Fig. 8 and 9 respectively disclose an exploded view and a perspective view of a tablet holder module of an instrument panel multifunction module for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 10a to 10C are respectively sectional views of the tablet holder module of fig. 9 taken along a section a-a, a section B-B and a section C-C, and as shown in fig. 8 to 10C, a switchable module may be a tablet holder module 5 including a module base 51, a latch structure 52, a telescopic mechanism 53, a motor 54, a tablet holding mechanism 55 and a USB charging port 56.
A module base 51 for providing mounting positions of other components and parts, and fixing the lock structure 52, the telescopic mechanism 53, the motor 54, the flat clamping mechanism 55, the USB charging port 56, and the like;
a lock structure 52 that locks the module base 51 to the module case member 3;
a telescopic mechanism 53 connected with the flat clamping mechanism 55 and extending out of the module base 51 under the action of a motor 54;
a motor 54 for powering the telescoping mechanism 53;
a plate holding mechanism 55 capable of holding a plate;
and a USB charging port 56 for charging the clamped flat plate.
Further, the plate holding mechanism 55 is provided with a fixed jaw 551 having a touch sensor 552, when the plate holding mechanism 55 is touched, the fixed jaw 551 is automatically opened, the plate is placed on the plate holding mechanism 55, and the fixed jaw 551 is automatically closed.
In the embodiments shown in fig. 8 to 10c, the mobile device is a tablet, and in other embodiments, the mobile device may be other mobile devices such as a mobile phone or a navigation device, and the charging port may be a charging port of another model besides the USB charging port.
Fig. 11 and 12 respectively disclose an exploded view and a perspective view of a magazine module of an instrument panel multifunction module for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 13 a-13B are respectively sectional views of the magazine module of fig. 12 taken along section a-a and section B-B, and as shown in fig. 11-13B, a switchable module may be a magazine module 6 including a magazine body 61 and a lock structure 62.
A storage box body 61 for installing a fixing lock structure 62, and an inner space for placing articles;
and a lock structure 62 for locking the storage box body 61 on the module case member 3.
The following describes the installation process of the multifunctional module of the dashboard of the vehicle in detail by taking the switchable module as the small desktop module 4 as an example with reference to fig. 14a to 19 b.
S11, inserting the module case member 3 into the space reserved on the instrument panel body 2, as shown in fig. 14 a-15 b, fig. 14a and 14b respectively disclose the before-loading and after-loading schematic views of the module case member of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 15a and 15b respectively disclose the after-loading longitudinal sectional view and the after-loading transverse sectional view of the module case member of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the present invention.
S12, the outer panel 32 of the module housing member 3 is turned up to fix the module housing member 3 to the instrument panel body 2 by means of fasteners such as screws 38, as shown in fig. 16 a-17 b, fig. 16a and 16b respectively show a mounting-rear fixing schematic view and a mounting-rear fixing longitudinal sectional view of the module housing member of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 17a shows a mounting-rear fixing transverse sectional view of the module housing member of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 17b is a partial enlarged view of a dotted line frame portion of fig. 17 a.
S13, installing the tablet module 4, the tablet module 4 will compress the ejecting spring 34 on the module housing member 3, the lock structure 42 will fix it on the housing base 31, thereby fixing it on the instrument panel body 2, as shown in fig. 18 a-19 b, fig. 18a and 18b respectively disclose the tablet module of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the invention before and after loading, fig. 19a discloses the tablet module of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the invention after loading in transverse cross section, fig. 19b is a partial enlarged view of the dashed-line frame portion of fig. 19 a.
The other modules such as the flat support module 5 and the storage box module 6 are installed and fixed in the same way.
Taking the small desktop module 4 as an example, the installation switching of the switchable module can be specifically realized through the following steps:
s21, opening the outer panel 32 of the module housing member 3 by unlocking the push-push automatic unlocking structure of the module 37, as shown in fig. 20a, fig. 20a discloses an outer panel opening schematic diagram of the multifunctional module of the automobile dashboard according to an embodiment of the present invention;
s22, toggling the toggle 421 of the lock structure 42 of the switchable module to unlock the lock structure 42, as shown in fig. 20 b-21 b, fig. 21a discloses a cross-sectional view of the multifunctional module of the dashboard of the automobile in an un-unlocked state, and fig. 20b and 21b respectively disclose a toggle unlocking diagram and a cross-sectional view of the multifunctional module of the dashboard of the automobile according to an embodiment of the invention;
s23, after the lock structure 42 is unlocked, the small tablet module 4 is ejected out under the action of the ejection spring 34, and then taken out, as shown in fig. 22 a-23, fig. 22a, 22b and 23 disclose a cross-sectional view of the ejection spring in the non-ejection state, a cross-sectional view of the ejection spring in the ejection state and a schematic drawing of the switchable module of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the present invention;
and S24, replacing other switchable modules, and automatically locking the lock structure only by inserting the switchable modules.
The number of the switchable modules in the present invention is 3, which are respectively a suitable desk module 4 for a rider, a flat plate support module 5 and a storage box module 6, and the function implementation of each switchable module is described in detail below.
The functions of the tablet module 4 can be realized by the following steps:
s31, the outer panel 32 of the module housing member 3 is not opened, as shown in fig. 24a and 24b, which respectively disclose an unopened view and a cross-sectional view of the outer panel of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the present invention;
s32, opening the outer panel 32 of the module housing member 3 by the push-push automatic unlocking structure of the unlocking module 37, as shown in fig. 25a and 25b, which respectively disclose an outer panel opening schematic and a sectional view of the multifunctional module for dashboard of automobile according to an embodiment of the present invention;
s33, the motor 44 drives the telescoping mechanism 43 to extend the tablet folding mechanism 45, as shown in fig. 26a and 26b, which respectively disclose an extension schematic diagram and a cross-sectional view of the tablet folding mechanism of the multifunctional module of the dashboard of the vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention;
and S34, the small table board folding mechanism 45 is unfolded in multiple stages to form a workbench.
Considering that the notebook computer is relatively large and the module is relatively small, the small desk board folding mechanism 45 adopts a two-stage unfolding scheme, a T-shaped table is formed on the workbench after unfolding, a power circuit is closed after unfolding, and two installed cooling fans 46 start to work to cool the notebook computer, as shown in fig. 27 a-27 c, fig. 27a, 27b and 27c respectively disclose a one-stage unfolding perspective view, a top view and a cross-sectional view of the small desk board folding mechanism of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 28 a-28 c, and fig. 28a, 28b and 28c respectively disclose a two-stage unfolding perspective view, a top view and a cross-sectional view of the small desk board folding mechanism of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the invention.
Furthermore, the unfolded T-shaped table is provided with an anti-slip strip 47 to prevent the notebook from slipping off in the driving process.
The functions of the tablet holder module 5 can be specifically realized by the following steps:
s41, the outer panel 32 of the module housing member 3 is not opened, as shown in fig. 29a and 29b, which respectively disclose an unopened view and a sectional view of the outer panel of the multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to an embodiment of the present invention;
s42, opening the outer panel 32 of the module housing member 3 by the push-push automatic unlocking structure of the unlocking module 37, as shown in fig. 30a and 30b, fig. 30a and 30b respectively disclose an outer panel opening schematic view and a sectional view of the multifunctional module for an instrument panel of an automobile according to an embodiment of the present invention;
s43, the motor 54 drives the telescoping mechanism 53 to extend the panel clamping mechanism 55, as shown in fig. 31a and 31b, fig. 31a and 31b respectively disclose an extension diagram and a cross-sectional diagram of the panel clamping mechanism of the multifunctional module for dashboard of automobile according to an embodiment of the invention;
s44, the panel clamping mechanism 55 is provided with a fixed jaw 551 with a touch sensor 552, when the panel clamping mechanism 55 is touched, the fixed jaw 551 automatically opens to place the panel on the panel clamping mechanism 55, and the fixed jaw 551 automatically closes, as shown in fig. 32a and 32b, where fig. 32a and 32b respectively disclose a schematic view of the fixed jaw not opening and the fixed jaw opening of the panel clamping mechanism of the multifunctional module for dashboard of automobile according to an embodiment of the invention.
The function of the storage box module 6 can be realized by the following steps:
s51, the storage box module 6 is a storage box by only turning the outer panel 32 of the module case member 3 open, as shown in fig. 33 a-34 b, fig. 33a and 33b respectively disclose a schematic view and a sectional view of the outer panel closing of the multifunctional module for automobile dashboard according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 34a and 34b respectively disclose a schematic view and a sectional view of the outer panel opening of the multifunctional module for automobile dashboard according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The multifunctional module of the automobile instrument board provided by the invention is used by a passenger cabin and integrated on the instrument board, and the switchable module can integrate the functions of a flat plate support, a notebook small table board, a storage box and the like and can be expanded according to requirements subsequently.

Claims (9)

1. A multifunctional module for a dashboard of a vehicle, comprising a module housing part and a switchable module:
the module shell is fixedly arranged at the auxiliary driving position of the instrument panel body;
the switchable module is arranged in the module shell and can be switched and installed according to different working conditions;
module shell spare, including shell base, outer panel, outside plate frame, ejecting spring, electrocute module, damping and unblock module:
the shell base is fixed on the instrument board body and provides a mounting position;
the ejection spring is arranged at the bottom of the shell base and provides outward thrust acting on the switchable module;
the electric shock module supplies power to the switchable module when the switchable module is installed in place;
the damping reduces the noise and vibration of the rotation of the outer panel;
the unlocking module is used for locking or unlocking the external panel;
the outer panel is arranged on the outer panel outer frame and is outwards turned around the shaft;
the outer panel outer frame is mounted on the housing base and covers a gap between the module housing member and the instrument panel body.
2. The multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the unlocking module is a push type lifting structure for locking or unlocking the outer panel by pressing.
3. The multifunctional vehicle dashboard module according to claim 1, wherein said switchable module is a small desktop module comprising a module base, a lock structure, a telescoping mechanism, a motor, and a small desktop turnover mechanism:
the module base provides installation positions of other parts;
the locking structure locks the module base to the module housing member;
the telescopic mechanism is connected with the small table plate turnover mechanism and extends out of the module base under the action of the motor;
the motor provides power for the telescopic mechanism;
the small table plate folding mechanism enlarges the placing area by folding.
4. The multifunctional vehicle dashboard module according to claim 3, wherein said tablet turnover mechanism forms a work bench through multi-stage unfolding.
5. The multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel according to claim 4, wherein the upper surface of the workbench is provided with a non-slip strip.
6. The multifunctional module for automobile instrument panel as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a heat dissipating fan for blowing air to dissipate heat from the object covered thereon, wherein the heat dissipating fan is operated after the folding mechanism of the small desk board is unfolded.
7. The multifunctional vehicle dashboard module according to claim 1, wherein said switchable module is a mobile device cradle module comprising a module base, a lock structure, a telescoping mechanism, a motor, a mobile device clamping mechanism and a charging port:
the module base provides installation positions of other parts;
the locking structure locks the module base to the module housing member;
the telescopic mechanism is connected with the mobile equipment clamping mechanism and extends out of the module base under the action of the motor;
the motor provides power for the telescopic mechanism;
the mobile equipment clamping mechanism is used for clamping the mobile equipment;
the charging port charges the clamped mobile device.
8. Multifunction module for motorcars dashboard according to claim 7, characterized in that said mobile device gripping mechanism, provided with a fixed jaw:
the fixed claw is opened, the mobile device is placed at the preset position of the mobile clamping mechanism, and the fixed claw is closed.
9. The multifunctional module of automobile dashboard according to claim 1, wherein said switchable module is a storage box module comprising a storage box body and a lock structure:
the inner space of the storage box body is used for placing articles;
the locking structure locks the storage box body on the module shell component.
