A medical solution droplet delivery device according to claim 1, wherein a first sealing ring (71) and a second sealing ring (72) are arranged between the droplet rod (4) and the droplet rod cavity (23), a liquid inlet hole (41) and a liquid outlet hole (42) are arranged between the first sealing ring (71) and the second sealing ring (72), the inner outlet (21) and the liquid drop port (22) of the inner plug (2) are arranged between the first sealing ring (71) and the second sealing ring (72), and the medical solution staying cavity (43) is arranged between the first sealing ring (71) and the second sealing ring (72).

10. An eyedropper characterized in that the liquid medicine droplet applicator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 is mounted in the mouth (11) of the bottle body (1).
