Abstract
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing flaring of a double-flat-wall winding pipe by winding a round plastic pipe and forming connection, wherein the double-flat-wall winding pipe to be connected with the flaring is arranged on a supporting seat and is aligned with the end face of a flaring die; the method comprises the following steps of overlapping a circular plastic pipe on a double-flat-wall winding pipe, pulling the circular pipe to wind through the rotation of the double-flat-wall winding pipe and a flaring die, and pushing the flaring die and the double-flat-wall winding pipe to move along the axial direction, so that a winding point is gradually transited from the double-flat-wall winding pipe to the flaring die until the whole flaring die is fully wound, and meanwhile, welding the circular plastic pipe rings, so that the manufacturing and connection of flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe are completed; cutting the round plastic pipe and demoulding. The invention combines the production of the flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe, the flaring and the welding of the double-flat-wall winding pipe together, thereby simplifying the traditional two-step process of firstly manufacturing the flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe and then connecting the flaring with the double-flat-wall winding pipe.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a flaring manufacturing and connecting process, in particular to a method for manufacturing a flaring of a double-flat-wall winding pipe by winding a round plastic pipe and forming connection.
Background
The traditional forming method of the flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe comprises the following steps: and (5) injection molding and die pressing. The equipment used by these two methods is complex; especially, the flaring injection molding and die pressing equipment of the double-flat-wall winding pipe with the diameter larger than 1.2 m has high price; after the flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe is finished by adopting the two methods, a connecting process is required to be added to connect the double-flat-wall winding pipe and the flaring together, and the process is complicated.
The existing production mode of the double-flat-wall winding pipe can only produce a straight-wall pipe, and for the flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe with a conical section, the circumferential length of the conical section is gradually changed, so that the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe with the square, rectangular and other structures cannot be formed by spirally winding on a die to form smooth transition.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcoming the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art and providing a method for making a double flat-walled twisted pipe flare and forming a connection by twisting a round plastic pipe.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

(2) the method comprises the steps that a prefabricated circular plastic pipe is lapped to a proper position on a double-flat-wall winding pipe, the circular pipe is pulled to be wound through the rotation of the double-flat-wall winding pipe and a flaring die, the flaring die and the double-flat-wall winding pipe are pushed to move axially through a flaring die walking device, so that a winding point is gradually transited to the flaring die from the double-flat-wall winding pipe until the whole flaring die is fully wound, and meanwhile, welding rods extruded by a welding gun are used for welding circular plastic pipe rings, so that the manufacturing and connection of flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe are completed;
(3) cutting off the circular plastic pipe when the circular plastic pipe is fully wound around the whole flaring die, reversely rotating the flaring die walking device, simultaneously stopping driving respective rotating devices for rotating the double-flat-wall winding pipe and the flaring die, and demoulding by utilizing the self weight of the conical surface of the flaring die and the double-flat-wall winding pipe;
(4) and returning the flaring die to the initial position to complete a working cycle.
The double-flat-wall winding pipe comprises Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), steel-plastic composite and other double-flat-wall winding pipes of various materials and types.
The material of the circular plastic pipe includes, but is not limited to, plastics such as Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), nylon and the like or modified composite materials thereof.
The method combines the production of the flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe, the flaring and the welding of the double-flat-wall winding pipe together, and directly winds the round pipe on the double-flat-wall winding pipe and a flaring die to form flaring and connection; the traditional two-step process that the flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe is manufactured firstly and then the flaring is connected with the double-flat-wall winding pipe is simplified.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-5, the device for making flaring of double-flat-wall winding pipe and forming connection by winding round plastic pipe, and the method for making flaring of double-flat-wall winding pipe and forming connection by winding round plastic pipe includes the following steps:
1. placing a double-flat-wall winding pipe 2 to be connected with a flaring on a supporting seat 1; the end face of the pipe is aligned with the end face of the flaring die 5; and the height of the supporting seat 1 is adjusted through the height adjusting device 10, so that the central height of the double-flat-wall winding pipe 2 is consistent with that of the flaring die 5.
2. And adjusting the position and the height of a welding gun 9 of the welding machine.
3. Starting the double-flat-wall winding pipe rotating device 3 and the flaring die rotating device 7, wherein the flaring die rotating device 7 comprises a flaring die rotating motor 10 and a transmission chain wheel 11, and the die rotating motor 10 and the transmission chain wheel 11 are used for driving the flaring die 5 to rotate; and adjusting respective potentiometers to enable the rotating speeds of the double-flat-wall winding pipe and the flaring die to be the same.
4. A previously prefabricated round plastic tube 4 is lapped in place on the double flat-walled wound tube.

Simultaneously starting a welding machine and a flaring die walking device 8, wherein the flaring die walking device 8 comprises a guide rail 12, a transmission lead screw 13 and a walking motor 14, the walking motor 14 drives the flaring die 5 to walk on the guide rail 12 through the transmission lead screw 13, and the round plastic pipe 4 is pulled to be wound through the rotation of the double-flat-wall winding pipe 2 and the flaring die 5; thus, the flaring die 5 and the double-flat-wall winding pipe 2 move synchronously along the axial direction under the pushing of the walking device and are driven by respective rotating devices to rotate synchronously.
6. After welding rods 15 are wound for 5-6 circles by a welding gun 9, gradually transferring winding points from the double-flat-wall winding pipe to a flaring die; and cutting off the circular pipe after the circular pipe is wound around the whole flaring die to obtain the formed flaring 6.
7. A reverse flaring die walking device 8; simultaneously stopping the double-flat-wall winding pipe rotating device 3 and the flaring die rotating device 7; and demolding by utilizing the self weight of the conical surface and the double-flat-wall winding pipe of the flaring die.
8. And returning to the initial position to complete a work cycle.
The structure type and the function of each key device are as follows:

1. A method for manufacturing flaring of double-flat-wall winding pipe by winding round plastic pipe and forming connection is characterized in that,
the flaring and connection of the double-flat-wall winding pipe are formed by directly winding a circular plastic pipe on the double-flat-wall winding pipe and a flaring die.
2. The method of claim 1 for making a double flat-walled convoluted duct flare and forming a connection by convolute of round plastic tubing, comprising the steps of:
(1) the method comprises the following steps that a double-flat-wall winding pipe to be connected with a flaring is arranged on a supporting seat and aligned with the end face of a flaring die, the double-flat-wall winding die and the flaring die can synchronously rotate under the driving of respective rotating devices, and the flaring die can synchronously move along the axial direction of the double-flat-wall winding pipe under the action of a flaring die walking device;
(2) the method comprises the steps that a prefabricated circular plastic pipe is lapped on a double-flat-wall winding pipe, the circular pipe is pulled to be wound through the rotation of the double-flat-wall winding pipe and a flaring die, the flaring die and the double-flat-wall winding pipe are pushed to move axially through a flaring die walking device, so that a winding point is gradually transited to the flaring die from the double-flat-wall winding pipe until the whole flaring die is fully wound, and meanwhile, welding rods extruded by a welding gun are used for welding rings of the circular plastic pipe, so that the flaring of the double-flat-wall winding pipe is manufactured and connected;
(3) cutting off the circular plastic pipe, reversing the flaring die walking device, stopping driving the respective rotating devices for the double-flat-wall winding pipe and the flaring die to rotate, and demolding by utilizing the self weight of the conical surface of the flaring die and the double-flat-wall winding pipe;
(4) and returning the flaring die to the initial position to complete a working cycle.
3. The method for making the flaring of the double flat-walled wrapping tube and forming the connection by wrapping the round plastic tube according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the double flat-walled wrapping tube comprises a polyethylene, polypropylene or steel-plastic composite material.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2 wherein the round plastic tube is made of a material including but not limited to polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon or modified composite thereof.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2 wherein the height of the support base is adjusted to match the central height of the die.
6. The method of claim 1 or 2 wherein the rotation speed of the die is adjusted to be the same for making the flare of the double flat wall wound tube and for making the connection by winding the round plastic tube.
7. A method of making double flat-walled coiled tubing flares and making connections by coiling round plastic tubing as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the round plastic tubing is cut off until it fills the entire flair die.
