrylic pressure-sensitive emulsion, the tackifying emulsion, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent, the bactericide and the pH value regulator is reasonably matched, and the appropriate amount of the polyisocyanate is controlled, so that not only can the peeling strength required by the wood-like floor back adhesive be ensured, but also the temperature resistance of the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive can be greatly improved, and the water boiling resistance of a product of the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is improved.
The water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive provided by the embodiment of the invention is different from the existing single-component water-based acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion, and can be used for greatly improving the temperature resistance and the water resistance of the adhesive by adopting a double-component water-based acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive formula process and controlling the dosage of a curing agent. The invention takes the compounded acrylic ester pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion as the component A, adopts aliphatic polyisocyanate with hydrophilic groups as the component B of the curing agent, and utilizes the copolymerization reaction of isocyanate-NCO groups and-OH groups of the acrylic ester emulsion to generate urethane bonds, thereby improving the cross-linking density among copolymer molecular chains, improving the cohesive strength and the peeling strength of the polymer, and being beneficial to improving the heat resistance and the water resistance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive. In addition, a proper amount of tackifying resin is added into the acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion, so that the initial adhesion and the peel strength of the adhesive can be obviously improved. In order to make the emulsion suitable for the coating process of pressure-sensitive adhesive and obtain other practical properties, proper amounts of thickener, defoamer, bactericide and pH regulator must be added. The addition of the curing agent has great influence on the adhesiveness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the performance of the adhesive film, and when the addition of the curing agent is large, the cohesive force of the adhesive is increased, but the adhesive force is greatly reduced; when the amount of the curing agent added is small, the adhesive does not achieve the intended bonding effect. Therefore, it is necessary to properly design the amount of the curing agent to be added to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive having excellent properties.
