Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of modified starch and adhesives, in particular to a preparation method of environment-friendly kraft paper starch adhesive.
Background
Starch is a natural biological high molecular substance, has the characteristics of biodegradability, rich sources, low price and the like, and has become the key point of the research on biodegradable materials in recent years. However, unmodified starch adhesives have high viscosity, poor fluidity, storage stability and water resistance, and due to high dispersibility and strong interaction between molecules of starch, interfacial attraction between starch and other polymer materials is too weak, compatibility is poor, and mechanical properties are poor, so that the application range of the starch adhesive is limited, and therefore, many researches are in search of suitable methods for modifying the starch adhesive.
With the environmental protection importance of the country, some countries and regions forbid the introduction of common glue such as BOPP adhesive tapes and the like into the environment, particularly the environment protection requirements of European and American regions on imported products are very high, and the base materials and the adhesive of the kraft paper adhesive tapes do not cause pollution to the environment and can be recycled along with packing materials. Most of the kraft paper adhesives commonly used at present are water-free kraft paper adhesive tapes, the adhesive surfaces of the kraft paper adhesive tapes are coated with self-adhesive adhesives such as hot melt adhesives or rubber, but the kraft paper adhesive tapes are easy to oxidize and deteriorate and are not suitable for long-term storage, so that the development of a wet kraft paper adhesive tape which is not self-adhesive and can generate adhesive starch after water is used has important significance.
