Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly 90 ℃ high-flexibility PVC insulating material for charging pile cables and a preparation method thereof, wherein the 90 ℃ high-flexibility PVC insulating material comprises the following raw material components: polyvinyl chloride resin a: 50-80 parts; polyvinyl chloride resin B: 20-50 parts of a solvent; a stabilizer: 5-12 parts of a solvent; and (3) a plasticizer A: 20-30 parts of a solvent; and (3) a plasticizer B: 10-20 parts; flexibility improver A: 2-5 parts; a flexibility improver B: 6-10 parts of a solvent; antioxidant A: 0.5-1.5 parts; and (3) antioxidant B: 0.5-1.5 parts; and lubricant A: 0.2-0.8 part; and lubricant B: 0.2-0.8 part; and lubricant C: 0.2-0.8 part; electrical property enhancer a: 6-10 parts of a solvent; electrical property enhancer B: 6-10 parts of a solvent; forming agent: 1-3 parts; nano mineral filler: 40-70 parts of a binder; the parts are parts by weight. The preparation method of the environment-friendly 90-DEG C high-flexibility PVC insulating material for the charging pile cable comprises the following steps of:
(a) adding all the raw material components into a high-speed stirrer, mixing for 5-8 minutes under the conditions of 400-700 revolutions per minute and 90-110 ℃, and when the highest temperature exceeds 110 ℃, automatically opening a discharge valve of the high-speed stirrer, and discharging the mixed materials into a cold mixing kettle to obtain a first mixed material;
